Blossom Lounge in Broxbourne

Huseyin is one of the friendliest people I have met in Cheshunt. I have really not been well recently and I treated myself to a celebratory waffle and primary school cake. I even had some takeaway ice cream on another occasion. I feel safe in this place. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars across the board is sometimes the music is a bit loud for me. Being autistic sensory stuff is quite hard, but the place is more made for younger people to hang out so goes with the vibe. I love the decor and all the people I have spoken to have been super friendly. Highly commend. And tasty food.

One of the rare places i have been. It is the best in town, they do everything A-Z. Will defo visit again.

Ordered a chicken burger from here and it was completely raw inside. When I phoned to complain I was met with rudeness on the phone by a woman accusing me of lying. Don’t ever order food from this place, they don’t take food safety seriously.

I had my son’s 6th birthday party at blossom lounge and it was a perfect day. The kids food was very nice. The kids loved it! They loved their desserts even more. The desserts were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Mums and dads were happy too with so much choice on the menu for drinks and food/deserts if they fancied it. The owners are so lovely and very hospitable. They made us feel very welcomed and we were well looked after by the staff. All in all a lovely place for all ages and very friendly attentive staff and delicious wafffles and pancakes . We will definitely be back soon. Thanks blossom lounge for having us.

Ordered online and they have changed what comes as standard. Only issue one ice cream where you used to get a gelato too which matched flavour of topping you picked. The waffle tasted different too. Real shame as this was our favourite but sadly won’t re order

The best restaurant of all time and the staff are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Food is amazing.

The environment was very bubbly and ambient, our waitress lucy was very welcoming and deserves a pay rise.

Well, let me start my review by saying a big thank you to the lovely management at Blosom Lodge,especially to lovely Esra. I had my wonderful daughters 7th birthday party celebrated there yesterday with 14 other little humans. From the amazing service to the most delicious dessert menu, the kids had an amazing time,dancing, running around and loving the great atmosphere with all pink trees around and beautiful blossom decorations. Thank you to all the lovely waitresses for looking after us and for being so patient. I highly recommend this gorgeous Blossom lodge in Cheshunt for parties, dinners or even just coffee. Keep up the amazing work guys, you are all awesome. Well deserved 5 star from me ♥️

Best dessert shop in Hertfordshire!!!

I booked the restaurant for my daughter’s 8th birthday party for a group 12 girls. They had an amazing time, the table was nicely decorated with name plates. I was able To deliver the decorations in advice and Esra and her husband put it up for me before I arrived. They made my day seamless and relaxing. Everything was so organised. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

Service was not good they took a very long period to serve me my food from the time I ordered it. When given to me I saw hair in my food which was unhygienic I asked the staff about this and they said it’s not their problem it was probably my own hair

First of all I have to say service in this place was super sweet. Really lovely people. We only popped in for dessert after a meal and on paper the dessert looked good. Of course it was bought but I think they need a better supplier. The sticky toffee pudding was also super sweet. Not unpleasant but not great. Was not really sticky toffee more a syrup and sponge. Had a pink lemonade which was really just some syrup in water type affair and there was waaaay too much syrup in the drink which was mainly ice. I really want them to up their game because they are nice people and also I didn't try most of the menu (burgers are home made which sounds interesting) but it's far for me and I'm not sure I'll go back.

My server Ela was amazing, I would totally recommend booking with her she was easy going and very kind. The food and atmosphere was also fantastic I would recommend going there without a doubt.

Blossom lounge is one of my favourite places now. It is family friendly the customer service is great, professionalism with a smile and warmth welcoming. Food is great! The texture of the food the way its made 10/10 . I would definitely come regularly, and recommend a lot friends and families to try Blossom Lounge.

Blossom Lounge is my favourite place to get burgers and fries from, there quality is always amazing. Amazing customer service as well, when I called to say my order was wrong the boss personally recooked my order and delivered it to me. Amazing food, friendly staff and top class customer service 💖

With new management in place, the establishment has become much more welcoming, placing a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. I encourage you to consider giving this place the opportunity to excel.

