First time ordering from here. Service was quick and friendly and food was ready within 10 mins from order. Doner was a little rubbery, chicken was nice and moist and very tasty. Chilli sauce had a nice bite to it. A little too much lettuce, no tomato in salad. Chips were nice and crispy.

Made an order. Didn't receive a part of my order, when contacted the firm told the food was coming but it never came. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered from here for the first time this evening, it was amazing 👏 Lamb was tender, chicken was cooked perfect and my partner had house special and also rated 5☆ Will definitely be back

They have two vegetarian options - better than I thought they would! I got the burger, which was okay - it did the job for dinner. Staff are great, always fun going inside.

Hands down probably the worst kebab I’ve had. Donner burnt and dry, chips so undercooked it tasted like I was eating a clay like substance. This is all I ate as per photo. Do yourself a favour and go a few more miles to selsdon kebab or even ollies opposite. Didn’t even rate the garlic sauce but maybe the food took that goodness away. Fast delivery though can’t fault that.

I love their chicken wrap with salad, tasty and not oily. It's the 5th time I've ordered it. They're friendly people and the orders are served fast even if there is a queue.

Ordered week before they closed and they just sat on my order then cancelled 20 mins later. Absolute joke… will not be using them again. If you don’t want to take orders after 9:30 close your just eat account before 9:30….. instead of sitting on orders for 20 plus minutes before cancelling orders.

Just had a chicken shish wrap and chips. The chicken shish wrap tasted of pure salt. Wouldn't give this wrap to a dog! Was awful !

1st time ordering from here, I had meat and chips £8.50, Did not enjoy food was greasy chips soggy. Disappointed!

The delivery was so fast and also the kebab was so nice and delicious.

Horrendous experience, might right a proper review when I calm down but I'd probably get sued for telling people what actually just happened. What I can say objectively is that the kebab meat on chips was not even close to warm and they don't build anything near to what you ask for

Charged more than advertised prices

The food here is very tasty and they have great chilli sauce plus the food does arrive hot. Delivery times though are much longer compared to other kebab Takeaway's I've had, it was almost 1 hour. Their portion sizes are on the smaller size. I had a Lamb Shish and Kofte but the Kofte portion was tiny.

Rubbish customer service, asked him to put sauce on the donner he was showing attitude. £8 for large portion and not even enough for 1 person to eat. Not going again!

They make excellent kebabs, but very cross, after paying £19 for two kebabs with confirmation my order had been accepted, nothing arrived, nor did they answer the phone when I chased the order. I tried to contact 'onlinebite' but they only took messages. So not impressed really. Three days have passed and still no call or an offer of a refund. Feel cheated and very disappointed, as they have never let me down before.

Ordered a lamb doner and quarter pounder from here the other day - doner was really good and very good value for money. The quarter pounder was good too but didn’t feel like as good value for money.

I phoned my order and it was taken by a polite member of staff. The food arrived quickly as it was just afternoon on sunday. I was very pleased with every item, especially the meat as it was cut to allow the inside to cook. Salad was excellent, sauces and houmous excellent and pitta bread hot and soft. First time I have tried Ozzie and I recommend it. Very tasty and fresh. I take back my review as when I phoned yesterday to place my second order of the week, the person who answered was very rude when I questioned the total of my bill compared to the prices in their menu. He slammed the phone down. Not a nice way to treat ANY customer.

Shockingly rude guy on the phone, not going to use again. Had to use them because our usual one was closed but can safely say they won't have my business anymore. Food quality is really poor and put hardly any salad in.

Just visited this establishment, the person serving me allowed a sliver of saliva to fall from his mouth into the Donor kebab I bought in a daze I paid (£6) and left the shop unable to quite believe what i had just witnessed. As I walked back to my car, I dumped the Kebab in the dustbin and rang Ozzies where upon they hung up on me after I explained what had happened. These people are sick, may God have mercy on you.

My kids love eating their chicken and burgers...we have tried almost everything and it's delicious...the staff is very friendly and I also get food delivered home and I never had a complaint with their service... Very delicious fresh food..

Delivery always very quick, food well cooked, our Kebab takeaway of choice since moving to Purley. Only gripe? Whenever I ask for no cheese when I order a burger, they turn up with cheese on, no problem for me, but those with a dairy allergy may not be so happy...

Have to give credit wheres it's due after trying countless amounts of kebab shops after recently moving to the area and all of them failing to impress weve gave this kebab shop a try after finding it on google and you've knocked my socks off your chilli sauce is amazing better than other kebab shops cheap imitations of chilli sauce with tomato sauce the döner meat was good quality and finely sliced the shish my wife had had a beautiful marinade on it spot on ozzies charcoal team much better than my favourite kebab shop back where I use to live superb

Disgusting - pls read: I ordered something completely different to what i received, and when i called the shop to tell them that i was overcharged, the guy in charge (Jemal) kept on saying i was in the wrong and kept hurling abuse at me and wouldn't let me speak. I was overcharged by the same price as the meal i didn't get, yet he still was saying i was in the wrong. Will never order from this place again, the owners attitude was disgusting and i hope no one has to experience what i did.

After a hard day out shopping what better supper than a chicken kebab! This one from Ozzie’s was fantastic. Chargrilled chicken, salad and garlic sauce. Very fresh and lots of chicken. Best I have tasted.

The service was like the worst restaurant I have ever been to

We have the large shish kebab (donner wouldn't do it for us!). They are always very generous with the delicious, tender, shoulder of lamb, lovely salad and good pitta bread. Various salad dressings (or none at all) if you want. They deliver locally and we got ours within 15 minutes of ordering and are a couple of miles away, so excellent service. Very reasonably priced. Happy to recommend

Ordered for the family asked for everything well done, kids meals were fine but meat was as good as raw with meat and chips, called them I was polite said everything was great except meat and chips they then sent another meat and chips out that were BLACK! When I called back there response was you asked for it well done!! Will NEVER order again

Had lamb shikh for takeaway last night. Was quite doubtful about quality at first but when i tasted it... the lamb was so soft and fresh. It had that freshly grilled after taste, hmm cant describe it in words. It was really nice. It tasted like the lamb you get from nice restaurant. Will buy again n try different menus.

This place is a gem and has been going for many years. Their shish kebabs are outstanding and you’ll always get service with a smile. Can highly recommend the lamb and chicken kebabs. Personally I can take or leave the chips and burgers etc. These guys also take phone orders and deliver!

Firstly, I need to state that I love kebabs, both sober and after a few beers. Unfortunately, Ozzies was the worst and most disgusting kebab I have ever eaten in my whole life. I felt sick for two days afterwards and I have asked that croydon council investigate the hygiene of this kebab shop as I normally have a stomach of steel, but this place is terrible. Please avoid this place like the plague or you might catch it!

This place is local and open til about midnight no it's often the last port of call. Doner is ok. Nothing special. A little soft and squidgy for me but they have a good hygiene rating and that counts for a lot for me. Shame kebabs aren't better. Burgers are also pretty rubbish but they're not any worse than a typical kebab shop.

I ordered a doner kebab and chips and they served me a doner meat and chips. When I realised what it was I told them and they just started shouting at me. I calmly responded saying I would like my original order at which point they rudely said they would give me a pitta bread and salad and it's the same thing. I've been a loyal customer for many years and they know that. Disappointed and won't be returning.
