Ordered via just eat and takeaway driver wasn't available for delivery due to unforseen circumstances. However instead of notifying me they kept telling me my order would be delivered then they closed. Called back next day and speak with manager who came out with delivery himself was very apologetic about the situation and reassured me he would speak to team and tell them about the service and communication errors. Overall would try again and food was lovely.

This place has become so much better since the new owners. Big portions, great curries and pizza. Everything is so much fresher.

curry sauce was like dish water some items came cold and had missing items too AVOID

we order from this takeaway about twice a week and every time the food has been fine and delivery drivers fine. never had a issue until tonight....placed a order and when it came, they forgot a item. my partner rang to complain and someone at takeaway started shouting and swearing down the phone when he tried to rectify the mistake. will never order again. lost loyal customers. on the lookout for a new takeaway now

Didn’t receive all my order,kebab starter was missing from the order,other than that the food was piping hot and very nice

that was the worst delivery, they got the wrong address even though it was clear on the order in the end it was sent back and then re sent by taxi which came to right address but was clap cold. never had a problem with this service. it was a hour and a bit late.

Foods not that good seems like microwave meal not good when you sending over 30 pound to have microwave burgers . Chickens hard 1 star is generous best thing about it was the milkshake lol

The food arrived quickly, it was hot and tasty. Unfortunately our chicken Parmesan did not have any bechamel sauce on it. Other than that, the food was spot on 👌🏼

Watery mint sauce, mint sauce spilt all over delivery bag, veins in chicken tikka, tastes like washing up liquid, shami had large hard bone or gristle in it. Donna meat rubbery, had to put in bin and order somewhere else! 😔

Order arrived, and instructions were ignored. Called and was told “I saw the note after I made the order so I didn’t do anything”. What would’ve happened if the person eating that was allergic ? Requested a replacement and was told “oh it’s been delivered, if you want a new one you have to come pick it up”

Order was wrong ordered two kebabs with salad no sauce, it arrived both kebabs had no salad sauce. I called the restaurant to make sure the kebabs had said no sauce and the restaurant customer service was terrible the restaurant didn’t understand what u was saying or anything and when called back they just said we send new order not asking me what I needed

unfortunately this is the second time I've paid extra for cheese on the chips with my burger and it hasn't been done. food is always tasty so will order again but won't be requesting the cheese again!

It was absolutely disgusting oily didn't resemble anything I ordered and some of the coliflower was frozen in the middle such a shame as few year ago it was my favourite place over this end of bradford as I only eat vegetarian curry's so disappointed waste of £30 ....

Ordered a spicy keema pizza , was cold and bland , also ordered a special naan kebab again was cold , and pakoras which you could buy from any supermarket was just chicken in batter , will not use again , awful , do not like leaving reviews that are horrible but it was .

Didn’t show up then asked for me to come get it (I don’t drive so I was on foot) down a country lane for a mile. Proceeds not to be easy to work with, then delivery driver didn’t answer calls so never got my food at all.

Small naan an only 1 yogurt mint dip but very good for the money

I ordered a chilli burger and a chicken fillet burger. The chilli burger bun was soggy it felt wet to touch from the outside. The fillet burger was dry and had no mayo and didn’t look like a fillet. Both burgers had bits of brown lettuce in them and chips were chewy. I’m not a fussy eater at all but I couldn’t eat this everything that could go wrong they got wrong😂 bare minimum to at least keep the salad fresh clearly they can’t even do that

Ordered a few times but standards have definitely slipped and won’t be ordering again. Chicken pakora was definitely not cooked, it was soggy and pink in the middle and kebab meat tasted like bland cardboard. Serving sides in paper bags that smell fishy and are wet and torn is just penny pinching, I’d rather be charged for a box! Never ever again.

Order were suppose to come between 8:15-8:35 had to ring the restaurant at 8:45 was told it would only be 5 minutes was a further 15/20 minutes. Arrived cold, very dry food and chips under cooked. Wouldn’t go again.

Wrong pizza was delivered there for my son couldn’t have no tea as I asked for half and half and no half plain was prepared

Usually order from here because of their cornflake tart, usually pretty good and the best price for what you’re getting. It was the worst I’ve ever tried, didn’t eat more than 2 bites. Just mush, not sure if they had prepped it too early, like beginning of shift but there was no texture to the cornflakes at all. The donner calzone was beautiful though, probably the best I’ve tried, so can’t mark down too much. Don’t usually rate down because mistakes happen but whatever you did with them on Tuesday, it didn’t work and I need the old ones back, please. On time and everything’s always there, no missing pop or anything.

If you think a madras should be vindaloo hot then time to get a new chef madras was so hot I could not eat it I will be staying away from your curries in future

Ordered at 7.40 food came at 10pm despite being half a mile from my house. Never got a call from the restaurant until I submitted a request from Just eat. they called me to say they had limited drivers on and were really busy (fair enough, either ring me and let me know what's going on or stop taking orders if you can't fulfill them) Food came and delivery guy had left my drinks and said he'd go get them and left me with the food, I opened the bag and it was evident that the food had been sat for all that time I was waiting for delivery, the pizza box it was in was so sweaty it had started to fall through and the food was cold. I called them and they offered to send a fresh one (you should have made a fresh one when you knew you wouldn't be delivering for nearly 3 hours!) I declined because it was too late by this point and didn't want to wait for another 2 hours. The guy asked me not to get a refund and he would give me the same thing tomorrow for no charge as he didn't want his rating to go down. The only positive things I can say are that they gave a full refund and the driver was polite but I definitely won't be ordering from here again

Food was 1 hour and 40 mins late came in poor condition cold and completely dry we botha te a mouthfuls or two and binned it really disappointed
