Can’t believe these are all genuine reviews. Wouldnt surprise me if they weren’t written by the owners friends. Didn’t think much of the place. Food appears to be pretty stale and not freshly made and the juices sickeningly dense with no real flavour. IMHO Not worth the bother as there are other better places available .

My first visit here will hopefully not be my last. There is a varied selection of juices or you can make your own, which is what I did. I really enjoyed it & was very sad when it finished.

Swanage had needed somewhere like this for a long time. I usually go in to pick up refreshing juices to accompany me throughout the week. However, i went in this morning with my friend for breakfast and cannot recommend It enough, lovely people, lovely atmosphere and lovely nourishing food.

Great find when on a Christmas break in wareham. Lovely friendly staff and locals. Sports was a bonus to watch the football/horse racing on Boxing Day. Very well priced as you pay a lot more in other pubs in town. Thanks everyone

Lovely pub and friendly staff. Room is great for the price - powerful shower and comfy bed, perfect for a weary hiker over the South Coastal Path. Room renters also get a 10% discount in the main Red Lion pub which is great. Would stay here again!

Has gone down hill. Have been coming to the boat house for a couple of years so on my vist to Lulworth Cove on the 22nd April 25, thought a coffee and full English would be nice, how wrong could I be. The coffee was awful and the breakfast was worse, over cooked and very greasy. Felt very rough the drive back to Portland until I finally got ho e and we'll let's just say it didn't stay down. Sadly this will be my last vist.
