Long delivery but thats due to us being quite far from restaurant but quick. Nice food, was a little cold on arrival but nice.

Pizza was burnt the chicken was descuting chips were cold

Over 1 hour late. Not that warm.

Really disappointed, waited almost an hour, then message on app said 15 minutes added to delivery time. After 30 minutes i rang & was told it was on its way, only to wait another 35 minutes. The food wasn't hot enough & no salad with kebab

Ordered my daughter a kids cheese burger meal. Didn't receive the cheese burger after telling driver that's it was missing from order.

food was a hour late, the cheese on the chips and pizza had set the kebab had set fat on the top.

Great as always. Only 4 for food this time as the meat was a little dry. Otherwise perfect. Tasty and satisfying portions.

Food arrived half hour late, and was just warm but no naan bread! Rang up, said they were sending it straight away that was 21/2hours ago?! Needless to say we haven't waited

Swapped our Fanta for Pepsi, something we'd already not selected without asking us. We don't like Pepsi, actually want the Fanta we'd ordered please.

Unfortunately after then many times I have ordered from here this is the first time I've been disappointed. Food was nice as usual no problems with that just would've been nice to have some chicken in my curry. I order from here all the time and this is the first time I've been disappointed. Apart from that brilliant as usual

Ordered at 6pm for delivery at 6.45pm. Order didn't arrive until 7.50pm after ringing the takeaway restaurant twice. Both times they told me it would arrive in 2 minutes. Complete lie! Also rang Just Eat to get my money back as the food was cold on arrival and was delivered over an hour late. Just Eat took no responsibility at all and said I had to deal directly with the restaurant. I will not be using this restaurant or the Just Eat service again. And will be telling friends and family about the extremely poor service from Just Eat.

The only problem is that they say delivery is free but when it arrives they charge delivery! They need to add this onto the order before

(Family from Leeds) Lovely pizzas, delivered to the campsite we was staying on. Highly recommend.

Delivery was 20min later than they promised and they sent garlic naan when we asked for plain naan. Lots of food for the price, tasted ok but we've had a lot better from them in the past.

We ordered 3 meals and a starter the one meal had two hairs in and the other meals were dry and unpleasant. Just eat refunded us a voucher to compensate.

Fast delivery and tasty pizzas.

Food was terrible. Didnt enjoy it and meat was rubbery. To top it off the delivery driver tried to get £2 for delivery off me but as it was not on the receipt i refused.

The chicken was very good but the lamb was very over cooked. Won't order this dish again.

First time ordering from here and I have to say I'm really impressed. We collected our order and it was ready on time as freshly cooked. The burger was delicious and the chips were fresh and hot. The staff were also really friendly and its rear value for money. Definitely recommend and will be going back.

Ordered from here a few times but this was by far the worse. Chips needed cooking more, the pizza which was cheese and tomato tasted peppery and the burgers were clearly just put in the microwave along with the bun, even the pop was warm. Not usually this bad neither

It was cold and not very nice food

Since the Bombay opened we have been loyal customers, but sadly over the past 6 months or so things seem to be going down hill, inconsistency with the quality of the food, dreadful delivery timing, but worst of all is the order is mostly delivered with items missing, which is a pain, Yet again last night our order was incomplete and we had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest of it to be delivered. This is now happening to often, we have at least 1 order a week from the Bombay and over the last 2 months we had had 1 correct delivery, it surely can't be that hard to read what has been ordered from a print out, in type, from Just Eat, and then when you phone, the solution is to say do you want them on your next order, err no, I ordered them now and just want the delivery to be correct, Think its time to take my loyalties and cash somewhere else.

We gave them the wrong number! They were kind enough to redo the food and re-deliver for only a small extra fee.

Huge portions as always, friendly delivery driver and a real nice evening for the family.

Best Indian in the area, hands down!

You always forget my poppadoms and I pay for extra this happened more then 3 times now!!!!!

Lovely food be prepared for when they come to your door and say £2 delivery charge witch is not said any were so I had no change what so ever because I did it on my card but he told me not to worry about it brill for the price but would like the hygiene improving as it only scores 2 which is worrying

I have been charged, but food was not delivered, why , I know it was late but why have I been charged ????

Took over an hour and a half to arrive, once delivered the takeaway wanted to charge an extra 8 pounds for delivery that was free, when challenged in this the takeaway got very aggressive and told us we would be banned if we didn't pay the extra. Food was cold when it got to us.

Gross! Horrible, grease filled food that taste so plain. Gonna give it one last try next week as others have said they likes it.

