⸻ Absolutely shocking experience – AVOID! We booked brunch at BVLD, which was meant to be £35 per person, with a £10 deposit already paid. When the bill arrived, we were overcharged by £32 each! That’s double what we should have paid. On top of that, four people never even received their mains because the kitchen had “closed,” yet the restaurant still tried to charge for them! We had to fight to get those removed from the bill. They also promised birthday shots, then sneakily added £47 to our bill with NO shots included! Again, they only removed it when we argued with them. The service was unprofessional, the management was dishonest, and the whole experience was a complete scam. If you don’t want to be overcharged, ignored, and lied to, stay far away from BVLD!

En primer lugar nos pidió que llegáramos 10 minutos más tarde de nuestra reserva que hicimos, pero luego nos apresuraron a dar paso a otro evento , nos dio plástico sucio Prosecco flautas para beber, los baños eran horribles y solo 3 para un bar lleno. Salió comida, comida equivocada y frío. La música era demasiado alta. Lástima porque la música era buena pero no podíamos escucharnos ni a los servidores. Los cócteles tampoco eran geniales. Pagamos y nos fuimos desinflados para ser honestos. ¡No volverás!

Evitar a toda costa. Horrible experiencia de brunch sin fondo. Tardamos siglos en tomar las primeras copas. Pregunté por Prosecco 3 veces por separado, luego finalmente llegó después de media hora sin gafas! Tuve que esperar otros 15 minutos para las gafas Prosecco. Cuando la comida finalmente llegó estaba fría como una piedra y de mal gusto. La factura era incorrecta y nos cobraron por cosas que no pedimos, con un cargo por servicio que obviamente despegamos debido al terrible servicio. ¡Y para colmo el lugar estaba helado! Yo nunca iría aquí y no recomendaría a nadie!

Avoid at all costs. Awful bottomless brunch experience. Took ages to get the first drinks. Asked for Prosecco 3 separate times, then it finally came after half an hour without glasses! Had to wait another 15 minutes for Prosecco glasses. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold and tasteless. The bill was incorrect and we were charged for things we didn’t order, with a service charge already on which we obviously took off due to the dreadful service. And to top it off the place was freezing! I would never go here and would not recommend to anybody! £35 down the drain.

Llegué a la nada con mis amigos por mi cumpleaños, dice que tienes Prosecco pero tienes que pagar por ello. Tomamos 2 copas en una hora y media, pedimos dos veces una botella de Prosecco y al final tuve que ir yo mismo al bar a por ella luego tuve que esperar media hora más por copas para el Prosecco terminamos bebiéndola de la botella y pasándola alrededor de la mesa, también fue horrible. Todos los vasos eran de plástico también. Entonces llegó la comida y todo estaba frío, las ‘chips de sal y pimienta’ no tenían condimento. Cuando llegó la factura estaba mal, nos habían cobrado por bebidas que no habíamos pedido. Los inodoros son pequeños y repugnantes, los botones de descarga se pegaron a la pared con cinta adhesiva. Definitivamente no volvería a ir

Horrible bar para comer y beber. Fue por el almuerzo sin fondo £ 37 por persona. La comida horrible tiene algo de vuelta incapaz de comerlo. Bebidas - Prosecco aparece en el menú como opción sin embargo no recibe Prosecco. Se salen con la suya proporcionando 'brut barato' que se vende en línea por £ 3. 50 ! ! ! ! Sabe asqueroso. Los gerentes responden: “nunca antes habíamos tenido quejas, ¿eso es lo que siempre vendemos para Prosecco? ¡Pero erm, no es Prosecco, es basura barata! Foto abajo para los estándares publicitarios...

Tonya princess, she served us at are bottomless brush she was supper fast and friendly, made use feel very welcome, explained two use how it worked as it was are first time here. Loved our experience.

What a place!! Had some food jerk junction food here before a club night then came back to watch Kehlani. Jeezeee what a night!!! Managers & staff all very attentive & my night was 10/10 !! Highly recommend

Came in for a bottomless brunch experience over the weekend with my girls. The food was amazing, exceptional service especially by Polina!

