Having been to many Indian restaurants, have to say this is one of the best - the food is first rate and the service too! Chicken biriyani is first class and they have a great Indian lunch menu too plus kids menu and an option of traditional pub food for family members favouring fish and chips etc! This will be our new pit stop on the road up the A9! Highly recommended.

Mandeep’s dishes were amazing. Proper authentic indian cuisine. I really enjoyed the thali for 2 which included some starters and mains - great if you want to try different dishes. To finish off we had the carrot halwa for dessert which was delicious

We came here for lunch and couldn’t be happier! Mandeep knows his stuff! The food was excellent! We shared Mandeeps special thali for 2 and had a selection of chicken lamb and salmon. Would come here at least once a week if we lived here! Such a gem and would recommend to anyone staying nearby. The staff is also very nice and the whole place is well looked after :)

Lovely selection of food. My husband chose the special curry and really enjoyed it, I chose a curry I would not normally go for and really enjoyed it too. Our rice was beautifully cooked and naan breads were perfect. Our starters were tasty and the portions were ideal. Would definitely recommend trying here. We will definetely be back.

Friendly Staff, great Guiness and with the sunshine, it's ideal. May was excellent chat, and poured a perfect Guiness. The beer garden is ideally situated for an afternoon sun trap. If you are in Auchterarder, drop in.

Lamb rogan josh - the best lamb we've ever had. They could also accommodate the food intolerances. Fantastic place for Indian food.

We are three friends who live locally and decided to try this place out on a Monday lunchtime. The restaurant is comfortable and welcoming, the service was great. The owner (?) came over to chat with us and explained the menu sharing that there are no artificial colourings/flavourings in any dish. We asked for peshwari naan which wasn’t on the menu, but that wasn’t a problem. Everyone’s food was delicious and I came home with a doggy bag. Highly recommend.

Fabulous authentic Indian meal. We had no problems in this pub/restaurant. Odd setting for an Indian restaurant but food was the best. Spoke with Mandeep who advised that all the recipes are original created by himself. Also that ingredients used are good for the body and natural . Nan bread was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.

All natural ingredients for the food, great flavour and the staff were very friendly. A very relaxed atmosphere also. We had the Gobi masala and the Kashmiri Chloe with pilau rice and a gluab jamun for dessert

Well worth the road trip !!! With so many iconic Indian restaurants to chose from in the Greater Glasgow area, we opted this time to travel north from Paisley to Auchterarder on a previous recommendation from a local resident. Mandeep and the team did not disappoint. Indeed, they all met and exceeded our expectations. We chose the Mix Tandoori Platter (serves 2) with a range of dips and sides followed by the traditional galub jamon for dessert. Authentic food made from a wide range ingredients that delivered on Quality and Cost. The personal touch of the hotel's friendly and knowledgeable staff was evident throughout with Mandeep personally visiting our table to gather feedback. A sign of his open and transparent approach to identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back for an overnight stay. Well done folks and keep up the good work !!!

The food was absolutely delicious, with the standout dishes being the flavorful Chettinad beef and the fragrant biryani. The Chettinad beef was expertly spiced, with a rich blend of black pepper and aromatic herbs that brought out the tenderness of the meat, while the biryani was perfectly cooked, with fluffy rice. Enjoyed every bit!

Since moving back to Scotland, I've found it hard to find a place that does proper authentic indian cusines. By far the best I've had in 2 years. Food is amazing and full of flavour and cooked to perfection. 100% recommend to anyone!

Popped into here on a recommendation from a friend on a Thursday night to try the Bombay club menu.... Absolutely superb tbh...food was brilliant, my partner and I shared the sizzling platter which was delicious...sports on, pool table, darts and great atmosphere....the head chef Jasbir even checked up on our dining and was great to chat to about the menu...highly recommend 5 *****.

