Bombay Spice Indian Takeaway in Neath Port Talbot

This was our first order with bombay spice and sadly will be our last waited 2 hrs for delivery but food was cold and tasteless the chicken tikka masala was sooo sweet with coconut my son wouldn’t even eat it, my biryani was supposed to be the house special but was a tasteless mushroom rice with only 2 peices if beef which were unchewable no spices herbs not even a cardamom in sight very disappointing after reading the reviews i was expecting better on a positive note the guy who delivered was lovely and polite

Our favourite take away was closed so we decided to try this one again, I am sorry but it was really horrible. I can't even begin to describe why, just ghastly. The rice was nice but that was the all, the rest no, no, no.

Great food with lots of flavour. Really fresh and piping hot. Customer service was great and the price was very reasonable. All in all, really impressed and would definitely have another takeaway from here.

Absolutely shocking service... 2.5 hour wait for a takeaway when told that it would be 1 hour... after calling 1 hour and 15 mins after ordering, was told “2 hours now”. I’ll stick with halima thank you !

We had a meal delivered, admittedly a Friday night but you still expect it to be good surely? It was horrible. Cold, really salty, the chicken tikka masala was almost the colour of tomato ketchup. We will try again but collect next time. Fingers crossed it will be as good as it used to be or I am afraid we will be going elsewhere.

Nice staff second time to order takeaway, but disappointed how sweet the curry’s were mine the korma is always on the sweet side but l have noticed that the sweetness has gone up in all Indian’s over the last two years more like a dessert my husband’s normally spicy was again over sweet and chicken tikka starter taste was just salt disappointed cause it’s got lovely staff

Great tasting food, good prices. Really liked the kebab in naan. The man at the counter was very helpful too, sorry i didn't get his name.

Ordered a set meal for 2 and was bitterly disappointed. There were 2 curries on the set menu however both tasted exactly the same just a different colour. One was bright red one was bright yellow. 6 pieces of chicken in each swimming in a watery luminous sauce with absolutely nothing else. No onions, mushrooms nothing! Nam bread was also freezing. Very disappointed and will not be using them again

Came here on a good referral from a friend and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious, you can see it being made fresh after you’ve ordered and their menu has some good additions compares to other local Indian takeaways. Highly recommend the Jeera Lamb if you like a heavily spiced but not hot curry that’s full of flavour! If you love cumin like I do, you’ll love it! Chips are great and I don’t really like chips on the whole. All around it was fantastic. Really reasonably priced as well

If you fancy an Indian/Bangla Deshi takeaway, this is brilliant. The food is great ( can be spicy too) & the price is good. Beware, they can be huge meals though, mine often lasts me for two days. Try the Chicken Tikka Kebab if you want a quick cheap bite....

We always use Bombay Spice for our works curry night. We cannot fault the food, service or price. It is always top class. Thank you Nixon & co. :D

Good staff good menue good service, if you want a good indian takeaway this is one of the best and Salam who lives local is very pleasant

I live a good 20 mile round trip to travel to this takeaway! Staff are friendly. Food is delicious, spicy chips is must! Portions are good! Curry isn't watery it's packed full of flavour and sits on top of your rice and chips. Spot on

We buy from here regularly & have never had anything but first class food ranging from mild & sweet to launch your head to mars if you want it. :) Top class & as tasty as I have ever had anywhere else. The staff are helpful & always smiling too. :D

Had many takeaways from here, everyone has been excellent, they can do it mild or with a kick like a mule if it is wanted. :-) One of my favourite takeaways in Port Talbot.

La comida es siempre de un nivel alto, caliente, sabroso y entregados en buen tiempo. Y la próxima vez que visite nuestros amigos en Port Talbot? Me encanta este llevar ... siempre buena comida caliente ... buen servicio ... y muy limpias, nos pide regularmente desde aquí y nunca nos ha decepcionado ... ajo arroz es deliciosa ...

Tamaño de la porción, gran comida muy sabrosa y una excelente relación calidad-precio, comida para dos bajo 17 libras. Estaba listo en el momento acordado cuando ordenados por teléfono.

My colleagues and I use Bombay spice when ordering a take away while on shift. The valve is exceptional, food tastes great and portion sizes are more than generous.
