The meal was delayed and was delivered after an hour but the app wasn't updated so had the meal 30 mins before the app said it had arrived. The food was excellent.

Why was this place so empty on a Friday night? Food was amazing, service second to none and prices very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent curry in Grantham

Good quality but took way too long, ordered at 6:30 gone 8 by the time we received it!!

Delivered the wrong order, had to phone and get a fresh order delivered, although new order was freshly prepared initially I was told they would send driver back which once I phoned back they said they were sending fresh order. New driver was apologetic and as always pleasant( he’s our regular delivery guy) sadly things like this do put us off perhaps if they wrote address on bag this wouldn’t happen in future I won’t let driver go until I check bag

Ordered 2 boiled rice and got one pilau - order was almost an hour early.

New chef in town? Portion size was bigger, Khari flavour tasty, bombay potatoes good, chapati was better texture. Well done keep up the good work.

disgusted, meal 25mins late and cold. King prawns were only shrimps and only 1piece of potato!! in a vindaloo??? the rest was just a sauce of sorts. The naan bread was so cold and rubber like you had a job to tear it. Needless to say £18 of supposed food was binned. will not be using you or them again, diabolical food and delivery!!

Gorgeous food as always. We waited a good while before realising our order wasn’t coming, however a quick phone call and the issue was rectified straight away and a new order sent out and here within 15 minutes and great hot food. Thank you!

Twice now our onion bhagee have been without salad or sauce this makes them dry and unpleasant

Initially missed something off the order, but when we phoned them they sent someone straight around with what they missed plus some extra things for free, well over and above what we expected. Thank you so much, excellent customer service and great food as always.

Veggie rice was sloshed in oil. 1/5 Madras might as well been a korma, not a single chilli in sight 1.5/5 Tikka chicken was good. 4/5 Onion bhajis 3/5

Curry lukewarm, rice lukewarm, naan cold and soggy! Usually a lot better from Bombay but not tonight!

Order never received rang the restaurant 13 times no answer even left a voicemail they put in the app it’s been delivered and it has not! This is ridiculous. I’ve ordered from here 6 times and NOW they decide to just take my money. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nearly 2 hours waiting for a madras and tikka masala. When I chased up was told driver had left 2 minutes previously. 20 minutes later my delivery arrived when I live a 5 minutes drive away. Food was stone cold, lacked flavour, madras had has much spice as a korma. Won't be going back again!

The food was watery, rice was clumpy and undercooked.

Food was ok, we are regular customers and normally get a few free poppadoms and chutney. This time we go no extras and the dhal we ordered tasted ok but was very watery and had very few lentils in it. So we were a bit disappointed overall.

Food was not the same as I have previously ordered. Previous orders had been perfect, this time the food was pretty rubbish and very disappointing.

Terrible! Waited 2 hours for my delivery. Rang up as was notified 30 mins prior to my delivery arriving that it had left the restaurant. For the staff to be rude to me on the phone. When I said I'd request a refund if the food turns up cold I was told "well it might not be" alas food stone cold on delivery! 🤷‍♀️

Said it was new driver and could not find address. Google maps and Apple Maps both direct to our house we are not in the middle of no where. We have ordered from them 5 times before and had no problems. Food is cold. App will not let me put that it’s 35 minutes late

Food was delivered over 60 minutes late. Food came and had spilt all in the bag, food quality was poor

Our order was absolutely ruined by the driver nearly all of one of the currys was in the bottom of the bag! He must’ve seen this as he handed me the bag and scarpered It had soaked into the lids of all of the cartons and ruined the salad and starter. To top it off it was cold. I telephoned the restaurant who immediately apologised and sorted the problem well done Bombay! I always order from you and that’s why!

Really disappointed, our bhuna and pasanda were watery and and tasteless. The water literally pooled at the bottom of the bowl. Won't order from here again.

Sadly this time the potatoes were uncooked in the sag aloo and the Nan bread was not as good, sauce in chicken was thinner, will still order again but can these things please be addressed?

Great food. OK portions Madras had a bit of a kick.

We all ate what we got - but none of us were over enthusiastic. Flavours were lacking. Overall quantity was OK - but perhaps a little bit short on the meat content. Probably won't be back...

The Curry itself was extremely runny, so much so I wondered if it had Quorn mince shout-out my boy Mo, it wasn’t FARAH- away from awful. The meal lacked taste , the meat was chewy and dry. One naan was stale and all were Han solos no.2… CHEWY! I opted for lamb and it was a little fatty, but aren’t we all! Shame it used to be my favourite now as I regret to inform you “just eaters”, it is no longer of persuasion when it comes to a “cheeky curry”.

Lovely flavours in the Jalfrezie with a kick. Naan bread seemed smaller than usual but lovely flavour again

Whilst on time the time provided by the restaurant was over an hour which is too long, particularly when some of the food was soggy

It was ridiculously quick which is sometimes unnerving. I do love the Bombay but sorry to say the food wasn’t great. Smallest king prawns I’ve ever seen and not much flavour. Rice and naan were average. Sorry guys but I’ve had much better takeaways from you a couple of years ago.

Lovely well cooked meat in the meal every time. Sometimes the Madras has a harsh burn of over seasoning but it is eaten anyway. Good value for money. Restaurant interior is lovely, clean and fresh. Great staff too, including delivery drivers. Well done all.

Purposely booked a later slot for delivery and it came one hour early. When challenged the driver we were told that a bit naughty. Clearly not his fault as he had been told to deliver it.

Been looking for a great curry finally found it the best I've had in years 🙌 couldn't fault the food First time ordering anywhere though without a complimentary poppadom but everything else fab I'd recommend lamb tikka madras

Service was quick but naan bread was a bit chewy.

We ordered Karahi and got a “chicken curry” which was bland. The Chicken in the buhna was pink (cooked but not good quality)
