Food hygiene rating is 1 star Think it's now shut down I've not seen it open for ages

Ordered food with bombay bites,given a time slot of 1hour for delivery and didn't even turn up. Absolutely disgusting,don't give customers the thought there food is on their way and is no show. Disgraceful.

Went in to order, nice & polite, food was ready in 20 mins brought it out to the car for me. Have to say this is the nicest Indian food we’ve had here since I moved here 8 years ago from London. Will only eat from here now…

Lovely food and generous portions. Free parking. Unfortunately, the prices on the menu are outdated. I was charged an extra £3. Bit naughty.

Ordered lamb rogon josh pillau rice and Peshwari Nan.Lamb Rogon very good pillar rice was nice and Nan bread very very good.Phoned at540pm picked up at 6pm

Ordered via just eat and was given a wait time of 45 minuets - 1 hour. 1:15 hours later we're still waiting and call up the shop where we are told it's just waiting to go. 30 minuets later still nothing, call up the takeaway and we are told that it has just left. We are less than 10 minuets away by car. 20 minuets later there is still nothing and we see that it says on Just eat that it was delivered 1 hour after ordering (within the initial time frame given). We call again and this time we are told it left 10 minuets ago, when confronted on their lies they could only give excuses about how they had been busy. The food was nice and hot on arrival and tasted ok but the naans were a mix of doughy and burnt. Not worth the cost and that's before you ad in the repeated and blatant lies.

Not worth your time, not even worthy of the 1 star rating. Latest arrival being 7:50 and still waiting an hour and 40 minutes later... rang and they were waiting on their driver and then rang again only for them to say they are busy. Ridiculous... don't bother going here😭👍

If you order via Just eat it's a lottery when it might arrive be prepared to eat late if at all. Ordered at 1920hrs still sat waiting past 2100hrs. Absolutely abysmal.

Food is generally good but I have received a plain nan twice after ordering cheese and onion. Will go elsewhere in future.

My new favourite place. Saw it from the main road and called in tonight on the off chance before returning home. As well as Indian food, they sell kebabs and have a large menu. There was a few items I haven't seen before and look forward to trying next time. There's plenty of parking spaces off the main road. The large mixed kebab was enormous and the mint sauce in a pot was a nice touch. The chips were fresh and well cooked. The vegetable rice was well cooked and full of vegetables. Also a bit cheaper than other Indians in Llanelli which makes it more competitive. The food was ready quickly. They accept contactless payment which is very useful as most takeaways are cash only. The best thing about this place is the lovely gentleman with dark hair and glasses. Couldn't have been friendlier and more welcoming. I was offered a seat whilst waiting but had a quick wander outside. As I returned, the gentleman had fetched it outside which was incredibly kind. Thank you. I know where to come in future.

Had a fantastic meal for 2 last night gr8 value

We ordered food for delivery tonight, being told that the wait was an hour. Two hours later we ring to find out where our food is to be told that they’ve recently left it outside a house as they didn’t get an answer at the door, we tell them no one knocked our door and we check outside and obviously the food isn’t there and they’ve delivered it to the wrong address and left it outside in the cold. When the food eventually got to us after complaining again on the phone, it was stone cold and inedible and one of the containers in the bag was crushed. I would have ordered again and wouldn’t have left a bad review if it wasn’t for the shocking customer service. We tried ringing to complain after recovering the food but couldn’t get through and after sending the restaurant a message on Facebook we were told to call back later in the evening. We finally managed to get through to them and spoke to the manager Lee who told us to request a refund via the food delivery service, and that they were happy for me to do this. This was clearly just to get me off the phone as when I requested a refund through the food delivery service, they got intouch with the restaurant and informed me that the restaurant were only happy to refund me if I got the food out of my food waste bin and delivered it back to them at gone 9pm at night, which was not what I was told on the phone and I was not willing to do seeing as it’s so late in the evening and that it was their error to resolve. I’ve ended up spending £40 for a meal that’s gone straight in the bin. Absolutely shocking.

Food cannot be faulted it's loverly .but the way the boss treats and speaks to his employees is disgusting . Cannot believe they work for him if he treats them so badly .was embarrassed to wait for my order .really made me feel awkward and bad for them .it's not right.

Disgusting COLD food. Took ages to arrive and if i had known i was going to be sold COLD FOOD after waiting hours then i wouldn't have bothered. After reading lots of the BAD reviews on facebook i kind of get the feeling that they are famous for being SLOW, and messing people around. I thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt only to be royally let down by them. A male staff member was extremely rude and only 1 star food hygiene rating 🤢 NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!! We then ordered food from ADNAN and it was beautiful! shame they couldn't do the same.

Really not good plenty of other places to get a take away that actually tastes half decent. I will not be coming back!

Waited ages for food got the order slightly wrong and payed for a chutney tray and all I had was mince sauce and mango chutney 👎

Stunning Jalfrezi! Great portion sizes and excellent value for money. Lovely staff and lots of options on the menu. No minimum order for the delivery so great for if you're getting something on your own

Tried a takeaway from here for the first time. Ordered from Just Eat and food was ready at our chosen time. We went for collection, when we arrived the food was nearly ready and we didn’t have to wait long. We ordered 2 different kebabs, chicken tikka & mixed kebab. The kebabs come in a naan bread which was lovely and we also had a good amount of meat which was all freshly cooked with fresh salad. My husband ordered a side of chips and they were really lovely chips, fresh and probably the nicest chips we have had for a while. My daughter ordered a chicken tikka masala box meal which came with half rice and half chips and it also came with a can of pop & a naan bread. I have to say the box meal is really good value for money, it was a massive portion that could have fed 2 people and very fresh and tasty too. We have no complaints and will be back.

Very disappointed with service won't order from here again rang up some foods not turned up was told be with u right away still waiting after having finished other things and after 31 pounds spent they argued about me asking for free samosa and still the rest of the order not turned up

Consistently great food but ordering online and speaking to their staff is one of the most painful experiences you will ever have to endure. It takes 20 minutes to order a box meal. Great food if you can bear the frustration to get it!

Just had a delivery to gateway its the worst food I have ever had chicken is like rubber and large chicken tikka kebab was rubbish

First time trying here and have to say its the best tasting Korma I've had in years. The garlic and coriander naan was stunning too. I was told to collect in half an hour and food was ready waiting for me. Plus they give NHS discount 🌈 highly recommended and will be going back for def

Absolutely atrocious establishment - don’t bother! Having ordered and told there was an hour delivery time, 2 hours later our food had still not arrived. After a call, we were told they were busy and the food would arrive within 20 minutes. Another hour on and our food still had not turned up. After over a 3 hour wait, a whole 2 hours over the expected delivery time, a call was made where we were offered 25% off our next order. I’m not sure what was more insulting, a three hour wait for our food, or the offer of 25% off our next order. Which of course was politely declined. Don’t waste your time nor energy.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Friendliest people amazing customer service. Helped me out when a different restaurant screwed me and got food delivered so quickly. Food tastes amazing and the service can't be beat! Met the allergy requests too which isn't always easy! Will be using these guys again! Thank you for making my mother in laws 60th!! Without you I'm not sure what I would have done for food!!! Legends!!!!!

can't fault the food is excellent but to be charged for delivery when it states on the menu that delivery is free within 3 miles and the order was taken down wrong so we didnt get a couple of items and when I got in contact with Bombay Bites to be told he didnt hear the option 2 for set meal 2 and I had only paid for option 1 Not good customer service FIRST TIME I'VE ORDERED FOOD FROM HERE AND THE LAST