My partner and I went there few weeks ago and we had a lovely time. All the staff we encountered during our visit were all friendly and helpful. Lively atmosphere too. Highly recommend it.

Came for bottomless brunch, ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! And the best part was our server Rahel, such a sweet girl, not once were our cups empty, the food came out fast and it was delicious especially the bao buns. Overall it was Amazing, the food was good, service was fast and Rahel was THE BEST

Went last Saturday for bottomless brunch and I absolutely recommend it , drinks were flowing , food was amazing and service was excellent shout out to all the staff . Stayed for the club night too and the bartender who served me I think her name was Polina was the best , she recommended me the best cocktail and made sure my friends and I were having a good time . Definitely coming back!!!

We were served by tonya princess she was really nice and fast with the service I will definitely give her 10/10 really nice girl we was girl 3 and she was really nice to us plus we was upstairs and she did her best thank you so much Tonya give her a pay rise 😂👌🏾

Worst £35 i’ve ever spent ! I went for the Kehlani after party they sold way too many tickets to the point where you literally couldn’t move in there. I got trampled multiple times and we didn’t even make it as far as the bar also it was ridiculously expensive 3 drinks cost £50 for just vodka cokes!!! There was good music playing but it was so cramp we couldn’t even stay for when Kehlani came out, Had to leave after one hour which was such a shame because this is why we travelled to manchester. Would not recommend coming here for any events as it was just ridiculous

Oversell and let too many people in that you can’t move. Came here for an event and people without tickets were getting in before and several people who were not there for the event were in. Money greedy

This is nothing but a scam they marketed their event to say was hosted by Kehlani the singer but that was not the case basically scammed people to go to their event with hiked up prices for drinks and a bad atmosphere where everyone pushed together and could not move anywhere while people were expecting Kehlani to be there hosting in Their small venue

Went here for a night out, unmatched vibes. All the staff were amazing and door staff were very respectful. Highly recommend

They need to do better and focus more on the safety of their customers rather than the money in their pockets. No room to move or breathe. Couldn’t get out to actually leave that’s how busy it was. Need to only let people in that have paid rather then sneaking people in through the fire exit that did not pay for tickets or have wrist bands. Diabolical service and prices. Ruined mine and my sisters Manchester experience.

I went here for my 21st birthday and the staff completely ruined it for me. Rude staff. Tried to over charge me by about £100 then ended up over charging me £35 even after explaining why it was wrong they still charged me and wouldn’t change it to be right. Had bottomless and didn’t even get tipsy, really weak drinks. Was not a good experience wouldn’t go back

Such a good bottomless brunch when you are visiting Manchester!!! Tegan truly made it the best experience ever, she was so chatty friendly and helpful. We love her will defo be back!!!!!

Qué pena que este lugar no sea mejor, ya que tiene mucho potencial. A la llegada tenía un ambiente agradable y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos, sin embargo, no duró. La comida salió lenta, los pedidos estaban mal, etc. Y luego una hora y media después de llegar todas las luces se encendieron, la música se apagó y se pidió a todos que se fueran! Eran las 8. 30 pm y habíamos planeado tomar unas copas y disfrutar de la fiesta después de comer. Aparentemente tenían una función privada reservada, pero ninguno de nosotros, o cualquier otro cliente de pago, habíamos dicho esto en la reserva. Muy extraño y siento decir que llevaremos nuestra costumbre y dinero a otro lugar.

Egotisical bouncers, undercooked unflavoured food and slow service. Bouncers spilled our friends drink on the door then proceeded to shout and swear at our friend. totally unprofessional and it felt very threatening to be honest towards a small group of women. the food was undercooked and very low quality. drinks were decent but the service was slow and we had to keep chasing them up. definitely will not be back and definitely dont recommend.

