Bob & Berts Coleraine in Coleraine

Bright and clean, right on the town square with parking directly behind. Went for breakfast and was expecting a "fast food" experience but pleasantly surprised. My wife ordered a breakfast and declined the eggs. After we sat down and were waiting for our food a server came out and said "you want some potatoes since you didn't order the eggs?" How cool is that? Order was on the money and quick. You want a decent breakfast that is reasonably priced and convenient this is a good stop.

Was in this one for the first time last weekend and was quite let down. The iced coffees weren’t blended or even mixed. The food wasn’t great either, under portioned for an expensive price. Belfast gives better portions of the same food. The girl who gave us our food slammed the food on the table then walked away. Won’t be back. Go to Big Os in coleraine for better breakfast food!

Would give a 0 star if I could. £9 for a panini with nothing in it. Should be embarrassed in ripping people out of hard earned cash on zero filling in a panini. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Love Bob and Berts Coleraine. Glad there are gluten free choices but would love to see more variety or at least different choices instead of the same GF options all the time. Even if it was GF bread to adapt the hotdog/sandwiches. Why can't the loaded fries be gluten free? The fries with some of the meals are GF, so these could be easily adapted. Please provide plastic straws as an option as the paper straws contain gluten.

Each time I come in there are so many water marks on the cutlery, and the odd time old food which hasn't come off. I'm not sure if your dishwasher needs to be serviced or changed.

A varied menu of good quality, tasty food.

Asked for a berry stack of pancakes and given bacon which was overcooked.. souless place.. I won't go back

Food was just awful. Absolutely freezing inside and the atmosphere was just non existent. Definitely never again.

Can't beat a Bob & Berts least not for their vegetarian options..

Truly awful food. It was only a sandwich with a bit of salad - not much to go wrong, but it was mostly inedible. Still, i sat on a couch I didn't want to get out of & it was warm. B&B is always good for that 😊

My husband and i visited. Had the baked potato with chicken, cheese and chilli jam. This is absolutely NOT worth £7.85. The potato was only regular size topped with a cheese "skin", a teaspoon of chilli jam, if that, underneath and about 3 or 4 tiny tiny morsels of cooked chicken. The staff rarely smiled. The staff and the food is much much better in the Portrush cafe.

£9 for two veggie sausages a cup of baked beans juice and two slices of toast you could've hidden behind postage stamps. Absolute rip off, not even an apology from staff when I sent it back & asked for my money back. Won't be back.

Veggie burger was tiny and was more like a damp potato cake. Fries were soggy, cold, and tasteless. Not worth it for the price.

We stopped for tea and buns and were served quickly however they got part of the order wrong but it was quickly rectified and we had no other problems.

16 pounds for 4 very cold rounds of toast, breakfast juice and a tea for child Kitchen cannot make scrambled eggs because it’s TOO BUSY - at 830 lack of customers and kitchen staff propping up worksurfaces had me wondering one egg - one bowl - one microwave - one minute ?

A large site , when busy , very noisy & usually untidy : young staff chat to each other ,instead of clearing tables . Will post photos next visit. Needs " Mature " overseer. K.J.

Had a home Delivery of short stack bacon and maple syrup .. Bacon was tasteless, Pancake were like Elastic and everything was Cold .. Says pancakes home made ... disagree looked shop bought tasted like it too ... If give it a wide berth .... Plus side Delivery driver was a nice guy and chatty ... 2/10.... Won't be getting any more orders from me!!!!

Unfortunately I had the worst cappuccino I ever had, it had little taste, but the frothy head was missing, very disappointed. Wouldn't rush back!

The quality of the food here is very average and the staff are rude.

Start with the menu display screens, they change to rapidly. Start reading the menu and it changes to adds for their food. Not good. The "famous fry" don't know whats famous about it unless its for the soggyness of the small bread or the half slice of bacon. On menu famous fry reads as your getting two of everything..no mention of 1 of anything. Prices are scandalous and from what I had and what my partner had...far from Worth it. Very poorly cooked snd presented "famous fry" . Not to worry, we live and learn as they say.

Convenient and delicious as usual. Just on the diamond. Splendid for shopping break. nice staff.

French toast and bacon so good, but that was NOT maple syrup.....probably golden syrup?? Love the decor etc, and staff great.

Lovely quiet but busy restaurant. Tasty side salad and decaf latte. Very pleasant.

The vanilla latte tasted nice but wish the wait time for the coffee was a little faster

Food is good, you get what you pay for, however, customer service is shocking. The staff behind the till today was rude, poor attitude and certainly not interested in serving customers properly as much as chit chatting to colleagues. If you can avoid please do, unfortunately I had no other choice (again).

Loaded fries are yummy. Friendly staff and it stays open later than any other cafe in town which is good

Great food very clean tea was a bit off this week but it's good normally also has clean bathrooms 10/10

Quick, friendly service, fair prices. Tables and eating area regularly cleaned, toilets spotless. Outside seating also available.

Food cold prices extortionate . Staff behind the counter not pleasant. Asked for 2 more teabags as the tea was too weak. Gave me a look as if I was asking her to pay for them. £19. 95 for a full breakfast 2 poached eggs. they were hard sent them back. Charged extra for toast ridiculous. I will never go back again. Would not be recommending this venue.The food itself was not good either.

Lovely place to pop in for a hot drinks, food or dessert. The decor is beautiful and staff are friendly.

May as well be serving cardboard with a touch of salt … Also don’t bother ordering veggie stuff because there was a very strong taste of meat ; I’d imagine they use only 1 knife for the entire kitchen . The only thing that turned out decent was the chips , although I can’t imagine how you could possibly get this wrong. Let’s see if the company will delete this bad review. I will be back to check .

