I've been coming here for years, and think it's great. Good selection of sandwiches and pastries, good coffee, and not pricey at all. I'll be returning for many years to come.

I came in with my elderly mother for a coffee and cake. The food was ok I suppose but unfortunately the staff 1 In particular (the lady with All the tattoos) definitely has no people skills. The way she was treating another member of staff was outrageous. It was bully behaviour. Definitely will not be returning

I am appalled at the service of one particular member of staff , the lady dark hair and tattoos has a serious issue with people , incredibly rude , and unwelcoming , I felt like I was disturbing her when I asked a few questions about the menu, I especially was disturbed at seeing clearly the way she treats other members of staff, shoving and banging equipment. Food is great, but I won’t be going back at all, neither will my family or friends.

Friendly local cafe with fresh and delicious food. Coffee is good too. Perfect place to spend with family and friends.

Visited on Mother’s Day for a sweet treat! Such a lovely cafe, full of delicious treats and attentive customer service. The seating area was small but perfect for a small group/couple to enjoy a drink and one of their freshly made sandwiches. Highly recommend visiting, deffo a hidden treasure!

Good selection of cakes, like actually good. Coffee is average but boy do cakes make up for it. I’m tired of carrot cakes and brownies from all the other places. More fruit cakes please!!! This place is a gem.

Nice cakes and coffee, however, the service is terrible. I came in for a coffee with a pushchair and you should have seen their looks! The staff was rude, they told me if i put my pushchair inside no one else can come in and outside and staff wont be able to pass. We immediately decided we going somewhere else. I wouldn’t be mad if they would just say sorry its a small space do you mind to sit outside. But this was not professional. I used to be waitress myself and never behaved like this.

I had a coffee and a pastry and a bottled juice. The coffee was not bad. Just an average coffee. The pastry was 'okish'. The worst thing about this place was the staff's attitude. First of all the guy didn't let us have a look to see what they got. He kept asking What do you want :))like three times in less than 20 seconds! exactly the same words!:)) and the barista lady was like she's doing me a favor by preparing the coffee. Before entering the shop I intended to have my coffee in but after being served like that I'd rather have it takeaway as I didn't feel welcomed at all.That's the first time I visited there and definitely would be the last time.

This is a really good bakery, with probably the best coffee in Kingston. Great location too: tucked away but still central.

Can’t speak for the sandwiches - those did look good and generously filled, so next time we’ll go in for sandwiches or savoury. Sadly our sweet treats were not great in comparison to the highly skilled pastries from Les Trois Chocolats around the corner. Here they are packed with fake flavouring, they weren’t beautiful French patisserie. The customer service was also charmless, though polite enough.

I came here for the first time today , and was immediately overwhelmed with excitement at the amount of choice there was ! The pastry’s are gorgeously presented , and the cakes look unreal !!! My partner and I stayed for an iced coffee which was served in little mason jars ( how cute ) and I had a strawberry tart which was delicious! Amazing ❤️❤️

What a great place in Kingston. Regularly get my lunch from the cafe. Always fresh and full of flavour. Have tried quite a few of cakes which are absolutely delicious and fresh. Staff very attentive and pleasant. I had a really bad cough recently while waiting for my lunch and the staff straight away offered glass of water. If my favourite sandwich is not on display, they are happy to make it without a fuss. Highly recommended

Highly recommend!! They offer a large selection of delicious desserts, a personal favourite are the cream cakes with fruit. The wraps and baguette's are spectacular, very generous portions and everything is fresh too!

Awesome Experience! I took some clients to have afternoon tea at Bonnie Bush in Kingston Upon Thanes. What a wonderful experience! Nestled amongst other restaurants and offering an outdoor courtyard we found the service was excellent and the choice of cakes, savouries and light pastries was exceptional. It took a while to choose there was so much choice. I felt I was in France experiencing all the delicious and yummy tastes. My clients were delighted and I’m so pleased I could take them somewhere local but enjoy a taste of Europe!

I used to come here all the time at lunchtime and was always happy with the service. Unfortunately I cannot say the same with my experience today! I came here during my lunch break, placed an order in for a roll only to be told "No" as soon as I placed my order...then was told to “come back later because the staff are too busy with a delivery right now"! After working nearly 20 years in customer service I found this attitude utterly disgraceful ! What happened to "customer coming first"? Such a shame, As I always like to support independent businesses such as here in favour of the likes of Greggs!

