We've just finished a delicious take away curry. Cannot find any fault. It was ready to collect when they said it would be. Very reasonably priced, including a 15% discount for collection . No complaints whatsoever 👌

Nearly 2 hours it took to arrive. Awful service, rude staff on phone and then wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried again. Never again.

This is a fantastic restaurant, Shah and his team deliver top quality food with excellent service & good value for money. I've been coming here monthly for over 8 years and I've never been disappointed.

This was a takeaway using there own service although I do eat at the restaurant as well. Always good food, prompt delivery, very good size portions, polite and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting customer service - avoid. Called up to ask about allergens/ingredients in their dishes before ordering online, as I have a severe allergy to gluten and lactose. The staff member who answered the phone said he “cannot help”, so I asked to speak to someone else. He said he will get someone, then after a long pause, he disconnected the call. I called back and got through to someone else, who helped me by liaising with the chef about the allergy order. I then called again to ask one more question about another dish we wanted to add to our order and got through to the first person who hung up on me earlier. He said “I have already spoken to you, you need to try somewhere else, go to another shop.” Not believing what I had just heard, I asked him to repeat what he said, and he repeated “go to another shop!” and then hung up the phone, again! We called back to tell the manager what had happened and that we were indeed going to another shop as his staff member suggested. So rude and so unhelpful. I have never had a conversation like this in all the years I have been speaking to restaurant staff about food allergies. Clearly no regard for customers with allergy requirements, which a busy restaurant should at least have a process for (and I know they do from eating here before, AND the from speaking to the second person the same evening). So even just a pleasant conversation to say sorry but I don’t know would have been appreciated. Rude man who simply couldn’t be bothered to assist! Won’t be ordering from here in future.

Excellent food, quick service. Good Indian restaurant. Was pretty quiet on the night we were in. The main courses were really good and didn’t disappoint.

Only had a takeaway from the Blue India and I have to say, its one of the tastiest curry's I've had in a long time. Will give the restaurant a go some time.

Fantastic meal! It has been a long time since I have had curry this good. Quick service, lovely interior design and very high quality food. Good sized portions and great value. The experince left me with a high and was even greeted by all the staff as we left which made us feel like royalty! Would definitely return !

Team night out and after ten pin bowling we went to Blue India. Party of 7 and we all went with the £19.50 deal, starter, main, side, rice and bread ! Good value.. The sizes were a tad smaller than the main menu but that was fine. Service good, check out the pics for some of the dishes we had.

Sunday evening 14th May and we visited this restaurant for dinner. We were welcomed, shown to our table and given the menus. While we decided what to have for dinner, the menu was rather extensive so spoilt for choice, we ordered two pints of Cobra Beer, which were £5.95.each. Eventually we decided and we ordered a Butter Chicken £10.50, a Chicken Dhansk £9.25, one plain rice and two Paratha £2.95 each. Due to the size of the paratha we were given two each. Our food was well presented and more importantly it  was full of  flavour and very tasty. The best compliment to give a chef is to enjoy the food cooked, we certainly did and we ate the lot, scrumptious. The staff here were polite and attentive but remained close at hand but not in a pestering manner. Our food and drinks cost around £40 which was reasonably priced for the quality of the food and portion sizes along with good service, really can't find fault with any of it, a lovely experience. We were here a few years ago it was a tad disappointing, but this visit was a completely different story and we would happily return.

Come here every time I come to visit Crawley for a family curry night. 10/10 service, always looked after and the food is brilliant. Large portions and great quality. Would highly recommend!

Nice service but the food is poor.. Motor paneer and Resala Prawns were both horrid..Prawns cooked in mint sauce effecitvely , really really odd.. My chicken Dansak was ok but over the meal wasn't good

The food is garbage,quality of meat is poor,lamb was like my boot sole so hard and chewy,this place is ripping ppl off,this is not Indian food and I found out it’s owned by Bangladeshi so it sums up my poor experience.Guys the food is so bad. Visited on Friday 18th September. Staff were pleasant and we got a friendly greeting on arrival. I had one of my favourites the Lamb Makanwala which was delicious. The lamb was tender too. All in all a lovely experience. Thanks guys

We ordered for the first time, although we have dined in on many previous occasions, and were delighted that the take away food was to the same exacting standards as the eat in.

Came here as Eat out scheme- had the banquet which was starter (samosas), side (saag aloo), bread (naan), main (shaktori chicken) & rice. Normally £16.95 which is still good value. All was good bar main was a bit sweet. Staff were very friendly & great with the kids & had excellent COVID preventative measures in place.

We had to phone to book a table the day before, and as we're not from the area we wasn't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was very nice. The staff were very attentive, and all very covid aware. It was a good price, good value for money. If I was in the area again, I would definitely return. Excellent service.

