Food was good but cold when we got it!

Very expensive now for what you get. Guess I'll have to look for another place to get my curries from.

Sadiq and Suton were fantastic, we had a wonderful evening, they were really attentive and personable- fabulous!

This was my second time eating here and I specifically came back for the sag paneer but found that the recipe had been changed. But after speaking with the very friendly and accommodating staff, the cook remade my main with the old recipe at no extra charge. A few items had also been removed from the menu but at request were still available. Also can’t recommend the honey bhajis more.

Very good offer for dine in, the food was soo tasty! 😋 Nice service, they offer warm lemon wet wipes in the end and chocolate treat, and the place is very clean.

My wife and I came to dine here for our first night out alone following the birth of our baby, hoping to have a lovely evening with good food and great service. I can absolutely say that is exactly what we got; our host was very welcoming, nice and chatty, and he ensured that my main course was delicious and creamy, as that's how I prefer my curries. Very satisfying food and service, and two very satisfied customers. Will happily return for another meal someday hopefully soon.

So scrumptious, truly an amazing place for family & friends. The food is just immaculate, as well as the service. Definitely a place to give a try.

This is a true gem in Hemel. A very friendly welcome, marvellous food with magnificent portions, we think this is one of the best places we have visited in Hemel, and we have tried a few 🤔🙆‍♂️ Only 4* for atmosphere because not enough locals here 🫤

Ordered take out amzing quality food. Had the naga curry, spicy garlic chicken curry and kids had korma. All very tasty, and perfect size portion. This is my new favourite Indian. Highly recommend

We got food from this restaurant for an event and it was amazing food! It was delivered on time, cooked fresh and tasted delicious! All the guests said how great the food was. Will be ordering from here for future events.

Very unhappy - 46 minutes late & when I asked for partial refund was refused saying driver was stuck in traffic! Now we are roughly a quarter mile from restaurant so this is untrue- then when food arrived there was no apology & food was without its normal condiments of mint sauce & salad for the tandoori dishes - the food wasn’t very hot either - this is unusual as it’s normally great - but why treat a regular customer like this? Should have just apologised & offered a discount next time

Curry chicken tikka jalfrezi was very tasty. My friend had lamb vindaloo, a bit too hot for him. Tasted okay to me. Not many people in restaurant on a Friday night, plenty being delivered.

First time visiting. Was very quiet for a Thursday. However the food was really lovely. Probably one of the best curry houses in Hemel. Well worth a visit and will definitely go back.

Just had Family meal for eleven of us and what a lovely meal it was couldn't fault it will definitely be returning.

food was extremely late, was stone cold and missed some of my order

So went out for a meal banana Leaf but closed. OK just by chance 4 of us decided on bombay spice ,,,,, what a fantastic choice . Great food will definitely go back again. Best I've had for years

Really disappointing that the vegetable curry was just made with mixed frozen veg. The quality was sadly not good at all.

Order has NOT arrived despite the app stating that it’s arrived. It then turned up 20 minutes late.

Best food I’ve had for a long time. Chicken tikka madras was delicious

All in all the food was not bad but The Saag Paneer was dessert level sweet and the naan for some reason was also sweet. Sorry guys wanted to make it four stars but we waisted the Saga Paneer.

What a delightful surprise, food was just perfect. Very good quality and I won’t hesitate to order from them again. A great new find :)

Me and my family went out tonight and we have the king, prawn curry, sizzling, lamb, chops, butter, chicken chips, mushroom bhaji, numb breads. It was absolutely beautiful best around fresh food and hot well recommended best in Hertfordshire for a fact I will be going there again. Very nice best Indians I’ve ever tasted for a long long time

Lied to by guy at restaurant, not appreciated , driver wasn’t having car trouble, he said he had 3 orders mine was last no issues! Not great customer relations wont bother again.

The rice of the Biryani were still hard, not nicely boiled and cooked.

Everything was lovely, apart from the fact meat samosas were sent instead of vegetable - I can’t eat lamb. Just glad we ordered onion bhajis as well, and my husband was happy to swap his bhaji for my samosa!

I came here when it was quiet but it was still very nice evening having authentic Indian food. The price for Beer here is definitely more expensive than anywhere else in Hemel at the price of £6.50 per pint but overall they deliver very good service whether you're getting takeaway or if you're eating in.

Always get our curry's from here but it came all the containers where bashed about the popperdon stale not good 😐 😕

Good service. The food was fine. But i made the mistake of ordering the butter chicken without reading the ingredients. I was under the assumption that butter chicken was made with cream and butter, not coconut and loads of sugar. Very bizarre! Did not like it! Everything else was good.

Food originally arrived 30 minutes early but unfortunately the curry was wrong. Many apologies made and replacement arrived still with 5 minutes to spare on original time. Food was delicious.

I can only give this a 2 star. Service/delivery was awful and food was standard. Ordered at 7.05 food came 8.20. My food came to £27 and I paid with £40 but driver only had change for £30, so he took my money and came back another hour later with my change.

The food was stone cold only 3 pieces of chicken in a dhansak rice was stoggy and sticky I don't usually complain but they won't be seeing my money again I should be refunded for the whole amount