Came for a bottomless brunch, food came cold and had no flavour at all, very dry aswel. Bouncers are very rude and the manager! Although the girl that served us was very nice can’t fault her but overall would never go again not worth it

A very horrible night club with poor customer service

Evita este lugar. Fuimos a almorzar el sábado y fue el peor almuerzo en el que he estado. El servicio fue muy lento, solo éramos 3 y tantas ocasiones en las que no tomamos una copa y tuvimos que esperar. La comida tampoco era buena, se fue corriendo y hacía frío. Luego nos bajamos corriendo y nos movimos de nuestra mesa y nos dijeron que fuéramos a pararnos junto a la barra si queríamos terminar nuestra bebida en el minuto en que nuestros 90 minutos terminaran. Es literalmente una cinta transportadora y el gerente en turno fue extremadamente grosero y atrevido, no tuvimos la mejor experiencia y luego agregaron un cargo de servicio de £ 20, lo que luego anula el punto completo en obtener su dinero y también el servicio fue tan terrible que no justificaba una propina! También pagué 23 libras por tres inyecciones.

I had a deeply upsetting experience today at BLVD Manchester. While my white colleagues were allowed entry without any issue, I was singled out by the security guard, questioned repeatedly, and asked invasive and unnecessary questions about my reason for being there. It was clear that I was being racially profiled because of the color of my skin. This behavior was discriminatory, humiliating, and unacceptable. I expect the management of BLVD Manchester to take immediate action by investigating this incident, holding the responsible staff accountable, and implementing proper anti-discrimination training. If this matter isn’t addressed seriously, I will escalate it through all available legal and public platforms. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and I hope to see meaningful change soon.

I am extremely disappointed by the blatant racial discrimination my friend faced at BLVD Manchester. While I and other colleagues were allowed entry without issue, the security guard singled out my friend, who is brown, and interrogated him repeatedly about his reason for being there. Too rushed, and food portion sizes were very small for the price of £38 per person plus service charge!! a bit dissapointed and wont go again to the bottomless brunch

Visited for bottomless brunch on a Saturday, was quiet. Fast service, really tasty cocktails and food was delicious too. Staff came to take regular drinks orders which was really good, definitely got our bottomless worth.

Very expensive club. Spirits bottles over than £250. And customer service is a disaster. A girl at the bar told us in a rude way: " I am not taking your bottle to your table because I am not a table server!" We had to take the botlle and 7 glasses to the table. Disaster! Only good think is the security team and the music. Sorry for the posting but I am just being honest.

Muy sucios, los asientos tenían agujeros, los menús estaban cubiertos de marcas. ¡Las bebidas se servían en vasos de plástico baratos que estaban cubiertos de marcas de lápiz labial! Una copa vino con algo flotando en ella. Cuando se lo dijimos a la camarera ella dijo que era solo un poco de confeti, pero se disculpó, a pesar de que no había estallado mientras estábamos allí! La comida era vil y salía helada fría o tibia. ¡El personal parece miserable y pone los ojos en blanco! Merece 0 estrellas. ¡Evita a toda costa!

Wouldn’t recommend. The person in the picture told us it was £20 each to get in, whereas he quoted the girls in the queue £10. His reasoning was because he knew them, tell us then names of any of the girls from that group. Infact, he stuttered. Very pathetic. If you’re hiring security, ensure they’re professional and treating everyone equally. Luckily we made our way to Dirty Martini, which I absolutely recommend! :)

Booked in here Sunday before last at 6pm. Turned up to find it close, no notice on door, no information about my booking. Still listed as open on a Sunday, god knows if it is or no. Poor

Visitamos como un gran grupo de amigos para un almuerzo de cumpleaños. Había aspectos que nos encantaron, incluyendo: una camarera súper amable (Paulina) que era tan encantadora y no podía hacer lo suficiente por nosotros... ella era brillante; la comida que era realmente sabrosa, caliente, y un montón de ella; y la música, grandes vibraciones, un montón de RnB y lo suficientemente alto como para sentirse como una fiesta. Desafortunadamente las bebidas decepcionaron el día - creo que nos fuimos más sobrios de lo que llegamos! Los cócteles parecían ser pre-hechos en grandes recipientes vertidos en vasos, algunos de los cuales estaban sucios, y sabían mucho a jugo y no mucho como el espíritu que se suponía que estaba allí. En general buen rollo y mientras tuvimos un buen tiempo, las bebidas eran pobres y por lo que no es probable que volvamos.

