Bohem Tap Room in Haringey

Place is fantastic… although Bowes Park is a part of London I’d never heard of, let alone visited. 4 Czech beers on when I came. I tried 3, my favourite was Sparta… a punchy amber beer, 5.4%, but not too sweet. The bloke running the taproom is lovely… happy to talk beer generally, and Czech beer in particular.

Not normally a lager/pilsner drinker, but when it's brewed at this quality it's easy to be converted. The venue is snug, but also has plenty of seating out front for sun seekers. The host/owner/barman was friendly and welcoming. Clean and reasonable prices.

Located in a converted shop premises this ticks all the boxes for a micro pub. Small inside with a drinking shelf on the left and about four tables on the right hand side and the small serving bar with its seven tap wall tucked into the far end. This is the official tap room for the Bohem brewery who now brew their Bohemian style Czech lagers at a site in Tottenham, very close to the Redemption brewery. Have visited pre Covid when there have been other local beers on the tap wall alongside their own products, but this was the first visit since reopening and only three of their own beers available on this occasion. I’m an ale drinker and don’t really do Lagers but have to say their best selling Amos Pilsner is a decent drop, and the spicy peanuts hit the spot as well.

Hombre vivo. La cerveza es de otro mundo y el ambiente relajado. Soy un fanático del hockey sobre hielo checo que está en la televisión. El personal es excelente. Un placer visitar y siempre hago una visita cuando vengo de Bristol. Te recomiendo que vayas y pruebes las buenas libaciones.

Buen lugar para tomar una cerveza rápida después del trabajo, excelente joya local y vale la pena una visita. Gran cerveza de cerveza y cerveza artesanal