Went here for breakfast with my daughter and partner order a Nutella stack a pancake stack with bacon and I ordered waffle French toast with bacon and cinnamon all came to almost £30 anyways got our food and all I can say is if you Like the taste of charcoal in your mouth all day go here the bacon was inedible the waffle was even French toast it was a barely heated waffle no cinnamon just that with black bacon threw on top it was disgusting my partners bacon was the same il never be back for the amount I paid also it was one waffle and black bacon for £6.95 the staff behind the tills also taking my order looked like they would rather be anywhere but there was no hello what can I get you or even a thank you her face and eye roll said it all so yeah won’t be back again 😂😂😂

A fairly typical Bob and Bert's in the centre of Coleraine. Service was friendly, though somewhat slow. However, it was very busy so can't blame the staff for that. Food was decent too. A good spot for lunch

Went here for breakfast,food was alright, but thought it was a bit expensive as four breakfasts plus and two bits of cake cost just shy of £50 , certainly not cheap n cheerful

The cafe is very spacious inside. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The coffee was lovely as was the food. Highly recommend.

Bob and Bert's is situated in the diamond, as you walk up to it you don't realize how big it is until you walk in, the variety of food on the menu is really good and their tea coffees etc is very good the seating is pretty good and well spaced out, the staff are very quick and very efficient and friendly , my only advice would be to have an area set aside for disabled people as there was a lady in a mobility wheel chair who had difficulty being able to sit near the table, also young girls where running up and down and almost banging into people with trays there needs to be a sign up to say no running , but other than that a wonderful place to go for a coffee and treat

Went for lunch... it was top class. Food was lovely

June 7th 2022 Just popped in with other half who is celiac. Definitely recommend this place. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. The selection of deserts is incredible, do not come here if you are easily tempted, because me you WILL be seriously tempted here. We will be back.

Food was good but didn't like the decor.

Very disappointed, I like bacon crispy but not to the point where it breaks your teeth, brioche bap isn’t even a proper bap.

Tried here whilst waiting for an eye appointment, found staff cold and unwelcoming. Tables were sticky to the touch with rubbish beneath. Food when arrived was Luke warm at best and tasteless. Not a great experience.

I really love the scones Bob n Berts do though unfortunately their scrambled eggs, poached eggs are 🙄 scrambled are like rubber and poached has the whites not properly cooked. Prices are quite expensive. Depending on which of Bob n Berts cafes you go to, you can have really friendly staff

Consistently getting food order wrong when ordering from this particular store. Food is either cooked to a great standard but the order is wrong or the quality is awful. Made to feel like rubbish for ringing to let them know if there's an issue or hung up on. Terrible customer service. Such a shame as other Bob and Berts stores are much better.

Totally tasteless food, cappuccino so filled up and watery it spilt all over the saucer, raw bacon that had to be sent back to be properly cooked, overcooked sausages and pudding, panino very bland on raw bread..worst meal I have actually ever had and paid 40£ for it!!!

Far too dear for what we got. 30 quid for breakfast is insane. Quality lacking, good thing I know a decent vet to resuscitate the bacon. Poached eggs you could have fired out of a cannon, and sausages that were questionable at best. Overall, I would have rather eaten their merchandise, would have been tastier and cheaper 😂😂

First experience at this chain and really enjoyed it. I had the pulled pork burger which was very tasty. Portion size was good for the price. They have a really good range of options so something for most appetites I would think. I did notice that tables weren't being cleared very quickly but other than that it was a good experience.

Been in this store today,which I have been on many an occasion but to be referred to as"HER" is totally unacceptable, all because i had to take two pieces of shortbread back because they were soggy...is this really Bob and Bert's policy and etiquette. Won't be returning!!!

Great service and tasty food. Really good selection to choose from and there's plenty of time when queuing to make your decisions, so ordering is not stressful.

Tried for the first time 2/7 and VERY disappointed. Tables sticky. Prices for portion size high imho. Food temperature was tepid at best.

Just finished polishing off Bob and Bert's grub. Ordered earlier today via the Ubereats app. Delivery perfectly on time. Via a super friendly staff member 😁 Falafel loaded fries were really good, as was my partner's vegetarian burger. Would def recommend!

£4 delivery, managed to forget a third of the order, and despite five attempts no-one was able to answer the phone.

Only gave us half the order which was placed by the app. I then telephoned them and they said it was sitting in the shop. We had to return to pick it up. Poor service.

Usually good for cooked food but the salad can be very hit and miss. Have the occasional missing item for home delivery but staff are very nice and quick to fix any problems and delivery is super quick. Would give 5* for customer service but unfortunately have had a few tiny issues that took a star off

Food is very expensive for what you get portion wise...Be warned everyone as i watched today no staff made any real effort to clean down tables after people had sat there, 2 of the 4 glasses we got were dirty so resulted in drinking from a can. Just really appalled with whats going on worldwide with the current corona virus that staff have not been given any form of training in wiping down after customers, being the brand that they are.

The gateau was tiny dry and stale as for the caramel square I paid for it never came ......pretty low score but hey

Incapable of getting an order right, I've had issues with at least 5 orders now.. none no more than three drinks and a bun. I don't know if the fault is down to the website you can now place orders for collection on, or if it's just staff incompetence. If I'm paying the guts of 4 quid for an iced coffee I at least would like it to be what I ordered.. or if I've ordered a bun at £2.50 I don't want to have to go asking for it.. you would be much better off with Nero or ground.. they're just up the road.

Lovely food and atmosphere. I love their homemade hummus and falafels.