Had some friends travel from Essex and decided to take them to BLVD. Never been before. Will not be going back. Walked in to about 6 people there. First concern that nobody was eating. The music was so loud even the waitress couldn't hear us order. Granted its a club but at 6pm when it was empty no need for the music that loud. Then the food. Claimed they were mini roast potatoes, they were overly deep fried chips that the potatoe in the middle was missing. The pork escalop was dry and over deep fried to a crisp. The carbonara was in a pool of grease. Disgusting. The only reason for 2 stars was because they didn't charge for the food. Paid a 40quid deposit and the bill of drinks was 48. So saved us 8quid. And left hungry. We didn't eat the food. Would I recommend this place. Yes if you want tacky decor. Deep fried food and music so loud you couldn't hear each other speak. 9pm and that would be fine when everyone starts to go out. My advise. Don't offer food if your going to have a DJ that plays music so loud the waitress can't even hear you. Go to blues kitchen instead !!

Dead music, no one dances and the photographer will push you to get a “good” picture even though he can’t hold the camera straight and he doesn’t expose the pictures right. The photographer was extremely rude to my friend on her birthday, pushed her out the way from her chest to get through the crowd and caused an altercation getting her removed from the club because she stood up for herself, he didn’t even fully listen to her about what the photographer did the security did nothing about this and allowed him to continue being rude to other girls resulting in 12 girls leaving the club early from feeling unsafe and unprotected don’t come here

Best bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to in my life. There was a party going on downstairs while we were eating and drinking upstairs with amazingggg music playing (deffo recommend if you like dancehall, afrobeats etc) but the service from the Asian waiter was 1000/10. He was so attentive and helpful and brought our drinks out so often to the point where we were struggling to down them all which was a good thing since usually restaurants are stingy with drinks/have a limit. We ordered about 20 rum punch drinks and only stopped because we didn’t want to throw up later. Then we went to the party downstairs which was also 10/10. I highly recommend this place and I’m definitely coming back soon!

Myself and 8 friends had a booking at this restaurant in June 2024 for a 40th birthday party. In the run up to the booking we pre ordered our food and discussed my allergy. In this email i conformed i was comfortable with a risk of cross contamination. When we arrived at the restaurant we were informed by the manager that he couldn't serve me due to my allergy but would bring everyone elses food. Obviously my friends refused to eat without me and explained we upset and frustrated as the allergy was not new information to the restaurant. At this point we asked for our £80 deposit back which he refused. I have still not received our money back.

I would avoid this place. Music is terrible and £10 entry fee for an empty club without cocktails after 10 pm...

Great venue for business networking

Food terrible, staff miserable and the toilet facilities disgusting dirty broken seats just awful. Door staff warm and friendly.

Group of 24 attended yesterday, we were greeted by nice door staff from there it went downhill. £35pp equates to £840!!! Cocktails full of sweet sugary syrup, table staff need to learn the art of smiling. Then the "food" arrived total chaos, we had all weeks ago pre ordered what we wanted. You could pick 1 small plate & 2 sides, portion sizes so small even Polly Pocket would be disappointed. Of course with the ever flowing sugary, syrupy drinks a bathroom break was required. The toilets dirty, tissues on the floor, wonky toilet seats and one of which didn't have a seat! The decor is dated, crumbling plaster on the walls, wall paper torn and coming off. Manchester has a vast array of bars, venues etc and this place needs to up its game. They then at the end wanted an extra service charge!!! Definitely one to avoid. No stars from me whatsoever 😡🤬

We went on Saturday afternoon with some friends, when I got there, the first thing that I noticed was the music was very loud, the reception person had to shout to confirm my booking. When my friends came, it was very hard yo have a conversation because couldn't not hear what each other was saying, even though we were sat across from each other, I asked if the music could be turned down, as we was not in a club setting first of all, we was there for something to eat. The girl was very apologetic, and she said she would ask if it could be turned down, the DJ continued to play the loud music, we could not wait to finish our food, so that we could get out of there. Definitely will not be going back there for something to eat.....the food was OK, everything else was really poor

