Blue Lagoon Fish & Chips (East Kilbride Shopping Centre) in South Lanarkshire

Food was good, but during the meal I was asked twice by a waitress if I was finished eating and ready to pay. When I was clearly still eating, it just as if I was being rushed out of the restaurant. But overall it was a good experience.

I had a Halal Fish Tea supper and Cheryl and Gothami both took good care of me. Fish and chips were both fantastic, just what you would expect from Blue Lagoon and great service. A wee treat after a bit of shopping in EK.

Had fish and chips cook by Kim best I have ever had cooked to perfection and lovely staff can't wait to come back

We use this restaurant often and the one at The Fort, Glasgow Went tonight at 7.50 and was told we couldn’t sit down because it was nearly closing time. They advertise online that they’re open till 10pm!

Today i went to the blue lagoon and it was AMAZING because Emmanuel who severed me was first class and Cheryl and Kym was the BEST cooks every the food i had was chips and sausage the chip were made to perfection and I got 2 sausage and it could get better and i didt wait long 5 stars

Grabbed a bite to eat here at Blue Lagoon in EK with a few friends before we embarked on an epic 3 and a half hour cinema experience. Food was fantastic ( both had special fish supper) cooked by the lovely Cheryl, accompanied by some excellent service from the equally lovely Amy. Highly recommended, particularly brilliant for a late night bite. 5/5

I went yesterday with 4 adults 2 adults got chips gravy chips curry sauce this came on a tea plate and a baby portion for 2 adults I complained and was told that's the way its to be served it was shocking 2 adults getting a portion of baby chips on a tea plate I will never go back it was degrading and the portions were dear

I came for lunch yesterday Sunday (17th of sept). We ordered 2 fish teas, kids sausage and a portion of chips and cheese. The fish was the nicest fish I have had in years. Also my daughter loved her kids sausage. My nephew had the chips and cheese he is autistic and has duchenne muscular dystrophy and he’s really fussy with food. I was helping my daughter cut her dinner and I turned round and my nephew had put sugar on his chips instead of salt he got himself abit upset and tried to eat it but I wasn’t going to let him but he didn’t want embarrassed. I shouted the waiter and explained what had happened in less in a min nothing was said and he has a fresh chips and cheese infront of him normally in situations like this my nephew gets distressed and ends up not eating but the calm and lovely way he was dealt with says a lot about your business and I honestly appreciate service like this so much.

Really great value a freshly cooked fish tea for about a tenner quick service food lovely ,bargain after shopping in the Centre

We sat in the shop today, i am gluten free and had asked if they provided GF batter. So delighted that they did. My fish was excellent, the batter was excellent, chips were fresh and plentiful! I have ordered for delivery from the gluten free menu 6 times from this shop and been ill 3 times. Clearly they are cross contaminating their gluten free food and not following correct protocols. I have given up and will not order from them again.

Went in, ordered fish SUPPER and haggis SUPPER. Was asked "is that 1 slice of fish or 2"? I replied 1. Got home, on opening there was no chips with the fish SUPER. Phoned them, they checked receipt and only charged me for a single fish, even though it was clear I asked for a SUPPER. Otherwise I wouldn't have been asked 1 slice or 2. Poor service. Had a takeaway delivered. Not that nice. Steak pie was soggy with spices through it ( not advertised as such) which was not nice and gave an after taste. Fritters has hardly any potato in it. Everything was over greasy. Chips were nice though.
