Thank you Bombay Street Food who catered for my mehndi party last week. The food tasted amazing. The organising of the food was seamless and professional. We had the following dishes and they were all banging! The portions were also generous. Chicken tikka Lamb kebab Chilli paneer Noodles Samosa chaat Mogo chips Highly recommend!!

This is the only restraurant on just eats that's charges so much on the service charge. why?

Really disappointed this evening, I have eaten here many times and always loved the place. Tonight was the first time I ordered through just eat as the delivery was quoted at half an hour. (Pani puri, hariyali chicken, chip butty and 2 cans of tango). Around 90 minutes after ordering the restaurant called to say my food had been ready for some time but there were no drivers. I offered to come pick it up, they told me to cancel the order and pay cash on arrival. Upon arriving around 2 hours after ordering it became clear them accepting the just eat order was a mistake due to the lack of drivers. They offered to make a fresh chip butty and swapped the pani as they were soggy. I was so hungry I just waited for the food, paid and left. When I got home the hariyali chicken and chips were stone cold and it also dawned on me that I was charged the full just eat price including delivery, service charge, inflated food prices and even the driver tip £23.26 for what should have been £15 worth of food, it’s an absolute joke. I really like the food (when it’s not been sat for a couple of hours) but tonight has put me off. And to round the night off Just Eat still charged me for the food their end too

Disappointed I specifically asked for there to be no onions and this instruction was completely ignored. My child is allergic and we had to find alternatives for them.

Shocking experience. Food came unsealed and it genuinely looked like the delivery man had a go at my food. When it arrived the lid wasn’t sealed and the curry had leaked out everywhere. I called them to ask what happened as I order regularly and they usually seal the bag up well. A rude man claiming to be the manager came onto the phone, and argued with me claiming they never seal the food (accusing me of lieing coz I ordered regularly here and they always did). Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered 2 hours in advance yet I didn’t receive the order until 45 minutes after my scheduled delivery time. They had their phone lines off. Then when it eventually arrived the quality was shocking. The pizza was basically bread with pizza sauce - there was barely any cheese! It’s a margarita pizza, without cheese. Really disappointed will go elsewhere next time.

Fantastic food and delicious, can't stop going there. Indian tea like masala tea I'm always there for it. Come and trying your self. Good customer service as well.

Worst place ever, I came here to try street food from Manchester and I found that food was smelly and bad and they didn't even apologise for that, very rude behavior of the staff and food was really so bad and they were really rude towards us.. Never ever come back to this place.

Chicken burger has nice salad and sauce but the patty is aweful and thin…go McDonald’s. The paneer is ok and curry is ok too. Old chef was waaaay better

For the first time I am unhappy they did not follow my instructions for no salad on the chicken burger! Came with salad and was thrown away! I don't think I will be ordering from you again.

Food was amazing. Got the Chilli Panner and Chilli Chips, good combination and level of spice. My Favourite place to get Pani Puri from, best place in Leicester. I’ve tried many of the other main spots. Strawberry Mojito was very bad! Hardly any strawberry taste. More like a flavoured Sprite with a small amount of strawberry syrup. Stick to can drinks. Never again

Came here for the first time Family live near here and visit all the time Had the Bombay bad boy burger. Chicken. Lamb. Egg. Not really had this combo much. Very desi flavours. Authentic taste. Wasn’t too sure after a bite but deffo grew on me. This is full of flavour. The chilli chips had a kick so beware if you can’t take it hot Great decor inside. Nice staff Keep up the good work

All food was delicious especially samosa chat too much

One of my local stops whenever I am out and about. The food is brilliant and always tastes good each time I go there. The staff is nice and helpful, and the owner is a good guy. Every time I enter his store and he is there, he always says hi and talks to me like a regular guy. I can't hype this job enough. If you're looking for a good place that serves chicken tikka and has good taste, I recommend this place every time. I personally order the chicken tikka with chilli chip every time, and each time it has a great taste. Alhamdulillah

I wish the quality of this street food were better, so I could consider buying it in the future since it's close to our house. Unfortunately, I have to mention that the food lacked flavor and was excessively oily. The samosas had a deep brown color as a result of oil that had been overused. Immediately after consuming this food, my stomach became upset.

