Blue's Caribbean Hut in Birmingham

I add Jerk Chicken from this place yesterday it was not fresh definitely been overnight or a few days did not worth the money for a few pieces of burn chicken for £12 totally disgusting and disrespectful 🤮

Never again, I don’t understand how you can travel to someone’s business to spend your hard earned money for them to have an attitude lol DIABOLICAL

It is criminal how bad the Mac and cheese is. Disgusting.

I have ordered the mixed meal box for 15£, got rice with beans, mutton curry and jerk chicken with sautéed veggies Jerk chicken was the best and most flavorful followed by the mutton I would say that the rice snd sautéed veggie (cabbage) were basically bland and didn’t really enjoy them

Food was so good ! chef/owner was so friendly and helpful We had a few dishes jerk chicken white rice,oxtail rice and peas,lamb, fish with rice and peas and soup. Can't fault any of it and we are very fussy! 💯

Tried carribean for the first time here for lunch recently. I must say food was way too overpriced (£26 for 2 small-medium sized boxes) and the rice tasted old and microwaved. Jerk chicken was good but still a disappointment as the sauce on top was very overpowering. Don’t know if I’d go again….

Tried this place for the first time. Had oxtail and pumpkin rice and dumplings. The owner, who is also the chef runs this small take away with his wife. Very friendly man with excellent customer service skills. You can tell he works hard and has passion for his food. I enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back again. The portion and price could improve slightly. However, the menue has a good selection of all the main dishes you'd expect to find at a good Caribbean restaurant.

Absolutely 5 star experience.. we have come down from london for a few days, found this place. lady who took my order was so polite. when I went in to pick my food the aroma was amazing.. the jerk chicken was cooked to perfection and super tasty. Rice and peas was super nice. We will be back again for more before we leave back. A gem of a place.

Great place for a jerk chicken dinner.. been coming here for years

It was my 1st and last time at this shop. As much as I would like to give opportunities to small businesses, this place needs a lot of improvement. Food was not fresh, warmed up in the microwave, expensive and rice spoiled the following day even though I kept it in the fridge as soon as I got home, in less than 24h food was rotten. Do not recommend. Cook at home you'd be better off.

A contact lens in the food and a few individual fake lashes. Food was not fresh. I wasted my money as it was not edible.

The food is authentic Caribbean food full of flavour. My fish made freshly to order and the service was amazing!

the food came fresh and GOOOOD!! customer service was amazing, it was nice to see happy staff and felt so comfortable, extremely friendly and nice!! Coming back for the pasta!! Be back for the outside bbq!!
