We had a delicious takeaway from this restaurant. Great menu and the food was delicious. Would definitely order from them again.

Not a fan tbh. Food tasted flavourless. Nan bread was grainy. Service was awful. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Overpriced and not worth a penny. Absolute shambles of an Indian. Do not waste your money here.

Dreadful takeaway Very very spicy . Hottest tikka and tike masala ever . Sauces were watery and had a similar flavour …. Even the vegetable curry . Would not go back !

Excellent service and the food was so varied fresh and very delicious. We have eaten at many Indian restaurants over the years and love the classic dishes but Asad and his team have taken things up a notch at Bombaylicious. We ate in and loved the dishes that were recommended to us as well as the presentation and attentive service. Would highly recommend.

Lovely meal with some different choices on the menu. Very tasty curry and the best chilli 🌶 and cheese naan 🧀 I've ever had! Super friendly and accommodating service. Food was a very reasonable price too. Only slight negative was the amount of deliveroo drivers collecting takeaways constantly wasn't great for ambiance, but I guess that shows how popular the food is. Highly recommended. My partner wanted to try somewhere different, so she chose to try Bombaylicious. She had the Sheek Kabab Naanwich and I went for Prawns Malabar with Saffron Rice. The Prawns Malabar was very good. We were limited by 1 hour of parking, but ordered and ate our meal, had a glass of wine and was out within 50 minutes. Service was very friendly and polite. It's the first time I had been to Coulsdon to eat and we will add it to our regular list of restaurants.

We have had a few bad Indian takeaways and thought we would try here as the reviews were good. I can honestly say they lived up to everything! Our food was totally delicious. Most of the food we ordered was vegan and it was beautiful. They made it very easy for us by explaining what was vegan and what could be adapted. I will definitely order from this restaurant again and would highly recommend if you want good quality food.

My trip advisor review of Bombaylicious….. Many years ago… I decided that I just wasn’t content with the slop that most Indian takeaways were providing so I learnt how to make an authentic Indian meal myself using fresh ingredients and no additives etc. Every Friday evening I make a delicious meal for myself and my partner that costs a fraction of a high street curry house. Last night however, I didn’t have the time but really fancied a curry so I decided to bite the bullet and try Bombaylicious in Coulsdon as I could see a few of the reviews were favourable and the menu looked ok. What a mistake….I ordered a Rajastani Lamb Laal, a lamb Kurma, a ‘seasonal’ vegetable curry and a naan bread. Well, it WAS the same old slop that every other high street takeaway spews out just a varying degree of colour! I can’t even comment in the individual dishes because they just all poured out off their plastic trays onto my plate in a disgusting mess….I had to eat them with a spoon! Not only that but because they have been given fancy names Bombaylicious have also got the audacity to charge an extortionate amount of money for it, best part of £40 is a disgrace. Now don’t get me wrong….if your used to eating this coloured slop you’ll probably think this muck is ok but do yourself a favour, buy a little paperback book called The Curry Secret and do it yourself…..you won’t regret it! I certainly won’t by another takeaway curry again….unless I’m in India!

Very polite friendly welcome & service. We sat at a lovely table by the window. Excellent Biriani- full of fresh herbs & spices. Cumin yogurt with Tarka dal was delicious too. We come to the Tuesday night music club occasionally & will come back again next time. Thank you!

We have had our first Bombaylicious Coulsdon take-away meal on 4th April 2023 and it was truly delicious. Our freshly cooked meals were ready for collection at the agreed time and we were served by a very friendly, helpful and nice man. Our meals were full of delightful flavours and remarkable value for money. We have eaten Indian meals in many UK restaurants and in India itself, but this meal was our best ever. We are certainly looking forward to enjoying meals from this wonderful restaurant whenever we are in the area. William Warton