Really lovely place, great service and good is decent! The special chilli chips were yummy, however the egg fried rice had way to much egg in it, to the point where it was more egg than rice and I couldn't eat it - that's the only negative feedback I can give otherwise it's great! Very reasonably priced!

Much better than previous orders. Portion was good, was really tasty and generous toppings on pizza too and decent lamb in stir fry noodles. Really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend and order again!

Ate from this place today and OMG have been feeling sick, nauseous and suffering with awful diarrhoea since then. Food poisoning for sure and hygiene isnt the greatest if you have a look at where they cook they dont even wash the dishes saw them make tea in a the pan that they had used previously without washing disgusting

I like how the change how hot the orders are, however I did not like their nan which was too thick and hard. Apart from the nan which I did not eat, the rest of the food ordered was good.

Great place, great effort and fantastic team. They always meet dietary requirements, they cook well, never really have issues with my order. One suggestion, sell things like wings, chicken pieces and etc on its own, I don’t always need a meal deal. Thank yo though you’ve been great.

This place is amazing Proper Indian Street food at its best! I Ordered bombay platter ,fried rice, manchurian Wow! Really fresh, yum, nice and spicy just how we like it. . Cheap and portion sizes are massive. Great customer service definitely recommend to try

Family favourite - excellent! Very tasty.

We live in a village outside of Leicester and really fancied, a spicy pizza, unfortunately, living outside of the city these are hard to find, googled spicy Indian pizza and this place came up, decided to drive up and try it out. Food was really nice, the staff are super friendly, we had our dog with us, so decided eat in the car, as we wanted to eat hot and fresh. We tried the hot and spicy, and the best of both, special chips and chilli prawns and rice noodles, all were really nice, we would definitely recommend and would definitely go again.

My Diwali meal has been absolutely ruined, my order has not been delivered and the restaurant is saying the driver has picked up the order and the site is showing it was delivered at 4:34pm but I haven’t received it’s Diwali today and waiting for our food

We ordered a few items off their menu but everything that came was absolutely horrible 😣 no taste everything was lacking salt and flavour they couldn’t even get the ambli chips right, it was like they just dolloped a whole load of ambli pulp onto the chips yuk. Would definitely not recommend going here, waste of money.

Food was not that great. I ordered veg noodles, paneer deluxe pizza and veg fried rice. Veg fried rice and veg noodles I would rate 0/5. Noodles was too saucy. Pizza was okay-ish. Paneer on the pizza had too much artificial colours. And moreover the person who took out the order was licking his fingers while taking papers and was packaging the food with same hands. Overall it was a worst experience.

I think Bombay Street Food has changed owners, pizza was not the usual amazing it always has been done, lamb did not have the succulent pieces, a lot of fatty bits.

Been there about twice now. The food is amazing and the price is very reasonable. Would highly recommend

When I say that was the best chip butty I have ever had in my life! I’m not exaggerating, literally amazing!! I wish I taken a picture of how good it was before I ate it! It’s now all I can think about! I cannot wait to order again! And the curry was beautiful. Definitely properly made. Even my child liked it and he is incredibly fussy with curry’s! The quality of the food was good the portion size was good the speedy delivery. This was the first time I have ordered from here and it definitely will not be the last! Expect a New regular customer. Thankyou for such amazing food!

Best food I've ever eaten from a takeaway!!! Chicken curry is superb, well spiced and the right amount of heat. Chicken kati was delicious and devoured in a out 2 minutes flat. Got to be one of the best in leicester.

Called a week before to confirm that they'd be open on eid day. Turned up to find it closed and no-one answering phone obviously. Drove all the way from Birmingham as well. Very unprofessional service.
