Omg. Just had an amazing take out from here. Watched Great British Takeaway and inspired me to try a kebab. Whole new experience. Had the Naan mixed kebab it was absolutely delicious and mahousive enough for 3 people! Chips and fish also fab. Friends said it was the best take out had in years. Staff very polite and got the order spot on.

placed an order for collection alloted 15 mins collection slot. Over an hour later was still waiting. Staff members churlish rude and quite frankly offensive. Food after all that was still horrific. Not even an apology for the delay. Smug arrogant little so n SO's that really don't need people's money for an attitude like that

Usually go to Golden Fry, a little further along Dysart Road. However, decided to give Blue Pearl a go, after a friend recommended this place. My wife's Fish and curry sauce was cold, and needed microwaving before she could eat it. The mixed Kebab I had was average, certainly nothing to shout about, and rather meanwith the sauces. Sometimes it's a case of the better the devil you know. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend Blue Pearl, and will question my friendship. 😄 In future, we will be sticking to Golden Fry. By far the better Chippy.

Thought we would give this a go tonight as quite a few of my husbands friends raved over it. Unfortunately my fish and curry sauce were cold to which had to blitz them in the microwave. Shouldn't have to do this they should be hot ready for eating not having the first mouth full after dishing up only to find out they are cold. Far superior at Golden Fry Sorry!!!

Ordered online for home delivery. 30-40 mins wait (very good), Good sized portions, hot and tasty. Good variety on menu.

Phoned an order through for collection, service was quick, portions large and tasty, a bit pricey for Fish & Chips bur very enjoyable.

Quick delivery, good food, would order from again.

Mini fish & chips good size best in town very good quality fish also had all meat donner kebab in naan good size again nice and fresh and very good quality.

Big order as family round tonight, everyone impressed, lovely place, did laugh though, mushy peas was more like pea purée or soup.

Food is always hot and of good quality,used several times.

Fish tasted funny and undercooked. Not usual quality.

Chips cold kebab meat dry forgot chicken on the mixed kebab had to ring them

Favourite fish and chip takeaway in Grantham. Very good quality food with a wide selection of choices at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Food roasted okay and was hot. Delivery was slow and took almost 45 minutes on a Thursday evening.

Disappointed the childrens meal was missed out, we did have the meal redilvered but this took a further 35 minutes and was very inconvenient especially being the childs meal.

Kids meal was cold. One item of my order wasn't there and When I rang to tell them the member of staff I spoke to was extremely rude awful telephone manner.

Only problem was they forgot one of the fish I ordered. I called and explained and they delivered it out within 10 mins.

Amazingly quick delivery service, as always and also, considering that it has been tightly wrapped and driven across town, everything was hot, well presented and looked really fresh. Best kebabs in town!!!! 😁

Even though we put notes on the order they always forget to put the salt and vinegar on them and the thing is we just ask for it on everything! If they read the notes their food would be perfect it's tasty but chippy just isn't chippy without salt and vinegar.

everything else was ok but asked for delivery at 19.30 but arrived at 18.30 when not everyone was here as food was delivered so was cold by the time they got to eat

they stopped doing bogof on their pizza's so will be using other take aways

We use blue pearl a lot and find delivery is usually a bit slow but tonight it never arrived!!this page is making me leave stars on rating the food and restaurant but don't know tonight. the food is usually delicious However. very grumpy 2 year old gone to bed without his Friday night treat 🙁

Only the second time ordering from the Blue Pearl Fish Bar, food was delivered at the time requested. Began dishing everything up for the four very hungry adults and found the 2 Pots of Curry Sauce Ordered and Paid for were not present in the delivery. Telephoned straight away and after bit of time was told they would they would send 2 Pots of Sauce out to me. Unfortunately by the time they arrived three of the adults had been so hungry they'd already eaten their meals to avoid them going cold. So that was the only disappointment really. The portions of chips are fantastic in size, the chicken breast is very large and tasty, I'm told the Haddock was also very good and the Chicken Burger was well enjoyed. Just maybe the Restaurant needs to spend a few minutes double/triple checking orders before they are sent out the door to ensure all items are present and correct.

Food was delivered twenty minutes late called to chase and got attitude. Order parts missing so called back when the remainder of the order was delivered it was in poor state and cold. I had a kids meal on order so my child had to eat late! Will never order from there again second order from them and severely disgusting service!!!

Rubbish never using again ordered fish,chips,sausage and 4 drinks for me and the family,never got the drinks or the sausage the rest was stone cold and when we rang up we was accused of lying and hung up on me when I was on the phone to them,the delivery driver came back out with our drinks but not the food,and he told us that "if they carry on they'll lose ALL of there business" so it sounds as though I wasn't the only one with problems tonight.

No salad on the meat and chips, asked for sauce in a pot not the chips (resulted in soggy chips) and was late

Waited for two hours for our food, two phone calls chasing to be told its on its way, in 10 mins it will be with you, so second call 20 mins later to ask where it is, to be told again it will be with you in 10 mins........3rd call still the same answer with a warning from us that if it wasnt delivered within 10 mins a complaint will go out with money back.. guess what.. it was delivered .. STONE COLD.Another call complaining to be told the driver will be back with a fresh order in 10 minutes. It did arrive.. was warm/ish. So if that was fresh i dont know. Husband found a nice bone in his chicken meet ..so in all we had our dinner at 8.50 pm. Needless to say that that was a PPP.

We had another great meal. Loads of food for the money paid. Definitely value for money. Delivery well within the estimated time. We will definitely be using The Blue Pearl again. 😊

AVOID- Part of the order was missing as per usual from this company, 3 times is unacceptable, chips weren't hot. Be warned, if ordering a quantity of items you're best calling them first as they cannot read all that well. Better Fish and Chip shops around to choose from in Just Eat.

Food has been disgusting for a while now, but keep ordering hoping it has improved. That was the last time we order from here, fish was old, bouncy and grey in colour, chips were stale and old and bouncy. chicken nuggets were oozing water and fat. Nothing was eaten, just spent £17.65 and fed my bin with it.

Will be ordering from them again in the near future. We will become a regular customer if they continue with the quality of food

Every time I order something from blue pearl and put a message on they ignore it. Today I asked for only one kabab to have lettuce and tomato on and they put everything on which ruined it for my husband.

Best kebab i have had did not fall apart like others chips and chicken lovely and my son are all chicken nuggets loved them will defo order from here again

Fish was stale, not fresh. Food quality is 0. I think i should get a full refund.

The meal was delivered later than time stated.

Food is all ways so good and there's lots of it . Staff are really very helpful. Wouldn't go any where else

Food was great and it arrived very quickly but unfortunately there were things missing from our delivery for the 2nd time..

Food arrived swiftly and was better quality than similar ones I've used locally - specifically chippy chips not smart price ones.

The kebab was nice bit have had better elsewhere and the scampi was a little over cooked but everything else was lovely

Had Pizzas from them before (in person) and have always been pleased with taste of the doughy cheesy goodness. However this time I used Just-Eat. Although paying 80p per extra topping is good value. It's not good value when they're not actually added to the Pizza :( Any chance of a £1.60 refund?

Kebab was so small order the special mini fish with chips & peas and they didn't bring chips so rang them and they tried to make out I didn't order chips! Didn't like being made to of lied, even had the email to prove it.

This is the second time we've ordered from here, recently moved to the area. Once again good service, great quality and an abundance of food. Couldn't recommend this higher.