The food was so good that we ate here twice during our three day stay in the area. My wife said it's possibly the best Indian food she's tasted and that's high praise indeed. If possible I'd knock half a star off as my friend asked for his meal to be made extra spicy and when it arrived it wasn't. Still tasted great though apparently. Highly recommended

First time dining here and we enjoyed our meal very much. Nice busy atmosphere on a Saturday night. We ordered starters, mains and desserts all were very tasty indeed. The waiting staff were lovely and friendly and food came very quickly when ordered.

Visited last night. Good atmosphere, service good and wide choice on menu. Starters Chicken 65 was tasty, chilli chicken also good, butter chicken and chicken tikka freshly cooked. Rice and naan great. Good value and certainly recommend!

We were staying in the cairn lodge. This Indian restaurant was recommended to us . After looking forward to the food it was quickly short lived. This has to be the worst meal that I we have ever had.the service was awful the waitress needs to be educated on the food she is serving customers. We will never dine in this awful place again. I would like to say that the bar staff were very friendly it's just a shame the restaurant doesn't show the same attitude and professionalism as the bar staff

Take away. Very basic food. Lamb Rogan Josh ( asked for madras) was very salty. Too much chilli paste perhaps. Bhajiya v disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend

We visited for a drink not to eat. We had 4 different beers between us and 3 of them were not cool. We went home to cool beer after the first round.

Extensive menu to suit most tastes. All accompaniments priced separately. One of the best Lamb Rogan Josh curries I have tasted. Masala lamb chops were delicious too. Portions are really good. Service was good and food cooked to order. Decor is pleasant and our seat by a window was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

We've been here a few times for dinner and we've always been blown away by the quality of the food. Really good curries and my daughter normally goes for the kiddies burger or pizza which has also been very good. Such good value for money too!

Great food, great ambience and even better hospitality. Their tandoori roti is one of the best I have eaten outside India. Portion is good size too. Panner tikka and Kashmiri chole are lip smacking. Not to forget their coriander chutney. Thanks to Jaskiran for amazing service. 7* for the service.

I was present in-the bar of this establishment last week when I saw an awful incident involving a person who I took be either the owner or manager. He was berating a female member of staff in a shocking manner in front of patrons. He then used awful language to a customer and his family. I do not know what caused the issue but to see this in a quite corner of Scotland was most upsetting

I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews but I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times and none of the times have been disappointing. The food is absolutely delicious! I recommend the tandoori lamb chops! I’ve had it twice and the meat is so well seasoned and tender it’s definitely a favorite for me. The people working there also offer a great service and it was a pleasure to meet the talented Chef Mandeep!! My partner and I can’t stop talking about this place so you know it’s good!!

DO NOT VISIT. Appalling behaviour displayed by the "owner"/ manager - 30's, stubble, short hair, tatood, We (party of 7) booked a table for 18.15. Arrived early and from the off experienced rude and abrupt behaviour by the bar manager/ owner. Gone to the bar side as we were there to have drinks only anyways to start with. Thought it may have been a one off until the rest of our party arrived and expressed the same treatment by the same person. We were shown where to sit by the staff which we have then he was being rude to his staff telling that poor blonde waitress to get us off from out table as there is a bigger group coming after sitting there for 20 minutes. Then we kindly got up sat to the new table- bust was way smaller did not even fit . When appropriately challenged, the owner told us to "f**k off" numerous times. I have to say we had to call him twice to speak as he was sending his staff to do his bit. Clearly could not accept any criticism. Told us f*ck off again and again. Absolutely shocking behaviour. I mean if this so called the owner/manager had a bad day , maybe have a day off instead - Lost out on service. We instead visited Cafe Kisa. 10000% better.

I witnessed shocking behaviour towards a group of paying customers by a member of staff who was using foul language towards them. Apparently there had be some confusion over a table reservation and the aggrieved party were trying politely to discuss it with a member of staff who became aggressive and used extremely foul language towards them. I will never visit this hotel again due to the aggressive behaviour of that member of staff - indeed it was frightening to witness.