Ordered one of the special dishes a ‘chicken Desi Karachi, a Dopiaza , pilau rice, bombay aloo, channa masala, plain and peshwari naan. Whilst not greasy, both curries completely lacked flavour and any depth of spice. Heaped full of onions and little else the lack of sauce left the chicken dry and bland. The naans were not fresh! ..clearly re heated, stale and chewy. V disappointing, especially for almost £30. Will not be returning.

Just ordered a £31 delivery from this place as we thought we would try somewhere new. BIG MISTAKE. Arrived cold. Both curries tasted the same... both of nothing!!! No spice, no flavour. Bajis were dry and flavourless. Naan bread was cold and just awful! I have never had such a bad curry in my life. Normally order from Raj Tandoori 2 which is amazing ( would highly recommend ) What a waste of £31. All went in the bin!!!! Should be ashamed of yourselves serving food like that.

Dined in and ordered take out many times and has always been great. Had a take away last night and the food was disgusting. During this time with the virus and restaurants having to close I would have thought that businesses would want to keep their customers. The food was gloopy, with no spice. It tasted like yesterdays reheated leftovers. Onion Baji dry and cold and I've had better Poperdom from the supermarket. So disappointed.

Ridiculous, it’s a shame it’s called Indian. This is whatever food that you end up paying 50£. I’m a real Indian food lover, and being a cook myself gives me some knowledge, this is crap. I’m so upset I wasted time and money there, where I could eat in a cheaper place and enjoy something tastier. The food they propose is everything but Indian, and nothing was done correctly ! Alo Gobi is supposed to be a gravy with spices ... not water with nothing tomato sauce. I could go on for a long time like that but I’ll stop enough. Disgusting!!

Great Indian restaurant with an excellent menu. High quality food and all reasonably priced. The buffet option for £16 was excellent value and allowed a taste of a wide range starters and side dishes.

Me and my girlfriend had just got back from our city break and was in need of some food. Checked into our hotel just outside of Crawley and both agreed we wanted a curry, as you can imagine we were hit with a barrage of Indian restaurants! Blue India came up and it won me over straight away. We walked in and was greeted with a smile and lots of conversation. The food was exceptional with it coming out piping hot. We were chatting to a couple of the waiters and they were brilliant, so considerate and invested in our trip to Florence. If you’re ever looking for a curry after your flight this is the place to go to!

A group of us dined at this restaurant on a Thursday evening and had a great night. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was superb. The plates were piping hot as was the food. Great value for money and great service. This restaurant was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend a visit

Ordered take away from Blue India Tunbridge Wells, the food was amazing as usual, great food with amazing service. Trip advisor need to approve Blue India Tunbridge Wells own account so they can build their own excellent reputation. Highly recommended!

Ate there again last night. It was same as usual... absolutely delicious. They don’t table turn either so you can take your time. If you haven’t made a booking and need to wait I recommend popping a couple of doors down to the Punch Bowl for a drink. Brewery Shades pub is also good for a selection of Ales.

Recommended by the manager in a hotel in Gatwick Airport, we decided to take a taxi and try Blue India. The lady was right, this restaurant is very nice! The naan bread felt so fresh, we truene the peshawari and the regular ones, the Peshawari was very sweet for me, but my husband loved the coconut burst in it. We tried tikka masala and korma dishes, nothing too spicy before our flight, they were both delicious, the sauce was creamy (not too thick not to watery, just perfect) and the chicken was so tender that it almost melted in our mouth, the lamb was very well cooked too, but the chicken was better. The Indian beers were lovely and the service by every single gentleman in the restaurant was top!

Was in town to see a show at the theatre and we popped in here for a pre show meal.

This is my go to restaurant to eat at, been a loyal customer! Tonight however, I’ll never order or go into eat there again. Ordered at 18:00 to be delivered for 19:30. Arrived 19.50 - called restaurant several times and the “light rain” was their excuse!! Then traffic (it’s a Thursday!)

Very good quality Indian food. Clearly a popular restaurant, as it was very busy even on a normal Tuesday evening. Unfortunately the amount of customers did slow service a little, though service was polite and pleasant

Opted for the banquet. Prawn puri starter and prawn dansak main with rice, nan and sag aloo. Most dishes were of good quality but found the taste of the prawns not great. Felt like they were of cheap quality. Staff friendly and noce decor.

We were staying overnight at Gatwick Airport recently and took the bus into Crawley for the evening. We had a beautiful meal here with excellent wine and first class service. We had the platter for appetizer which was just a perfect amount of food for both of us and then we had a recommendation from the manager who offered to make a dish we asked for that wasn't on the menu! We opted for one of the curries on the menu and it was absolutely delicious. The wine is very reasonable, all the food was delicious and overall we had an excellent experience.

Nipped down from our Gatwick hotel before flying home, on a very quiet Monday evening. Service was swift and unobtrusive and our meals came pretty quickly. The food was nice, without being completely memorable, but certainly nothing wrong with it. Of course only two choices out of a very good menu could lead to a misread of their food and I would be happy to come again and try other dishes.