Good Variety of choices for sandwiches and cakes. Value for money. Have a nice alfresco dining area. A good place to buy birthday cakes with the right size and price. Coffee and food quality are ordinary.

If I could I would give 0 stars. The staff was rude explaining the flavours to me. Almost like I was a nuisance for asking and she was doing me an favour, and the carrot cake I bought and brought home was old and absolutely not fit for consumption. Disappointing! If I lived closer I would have brought it back to get my money back for sure!

B day cake was really tasty, was a lemon one, I was happy with the choice and my friend enjoyed. All cakes are good and big.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Great coffees, hot chocolates, their pot of Earl grey is brilliant too! Chicken escalope is my favourite of theirs but all baguettes are great! We also always get birthday cakes from here, their banana one is delicious! Definitely worth a try!!

My favourite cafe in kingston. Always a wide selection of cakes and sandwiches/baguettes here. Service is fast and friendly and there are also few outdoor tables when the sun is shining.

This place has super delicious cakes, and such a broad selection, so there's something for everyone. The cafe is tiny, but seems to be able to fit everyone in. Or you can visit to pick up some cakes to bring home.

Sadly having a Mille- feuille was a massive disappointment - pastry was dry and tough and cream was total disaster - instead of cream patisserie you used whipped cream with a trace of vanilla and a lot of sugar...and to make it all even more wrong , base of a slice was soaked in a cherry sauce/jam from a piece of a different cake altogether.... Sorry ....

Bread is always sublime and the pastries are mouthwatering. My partner and I love it here, and so too does my mum now. Coffee is tasty and they have a lot of juices and sodas if you prefer something else. I always stop here if I'm in Kingston.

Excellent bread, viennoiseries and breakfast baguette. More of an italian bakery than french bakery, coffee with a dash of robusta to keep you awake. Overall excellent

One of my friend recon this place so we visited on weekend. We bought peach 🍑 cake 🎂. All of the cake looks delicious. Inside vanilla and chocolate sheet layered. Not really sweet , good enough sweet and soft cake. We enjoyed 😬😍 they have seating place inside and outside. Cake price was around £18 good price great taste !! We will be back !!

No menu. Charges extra to eat in. You get overcharged alot. Be vigilant when attending this establishment.

Reasonably price (given the quality I'd say even cheap!) Super fresh patisserie goods and great service. A gem!

I've been there twice. The £ 50 banknote was not accepted the first time. When I asked why they refused to accept the staff informed me that I had not bought enough and would not be served. The second time I was shown a finger to go outside because there are too many people inside. Shame. This is not how customers are treated.

The strawberry tartlets we bought from here yesterday were delicious - crumbly shortbread-sable pastry, generous cream filling topped with an abundance of plump juicy glazed strawberries! Found this lovely cafe by chance on the way back from Patisserie Valerie where frankly the cakes in start contrast looked absolutely abysmal. Was about to head off to PAUL instead when this cafe caught our eye. The cakes here are twice the size and amazing value so we thought worth a try. Actually we thought they were as good as the cakes we normally buy from our local patisseries in Richmond. Next time we're in Kingston we'll head here for sure!

Amazing cake. We ordered a Black Forest Gateau for a birthday and it was perfect. Not too sweet, just right and moist. A fantastic cake enjoyed by everyone.

Cute little cafe, safely set up, only two customers allowed in at a time. The service was lovely, she offered to give me recommendations and was patient when I was indecisive. I went for a simple tomatoe, basil and brie delight. Was very yummy and very reasonably priced. Felt like a little bit of France in Kingston. Would recommend. Also the cakes made your mouth water.

Lovely Bakery, a very good selection of fresh cakes and best coffee I ever had (and I drink a lot of it). Staff is always nice and polite and there is a young lady that always stands out and goes the extra mile (dark hair with glasses). We travel a bit to get here and is definitely with the journey. Thank you 💞

My go to place now, found it while on the way to work, the service provided by the girls is brilliant, the cakes the sell are amazing and at a good price and the sandwiches are a plenty and also halal. Love it.

Recently refurbished Bonne Bouche looks great! It has tables inside as well now, which is really good now that the weather has turned cold .The staff are so nice and friendly and there is a warm and cozy atmosphere. It has a great selection of food, pastries and cakes which are all fresh and delicious.Their prices will probably be the cheapest in Kingston area.
