It doesn't surprise me that this venue is now close the customer care is appalling. I attended this venue for a friend birthday gathering and went to the bar to get a drink there was only one staff member behind the bar and roughly 20 people waiting to be served. When I said to the bar staff it would be a good idea to have more help behind the bar. The lady who is supposed to be the manager on the night behind the bar told me she will not be serving me and was also very rude and purposely left me waiting and embarrassed me in the venue. I have since done some research and found out that Bokor has a reputation to treat there customers like this at this present moment in January 2024 they are close thanks God for this.

The food is good but the place is terrible smelly the sofa are so so dirty it is disgusting to eat in smelly and dirty place like this that is why I am not coming anymore this is so bad…. Really I live in Kilburn for many year and this place is getting horrible are the people who work there cleaning?

I visited Bokor during a trip to London last year and was looking forward to visiting again when I came to London this year. The meal this year was just as amazing as last year - I had the four cheese pizza - and the restaurant staff were just as friendly. I enjoyed the nice, relaxed atmosphere - a perfect way to end a busy day in London!

Let me first say, to all the idiots out there, you don't buy anything other than fried chicken from a fried chicken shop despite what they may advertise on the menu. I've orderings from here as a last resort, nothing special, below average, but will do the job if you have no other options

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at one of your restaurants. I have never encountered such poor service. During a recent delivery, my order arrived without the Pepsi that was included. When I contacted the restaurant to inform them of this, I was told that they did not realize the mistake and that I would need to contact the delivery driver myself. I find this completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be held responsible for errors made by your staff. It is not my responsibility to track down the delivery driver for a missing item. It appears that your staff assumed I was somehow at fault and that I was the one who needed to resolve the issue. This is a shocking way to treat a customer. Pizza Hut, you seriously need to reconsider your customer service policies and train your staff on how to handle mistakes appropriately. If you wish to have a good future, this kind of behavior towards customers needs to change immediately.
