Charcoal Grill in Croydon

Ordered and paid for extra cabbage but did not get any. Also, paid for cheesy chips but got the usual undercooked chips with no cheese.

Even though the food was good, they keep forgetting at least 1 item. The first 2 times it was a pot of sauce, and then a drink can. But I let it slide since they were small inexpensive items but the 3rd time they didn’t bring the small portion of chips which are £3. And there was no reason why. I’m now worried if that I order from this place again, they will forget another item. Not exactly reliable.

Food is never warm. Needed oven heating.

I saw on the map that the driver drove past my house to do another delivery, it is unacceptable and happens almost every time I order through just eat. Drivers say that just eat gives them multiple orders at a time, but this is affecting the quality of your customers food.

Frendly staff and te food was good

the delivery guy went above and beyond to deliver as I'm not well so I couldn't open the door, he brought the food in for me, he didn't have to do that.

Not sure if this kind of meat should be allowed for sale, all dry and so over salted, seems like they’ve sent us some weekend leftovers, only eatable meat was lamb doner but only few pieces were in the box, tried to call them but no answer, that was definitely my last order with them, very disappointed.

Cheesy chips were very cheesy. But the taste of the container transferred to the food. Tastes like plastic

Food was disgusting - Black chips, soggy, old meat was dry and had bones in it

The chips were covered in garlic sauce which I had not ordered. The pitta was a solid brown colour on one side and dry. The meat was not succulent. I suspect that it had been cooked when I ordered it and not just before delivery

The food quality was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Chips were over cooked and brown. The meat was sticky (not greast like most kebabs are but sticky like almost slimey) and it tasted cheap of perhaps even off as it had a wierd smell. I had to stop eating it. 100% would avoid.

A rather friendly kebab shop that's open very late. As well as kebabs, they also have grilled chicken or lamb. Friendly service with a smile even late in to the night.

went in the shop for the first time and i’ve lived in croydon for 4 years and i’ve got to say these two brothers Ali and Mustafa are people who do good for the world and have great souls. kind and very generous portions for a decent price. treat others how you want to be treated 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

There is only a choice of small or large kebab, one too small and the other too large. A medium size would be welcomed.

The worst kebab ever!!! Overcooked,stone cold halep kebab with absolutely no sauce, they will not answer their phone to try and resolve.,avoid, avoid, avoid

Just ordered a chicken wrap, quarter pounder, extra large chips, and a chicken fillet burger. All arrived cold. Chicken wrap arrived in paper rather than foil, that should have been my first warning sign. For 9quid it barely had any chicken inside, absolutely ram packed with salad. Was more of a vegan wrap than a chicken wrap. Absolutely disappointed with all of our meals. For a restaurant only ten minutes away, you would expect it to be warm at least. Extra large chips for 6quid was more of a small portion for two people. Definitely over priced for the quantity of food you actually receive. Might have been worth it if the food was warm and not cold! There are better places to get a takeaway from in Croydon and that's saying something.

I go here every week they make very delicious kababs never fails to to make me laugh.

The pitta was put in with the meat so it was greasy and soggy. The meat was in thick chunks not thin strips.

Croydon staple. Been going here since I wa sa teenager. Food is great. The guys inside are Jokes, always up for a laugh. Their Donner meat is delicious.

I had my first kebab in here many years ago and the guy that served me then is still there and was pleased to see me. This is, in my opinion the best kebab shop in Croydon, bar none. Although it's only got small serving area and no tables it's still fab.

Too far away so food was not hot otherwise excellent.

Burger bun was burnt. A litre of ketchup on the chips. Doner meat was like pedigree chum. Kebab was swimming in a puddle of grease and pitta was soggy. £30 for a takeaway that basically ended up in the bin. Never ordering from here again.

Chicken shisha is dry, chewy, the salad was dry as hell I was given a used lemon 🤢...my partners burger had nothing in it just a burger the bun is soggy absolute waste of money and will never ever order again . Was told a 30 minute wait and waited for over an hour for such disgusting food!!

Ordered from just eats who said be here at 8.05, at 6.50pm text saying on way. Then 8.15 no food phone to ask where food is it left will be with you by 8.20. No food phone up again its on its way thats all guy can keep saying. Food turns up at 8.44pm. Never order from here again staff are not helpful.

Definitely the best kebab I've had, portion sizes are very generous and kebab tastes great.

Tonight I have had the worst portion of chips from the shop. They weren’t cooked in anyway possible. I requested salt and garlic sauce but these had none of this. It’s very strange for the shop and it hasn’t gone down well. Ruined my meal!

Shockingly bad!! Chips dry and had been reheated several times and the salad that came with the kebab consisted of a few old bits of lettuce and a lot of onion. The chicken kebab was one bit of chicken fillet

We were really hungry, so we went for the easy option. Except it wasn’t - not really. The service was slow, the chips tepid and the crumb on the spicy chicken wings so salty that I simply couldn’t eat them. A complete waste of money.

This is our local kebab shop and it’s always reliable and tasty. We always collect, so I can’t make any comments on delivery.

Food is nothing special, the place is filthy, and should ever you be desperate enough to come, expect your order to be done wrong and after 20 delivery orders.