Went here on a midweek night, they were around half full. The service was attentive and the my order was taken promptly. Cobra beer on offer and an average selection of Asian sub-continent food from the menu. I liked the idea of the Gurkha's revenge which was supposed to be quite spicy with fresh chillies, along with plain rice and a garlic and cheese naan. The food arrived and looked very good, the naan was lovely, the curry was pretty hot, and very good too with tender chicken meat. Portions were good, so I enjoyed my meal at Blue India.

Went here again for a works dinner (as I have on a number of occasions). We had the buffet menu which is a fixed price per head and includes a starter, main dish, rice dish, nan and a side dish.

Opted for the 15.95 each banquet, which seemed to be slightly smaller portions of a large number of items from the main menu. It was delicious. Sadly we couldn't finish it all, but really enjoyed it. Staff were spot on too.

Found this place just by chance. We were staying overnight before a flight from Gatwick. The staff were friendly, efficient and informative. The poppadoms were the best I've ever had and the mains were beautifully spiced- the flavours coming out in layers just as they should. Great value too. Thank you for a lovely evening x

We always stay in Crawley the night before a Gatwick flight so we only get the chance to use this fantastic Indian restaurant once year but it’s so good we class it as part of our holiday & really look forward to eating here as the food is so tasty

Food has really done hill. Ordered here a few times and never had an issue but today’s takeaway was awful. The ‘prawn’ in the korma has got to be the tiniest prawn I’ve ever seen. It should be called a shrimp curry. The saag chicken was pretty tasteless too! I would definitely have second thoughts about ordering from here again. Makes me wonder if the food actually comes from the actual premises!!!

I decided to book online, table for 2 7:00pm I thought as I'd pre booked I'd get a decent table not next to the bar where everyone waits. I will send a message on my next reservation that I would like a decent table in the restaurant. Got recommended this place and they don't disappoint. Lovely food cooked perfect, lamb korma is a must!! Meat so tender it just melts in your mouth . I've had alot of curries over the years and this is up there with the best. Me and the wife just can't wait to go back. Hats off to the chef.

This was recommended by work colleagues. The Banquet menu offers a starter,a main, a rice, a side and a bread, all for £15.95. Moreover, it was all very good by high street standards.

Just nipped in for a brief visit. It was about 20% occupancy so not too busy. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Ordered a starter and mains together, 20 minutes and its served thankyou very much, nice n quick. Grub was good and I would say more what is expected as in if its hot then it is not boring substandard spicing. The onoin bhajhis I thought were a bit of a let down though, being dry balls, although presented pleasantly.

Not just tasty, our meal here was downright delicious! Everything from the soft naan bread to the lemon rice and the three vegetarian dishes we tried was a treat. Spicy and flavorful. The staff were friendly and offered good service. Highly recommended 👍

The mango chutney is to die for and so is the chicken tikka masala! We would not go anywhere else. Make sure you ask for the bill early though as this always takes a while to arrive. Good vibes.

We went here yesterday and we got a mix grill and a paneer dish which both were very very bland no taste to the food. the mint sauce was sweeter then it should be also. better Indian restaurants In crawley for sure!

Good flavoured lamb biriyani and chicken jahlfrezi takeaway. However, pilau rice order not included. Parking for pickup is a bit of a nightmare.

Not been here for over 2 years as I have been working in a different area. Went back for the banquet menu and was not disappointed. While the menu has not changed over this time neither has the quality of the food and the service both of which I find to be excellent. I had the Papadoms & Chutney £1.50 the Banquet of the Lam chops, Chicken Vindaloo, mushroom rice, garlic nan and sag aloo £15.95 and a Magners at £4.50. As I said food was great and service was fine.

Little gem of a place. Always great service and amazing food. Becoming a regular here now and can’t see that changing.

We just returned from 4 years overseas and were looking forward to a good 'British Indian' meal.

Have just finished eating here again whilst away on business. I must eat here 2-3 times a month as I am away here frequently. I started this evening with poppadoms with pickles and then had the Banquet Menu as per normal. This is £15.95 for a starter, main, rice, nan and vegetable side dish. The dishes are a little smaller than normal but this is good news due to the quantity!! (And I’m a big eater!!). I had Zafrani Chicken to start then Chicken Desi Karahai with pilau rice, plain nan bread and Sag Paneer as my side. All dishes were excellent, beautifully balanced and a good heat from the Karahai. I had 2 pints of Cobra and they also have Tiger in bottles, a selection of red and white wines and soft drinks. Service was excellent as always and I am always greeted love he a valued customer. Very much recommended.

Probably the worst takeaway we’ve ever ordered Bombay potatoes was 4 boiled potatoes Chicken tikka in a dry tasteless sauce with no salad Chicken jalfrazi in a slight drizzle off the same bland tasteless sauce Never again