Birthday brunch for my friends 30th. 12 of us had an amazing experience. Mia and Tegan gave impeccable service. Drinks never empty, kind and friendly. Great banter. Will come back for my birthday! Thank you so much

Never coming back again! Purchased a ticket (£16) to a club event “ LDN X MCR BADDIES : LIYAH MAI” and left so disappointed… We arrived shortly after midnight to find the club was EMPTY, the event started at 10pm therefore we decided to give it time and see how it goes however all of us (group of 5) left very disappointed and even joked that we should get our money back… It was nothing like advertised the host did a terrible job - didn’t hype the crowd , all you heard was weird noises on the mic and jumping. There was 2 ‘dancing’ girls - no fire breathers , no live performance from ‘Marlow P’ and no entertainment whatsoever. DJ could have had better mixes/playlist as the vast majority were just standing with a very few dancing. Let’s not get into the drinks prices as I was fooled to think £17 got me a double rum + mixer to find from reviews it was a single… 😂 Had a better time laughing at the place on the way home than the entire time I was there. SAVE your money and go somewhere else! There are better parties in Manchester with no entry fee and reasonable drink prices where you will actually enjoy the music and have a dance with your friends!

Paid £20 for the LDN X MCR BADDIES : LIYAH MAI event, it was dead at 12pm when we got in, and didn’t get much better although they advertised it as “Sold out”. The event promised “fire breathers”, celebrity guests and Dj’s, none could be seen. Music was terrible, paid £17 for a drink - since when do clubs in Manchester have London drink prices??? Worst £20 ever spend

In terms of the club- Big fat AVOID. Paid TWELVE UK Pounds for a tiny SINGLE vodka pineapple… a £12 juice… absolutely insane. Never again & You have to pay to get in too and imo, its just overall a very trashy atmosphere and people were rude and stuck up, even the staff, especially the bottle girls omg. I have been in the past for just food and cocktails before it turns into a club and that isn’t too bad, still very pricey for what it is

Daughter attended a ticket event there. When it ended, they have to re enter the premises, the doorman stopped my daughter from re entering, telling her she was too fat!!! What kind of scum venue has low life men like that manning their door. Vile

The deco of place is nice. Firstly, staff were very helpful. Cocktails were great. the food was ok. My daughter did enjoy the margarita pizza. Cajun fries were over salted. There was only 4 people in, so i can't rate the atmosphere. When leaving and wanting to pay, my daughter had a voucher that was purchased as a gift, they would not accept it even with QR code, so I ended up paying full bill. They made no attempt to rectify, only by saying they needed to redeem, so her uncle sent it through again, and they still said they can't use it. We have never used gift vouchers before, so our first experience. I rate place all over and have never had a problem, this has been the worst place for solving a problem.

Me and my friends got tickets to first class and the security didn’t let us in because it’s 5 men and they don’t want to reply for us to get our refunds.

I purchased tickets to BLVD New Year’s Eve event in Manchester but was refused entry due to my boyfriend not having ID. The bouncer said that this was not due to a question of age, I’m 32, my boyfriend 30 but rather a requirement to activate the ticket of entry and said that this was stated on the ticket. However, it was not! Nowhere online or on the ticket confirmation email does it say that ID is mandatory. They posted it only on their instagram story which I don’t have. I believe I have been mis-sold a service as if this was on the terms and conditions on the ticket I would have made sure to have brought it as I travelled and booked a hotel to attend, spent £138 on ticket entry alone and not only was I turned away the bouncer was extremely rude and dismissive. I cannot afford to spend £138 on a service I did not recieve and I believe they oversold the venue to profit off people as there was no real valid reason we were refused. I would never go here again as it’s safe to say they ruined my start to the new year. I’ve tried to contact the venue and been ignored!!! AVOID

Went for bottomless brunch and was served raw chicken! They also had the cheek to try and charge us an extra £60 luckily we worked out the receipt and got it taken off but everyone needs to check their receipt because they’re probably doing it on purpose as most people wouldn’t even realise! Also had the cheek to try and charge us £30 service charge after being served RAW chicken!! Disgusting Drinks were nice though and they didn’t make us pay for the bottomless brunch for the raw plate but still not the point and they tried to get that money back anyway but overcharging us!!