Just dont order. The sooner this place closes the better. Always feel horrific after eating here. Nasty, cheap food. Every single curry apart from korma is in the same pink sauce, even the chicken kebab is covered in it. It really isnt worth spending your money here as they clearly don't care about taste or quality of the food or satisfaction of customers. Wont ever be ordering again from here.

Takeaway came earlier than expected which was great! Tasted good just as it should and they were extremely polite! :)

Order was a slightly late but it was a Saturday and very busy and delivery driver couldn't of apologised enough,but food was hot and the best kebab I've had worth the wait many thanks

Food was nice but took 1 hour 30 mins to arrive and was cold. We ended up heating it up which defeated the point of not cooking! They also had the audacity to charge £2 extra for delivery. I wouldn't mind if it was warm and on time but it wasn't!

Ordered online at 5pm and requested a collection time of 730pm. Our order was ready to collect when I arrived. The food was hot and fresh so I knew it hadn't been standing there long. It tasted delicious. The chicken tikka korma was very good and I've tried this dish from various other Indian takeaways. The staff were friendly and polite. We will defiantly return. Don't be put off by the exterior/interior decor of the takeaway as its a little basic, as the food is excellent and well worth a visit. The only negative I would say is I would have liked the naan breads to be a bit thicker. They were tasty but I prefer the thicker fluffier types of naans. The ones here are more like flat breads. otherwise a top takeaway!

Burgers was pink/red inside, it was luke warm at its best, no salad nor garlic mayo which was ordered, would only use as a last resort

food delivered incorrect, re ordered and incorrect again.

Phoned up after 1 hour 30 min and was told it was on its way, then phoned again 2 hour 20 min after the order and said to cancel it as it was to late now. Then had a phone call from the delivery guy 20 min after saying it was a free meal but we had already cooked and he said he couldn't find our house

Very disappointed with the curries tonight tasted disgusting and definitely not up to the usual standard.

Should off been here by 6.05 its now 7pm and no food, contacted the resturant and they said its on its way!

Absolutely gorgeous food, as we have come to expect, we usually pick chefs/house specials, but tonight had a good old curry, it was brilliant, loved it would recommend, thanks

After waiting over three hours for the food trying to contact Bombay with no luck as the phone was off the hook and after contacting just eat and tried to call them with no luck. We got the food four hours later with no apologies or and reason to why it's so late

I had the chicken tikka and my girlfriend had a garlic bread both delicious would definitely recommend.

Really disappointed with tonight's takeaway. Pizza base was raw and inedible, missed extra items I paid for off and the order was over 1.5 hours. I real shame as we never usually have problems. Curry for us in future rather than pizza

Food arrived after 1 hour and 40 minutes of ordering and 30 minutes after delivery estimated time. Not great service at all!

Food was over an hour late and couldn't get through on the phone to find out why. When it did arrive some of the order was missing and took another 15 mins to get through to complain although they did bring it straight away. Not the kind of service we usually get from here.

Delivery was delayed by late driver, phone call did let me know though. Food excellent!

Utterly disappointed...have been a customer for years,never again.2and 3/4 hours after ordering,our food arrived stone cold,no apology,and after ringing 3 times,always told it was'on its way'!!!no offer of money back,or a discount either?

Dont know whats goin, such a difference from 2 weeks ago... Rock hard garlic bread, pizza only had 2 toppings instead of 3 n hardly any tomato base, the chicken looked n tasted like itd been fried n refried several times... Not the usual standards at all.

Have to say this was the worst meal we have had from here. We order from here quite often and always enjoy it. However tonight it was awful, the curry sauce was watered down and tasteless and looked a funny colour the poppadoms were soft and chewy. Was really disappointed 😞

The pizzas was lovely but thay substituted 1.5ltr bottle of pop with 3 cans that equal 990ml and charged an additional £4 for delivery wich was late

only recieved one nann bread and had no coke.

I was rang and told that they were busy so the delivery time would be a little longer which I thought was great service! However there was a random £2 delivery charge on top of that when it said online that the delivery was free. :S this happens sometimes when I order from here, and not others.

Unfortunately, the service and delivery has gone down hill in the last couple of months. Nothing wrong with the food. But time after time (especially with kebabs) our meals are delivered wrong. When you ask for no salad, you expect no salad, when you ask for garlic mayo you expect Garlic Mayo and so on. I can let these issues ride a few times but its every time we order something. So I will be ordering from elsewhere from now on.
