Bonito Lounge in Arun

Very relaxed atmosphere, a lot of options on the menu including vegan and vegetarian. Staff were are friendly and price is reasonable. Food came quick and was good quality. Struggling to find anything negative to say about it. If I lived here I’d be a regular. Very impressed.

Fantastic food, decor and service. We came for breakfast and had some fabulous Miami Brunch (really nice),and the pamcakes were really fluffy and light. Flat white was as you would expect. Fantastic start to our day! they also have great gluten free options. The decoration is also really nice lounge feel. The service is great from really friendly staff. Big thumbs up!!!

We dropped in for a lunch and were greeted by lovely staff. The chairs were comfortable and the decor really good. We ordered our meals by the app which was sooo easy!! You could even choose not to have sauces, tomatoes etc, really helpful. And when my chicken and smoked bacon burger arrived I was really happy with the size of the chicken, the flavour was amazing!! I'll definitely be going back!! Thank you!!

Thankfully the place was quiet early week night. (No screaming kids or quizz night.) No Guinness on the premises, just lager type beers. Not a cheap place to drink, but at least it keeps the riff raff at bay. (NB Not my words, but the manager of a nearby coffee shop when I asked for a 'nice place' to have a beer.) I had to laugh, the chef had ordered in a take out pizza which was delivered during my visit. (Either the food is no good in this place, or the staff don't get a discount?)

La salade aurait parfaitement convenue à un lapin et ne valait pas son prix. Quant aux frites, elles étaient trop salées. Mon ami a commandé un fish and chips. Plus de panures que de poisson.

Came in for breakfast as the place looked really nice and the food being served looked really good. Service was terrible though. Server was quite curt when we were ordering - and only ordering 3 sandwiches and coffees - and then we waited 45 mins for food. Asked when we would be served and she tried telling us they had tried to deliver food and we said it wasn’t ours. Not true at all! Then had to wait another 10-15 mins for the. To be re-cooked. First and last visit!

The Lounge is a great addition to Bognor. I have eaten here a few times, and have had no problems ordering gluten free food. This time I had a vegetarian with me who also found just what they wanted. Even though it was half term, and busy, we were found a table and our food arrived soon after we ordered. I’ve always found the staff very helpful and friendly. Only one observation - please improve the lighting in the ladies loos, it’s much too dark in there.

Good food . Good big menu to cater for all, the lamb flatbread is great , just needs a little less sauce but overall pretty dam tasty .

I have to use a mobility scooter and, unusually, access was quite easy. I arrived at noon and sat and waited... and waited... and waited... After being studiously ignored for thirty minutes - yes, half an hour! - I gave up and went home where I cooked myself a coup[le of poached eggs on toast. Thanks, bonito lounge - I won't be back.

A group of 24 friends from our running club booked to go to Bonito’s for a pre Christmas breakfast. Booking was easy. When we arrived we had the upstairs area to ourselves, which was great! Service was quick and efficient and the food was delicious. The staff were all friendly. All in all it was a great morning. We will have no hesitation in returning in the future. We had our Christmas party here yesterday evening and we can’t fault any of our experience here! We were a large group of 16, it was very busy when we arrived (with it being Wednesday quiz night) but our food came out in good time and the food was very well enjoyed by all! Ryan made an extra effort to look after our party and was so helpful when it came to splitting the bill individually, he made sure we were all having a nice time! We really recommend bonito lounge for their Christmas menu and normal menu.

Visited with friends on a Tuesday evening. Everyone enjoyed the food - the flatbread with lamb shawarma was delicious and not overpriced. It may say "a light bite" on the menu, but it was perfect with chips for a main meal. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going again.

Visited Saturday 7th Oct during the afternoon. The staff were very busy clearing up and serving food. They still found a little time to assist me with my meal choice, as it needed to be both milk free and gluten free. I chose the vegan beyond burger, in the gluten free bun (the bun only has egg white in it, no milk). It was really tasty. The staff did ask us if everything was OK with our meals, which we appreciated as it felt genuine. Thank you.

Lovely place, couldn’t fault the food or the service. It’s a very extensive menu and I would that everyone would find they something they would like.

The food at this establishment can be a bit hit and miss in presentation and heat. If you go on a quiz or bingo night the service is extremely slow. There never seems to be enough staff to cope with the extra footfall when these events are on.

They have a vegan menu so that’s a def thumbs up from me! The vegan beyond meat burger was very nice . They are very welcoming and the service is good