Went for a bottomless brunch on nye 3pm there were 3 other tablets in and absolutely FREEZING in there asked if we could switch tables but said they were “ back to back “ food was terrible when asked if the food was ok I explained that it wasn’t and the waitress shrugged her shoulders and that was that. Left half an hour early as the atmosphere was dead. Such a shame as I went a few years ago when they did sushi and it was lovely and also the Instagram is such a catfish. Holly, thank you so much for making our visit perfect! You are a credit to BLVD. my brother and me bought bottomless brunch for each other as a Xmas present and you made it perfect. The food was fab and the drinks were amazing. But Holly - you’re a queen. Even with broken toes and crocs!

Possibly one of the worst bottomless brunches I’ve been to, food was awful, like inedible awful. The one saving Grace was our waitress tried everything to keep us happy.

Bartenders with attitude, you pay at least £15 for 1 drink and they’re giving you frowned faces. No smiles, seems like they’re forced to be there. space is quite small as well, old toilets. I would not recommend it

Came last Saturday with some friends for brunch, great service and great vibes from the DJ. Made our Manchester experience awesome despite the horrible weather.

3 beers and 2 JD and cokes £52 ! Ordered from the bar and I was charged £12.50 service charge Staff rude and the place has a general negative and pretentious vibe

Would not recommend this venue for anything the staff are very rude, have no customer service skills at all. Me and 8 friends all walked out as the starters was being served it was that terrible. The food wasn’t served at the same time none of the staff knew what “free” drink was available with the meal. While waiting for them to figure this out we purchased three sambucca shots for £20 where one was nocked over by the staff that refused to replace what she has spilt resulting in the last straw of walking out and leaving our meals. The staff are rude and uncooperative and is a complete waste of money and time will not ever be going back to this place.

Came for bottomless brunch with friends at the weekend, definitely will not be returning! Very unwelcoming, when you walk in staff mainly glare at you. DJ could have been a good addition but the music was terrible and obnoxiously loud. Service was very slow and not worth it when the food or drinks arrived. Food was dry, unappetising and tiny portions….the chicken skewers come on cocktail sticks! Drinks served in plastic glasses, very watered down and we had to order multiple times for any to be brought to us. When the the bill arrived, a nice service charge had been added which we declined to pay! I’m happy to pay for good service and standards of food/drink but this experience was disappointingly bad! As the title says, worst bottomless brunch I’ve ever had.

The DJ and atmosphere were great. Other tables dancing and singing. The staff came over every 10-15 mins to take drink orders as we were on bottomless brunch - very pleased with considering we were a big table. We were 5-10 mins late because the trains were cancelled and the protests meant that we had to get out of the Uber and walk quite a way. The staff started the bottomless brunch when we had all arrived so we didn’t get any time taken off - pleased with. The food was not great. Do not expect it to be a high standard, it’s just fried food. The portion sizes were very small so it is not somewhere that you would go expecting a regular meal size. Other than that, there was no issues.

Nice music. Clean restroom. Good, respectful and helpful security. There’s no coatroom so you have to carry your jacket with you. Drinks are a bit more expensive but ..hmm..okay a double shot of Hennessy and coke was about £17 but I didn’t even taste the henny.. so I don’t understand why it cost that much.. ..apart from that, I’d go there again. I’ll just drink at home first. But very cool vibes. Nice place to dance

Honestly, the food was okay, the service was ok, our first round of drinks was spilt on us, and got coughed short, wouldn’t go back.

Had the absolute worst experience. We travelled from birmingham to come out for my partners 30th birthday. We pre booked and paid for a table (£600+) we got there 2 mins after 12am. A couple of the boys arrived 10mins before us and because one of them didn't have ID the general manager (middle age asian women blonde hair) cancelled our table and said it was because ONE person didn't have ID. She didn't contact me, the person who booked the table. She stated it was the policy that they have to cancel the table because of this. I asked if the table was still available, she said yes. I asked if we could pay for it again out right. She said no. The doormen said to us it doesnt make sense, that isnt the policy. They clearly sold our table and made up an excuse about the ID. We will NEVER be coming back and will not be recommending them to anyone! Worst GM i have ever come across!