This was the most amazing Indian meal, I've ever had. Mandeep's special - the meat platter, with lamb, chicken and salmon were full of flavour and cleverly combined spices. The meats were tender and the garlic and chilli naan bread was crispy and again, the best I've ever tasted. Mandeep, Sylvia and the waitress were welcoming and very friendly. We came on Monday evening when it was a little quieter. We'll definitely be back soon!

We visited the restaurant during a trip. The food is delicious. The meat is perfectly seasoned and melts in your mouth. Naan bread is perfect. Delicious desserts. I would love to take it to Poland. Very nice owners. We will definitely come back.

This is the best Indian food I've had outside India. Being born and brought up in India, I've struggled to find authentic Indian food for the last 18 years. This place has satisfied all the craving I've for Indian food. The whole family was super satisfied with the food. We were full to the brim but couldn't stop ourselves reaching for more. The food is just spectacular. We had to say a massive congratulations to the chef when we met Mandeep and Jasbir, brother from Bombay who run this place. They are dedicated to their art and want to make sure the authenticity of food and experience is maintained to the highest standards. We never realised we will find this delicious slice of India in this quiet corner of Scotland. Well done Mandeep and Jasbir and keep up the good work.... We will definitely be back.

I am visiting Scotland from Canada. During my stay, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and I have to say, the food was absolutely incredible. In fact, it was the best Indian cuisine I've tasted outside of India. I've dined at many Indian restaurants in both London and Canada, so I believe I can offer a fair comparison. The service at this restaurant was top-notch, with the chef showing genuine passion for their food. I was so impressed with my initial experience that I made a point to return one more time before leaving Scotland. I would highly recommend trying the lamb chops, fish, biryani, and dessert. What sets this restaurant apart is the uniqueness of each dish, which is a refreshing departure from the typical Indian restaurant that often relies on a standard curry base. In summary, if you find yourself in Scotland and are in search of exceptional Indian food, I can't recommend this restaurant enough.

Bombay Club is an amazing place if you want some authentic Indian food with a hint of western delicacy. The food is quite worth the money but it is spicy. The staff is very friendly and the environment gives a vintage type of style. And there is a jackpot machine, darts and pool to play with while waiting for your food. 10/10 ⭐️

This place is amazing!! The food was so fresh and delicious with perfect amount of spice in it!! Getting to eat such an amazing vegan/vegetarian food where there is a rare chance of finding 1 good restaurant is commendable… Thank you chef Mandeep for such a wonderful hospitality. Went here tonight with my daughter thinking it was a pub, which it is, but it did the most amazing Indian food, served with friendliness and a huge amount of just general kindness. It was so busy, but still relaxed. The staff were great and they even adapted a dish to keep my fussy daughter happy. So impressed.

What a gem we discovered in Auchterarder. I am a fussy (!) foodie from India. And when I give 5 stars for food - that indicates one needs to rush to that restaurant :) The owners are extremely passionate about food and take personal interest in every dish they serve. They have two properties in Auchterarder - in the High Street and Auchterarder club and both serve the best authentic food. And the staff is polite and pleasant. What else does one want for a great experience. I have even booked a big party at the club and feel sure Mandeep and Jasbir will make it a memorable affair and all my foodie family and friends will have a sumptuous meal. Though Indian food is their speciality, they even do international cuisines on Thursday nights. Just not to be missed !

Nipped in for a bowl of soup and a roll, £6.95. Smallest bowl of soup I've seen and a miniscule slice of French bread. We'll not be back. We did point this out, and not as much as a red face let alone a reduction. Happy New Year?

On our way back from Scotland to Milton Keynes , we found this gem of a place through Google reviews. The food was amazing and authentic , Mandeep's brother (sorry forgot the name) was more than courteous - the place deserves 5 stars. If you are around the area , you cannot miss this place , we will come back again.