If i could give no stars, i would. if you’re looking to be racially discriminated against here they are. They didn’t let my friend in as they says she was ‘too drunk’ - she had literally drank nothing, she just tripped in her heels? Who doesn’t?! Then they kicked me out because i asked why they didn’t let her in and said i was ‘causing trouble’ just because i asked a question. they didn’t let my other friend in as he was wearing air force but they let in a whole group of white boys wearing air force? Then the security was verbally abusive and the manager let him harass me? you decide if it’s really worth it. I have pictures of all the racists and all the abusive people. I am generally a kind people pleasing person but they were so horrible for no reason i’ve decided to leave a review. BTW they only didn’t let in my darkskin friend, everyone else was lighter.

Avoid. At. All. Costs. The service was terribly ran, and the drinks came at 45 minute intervals (which was terrible considering we came for Bottomless Brunch). The DJ was awful! You'd be better off going somewhere like Las Iguanas. Drinks were also extremely watered down.

Went here for bottomless brunch last night and can confirm the poor reviews left, I took them with a pinch of salt having worked in services myself however they are true. Staff were abruptly rude on arrival- I can only thank the one server who was a young girl who seemed to have to do everything because the manager was too lazy to do anything appart from give guests a rude glare and stand by the bouncer half the time (who can I say is a delightful gentleman who grunted at me when i sked where the toilet was) Food was poor, boring, drinks watered down, service charge added sneakily as well- I have no problem paying high prices but I wouldn't be paying 30 pound which they quote for a rum cocktail. One of my friends said who do they think they are which sums up the experience, you'd think they were paying us to be there It screams I want to be relevant- but it's just a dressed up bar nothing special

My friends and I visited here for a bottomless brunch on a Saturday night. There is a good selection of drinks and the service is good for those also. For the food I wasn’t very happy honestly and I didn’t eat it. I ordered chicken skewers and chips; the chips were as you would expect but the chicken was very soft and wet with oil? My friend had the calamari though and this was nice. The atmosphere is very girly, the whole place is pink and lots of colorful lights. The music is good, there is DJ and the songs were all ones which you can dance / sing to. We were particularly impressed by the feature wall they had! This is a big balloon wall with a ring light – great photo opportunity. There is also a photo booth. Overall, the variety and quantity of drinks you get for bottomless were good, but the food was not. The staff were all accommodating and kind, I asked for a sparkler drink for my friend’s birthday which they were happy to provide. The atmosphere is good if you’re with the girls, too.

I recently came for a club night on Sunday and was accommodated by the gorgeous bartender wearing glasses, I believe her name started with a P. She was so funny and communicative, but also so quick and efficient! Would definitely recommend anyone coming in to look for her!

I dropped in to grab a quick drink one day in the late afternoon and boy was I disappointed. The place has the charm of a naff strip club, complete with obnoxiously loud music, tasteless decor and a lack of proper bar seating. I explained that I wanted a quick drink when I arrived . There was a member of staff greeting people at the door who said that was fine. When I went to the bar and got myself a drink there was no seating at the bar, so I selected a small table in an empty are. The tables and decor looked dirty and shabby but I thought I’d finish my drink anyway. After 5 minutes I was told I couldn’t sit there, and when I explained I needed to sit somewhere to have my drink, the server unhelpful told me I could probably sit at a shabby looking table which was wedged so far into a corner that I couldn’t physically fit myself in at the chairs. She could see I had two large heavy bags with me. The table was dirty and wobbly too. I just felt like I was an inconvenience, no one made an effort to accommodate me and the atmosphere was gross. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Awful avoid at all costs me and my partner went for the bottomless brunch just to be glared at behind the bar we walked out and didn’t want the bottomless brunch because it felt so uncomfortable will not be returning.