Fancied something sweet late at the weekend so browsed Blossoms menu, called up to place our order and it was ready within 10 minutes for collection. The waffles were absolutely divine! Highly recommend👌

Very nice place, the atmosphere is great, very clean but I gave them a 3 star because the service was poor. They were slow and made errors with the order.

It's a nice place it is very simple. The staff were sweet and the food basic. No sauce to go with most things except ketchup/mayo. Amazing hummus!

I came with my lads couple days ago the workers were really nice but can’t say the same for the manager. The manager was outside with a fellah , the manager gave me a weird look we all got weirded out to the point where I felt uncomfortable to even eat my food.

Unfortunately like most places the prices are high but the portions are becoming smaller every time we attend use to have a great portion size but now is less than half the size but the prices are more expensive so unfortunately they will lose alot of customer our family is now one lost

At long last I visited this place last week. Other half had a strawberry cheesecake which she liked while I had the biscoff waffle. One of the best waffles I have ever had. Very sweet and indulgent. Decor is nice, staff were friendly and the prices are reasonable. I will need some time to get my blood sugar down before coming back.

Wanted to enjoy my night with some friends and from the first second I arrived we knew we would not be coming back. Food was standard, I do a better job at home. Rude staff and no atmosphere

Went here this evening had this great Halloumi Chicken wrap with a strawberry and banana shake great place great memories, very filling. Would highly recommend this place to visit.

Lovely place! I had the chicken wrap and my daughter had dessert. Loved every bit and my daughter commented how friendly the staff were (she's only 8!) Definitely recommend

Been twice in the last month or so, fudge cake is lovely, my friend had the oreo cookie dough and loved it, decor is lovely as well. Didn't like the donuts so much, staff seem friendly enough

This place is great for the kids to gather socially (in a civilised manner!) and for families. Food is pretty epic and portions will leave you needing to be rolled out of the joint! Waffles, wraps, hot food, weird tapioca drinks, there's something here for most people and what we, our kids and family have tried has gone down very well. Don't be surprised if you leave with some leftovers boxed up for later though!

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. The manager is a patronising man who has terrible customer service and poor manners. Our order came HARD and COLD. Would never order again

Whoever was 'in charge' or should i say the extremely rude 'manager' on 27/02/23 has lost you a ex loyal customer. I order from this you all the time, make an order via just eat that doesn't give any add on options, call to add sauce, yes just sauce! and get told no sorry as we cant receive the extra cost....what 90p? On an average order of £20. I will now take my family's custom elsewhere absolute joke of a customer service absolutely stingiest experience I've ever faced.

It's a lovely well decorated place. Comfortable and has most flavours and combos you might like. Plus all the meat is Halal. Big plus!!

Their Oreo Milk Chocolate Cookie dough was my go to for desserts. However, I made an order for delivery and it wasn’t ‘Milk chocolate’ dough but something else which tasted horrible, the bin loved it. I was so disappointed, I went into the store to complain, only to be offered a FIST BUMP as their token of customer service and was told my feedback would be passed onto the manager. The supervisor in the store explained that they had changed their supplier and it will be plain dough from there on. The next day, I checked their Deliveroo page and noticed it clearly stated Oreo ‘Milk Chocolate’ Cookie Dough which I thought, oh, let me call up to check for sure…Only to be told it was not and they are temporarily using PLAIN dough which made me furious and said in that case they need to amend their menu and it is misleading us the customers. She said she will pass this on to the manager. If they don’t change it and continue to deliver this cabbage, then tut tut tut absolute disgrace!

Nice place and food, but some rude staff. As soon as I walked in I was rudely asked if Im eating in or having take away, wihout saying Hello. The young waitress looked very grumpy. When I asked the waitress how much is the ice cream she just pointed at the menu without single word. Then I wanted to order some - she asked me again if I'm eating in or having take away. I said eating in, so she told me to go and sit down and someone will come and serve me. When I sat down guess who came and serve me - the same waitress that told me to sit down. She could just take the order from me first and then tell me nicely to go sit down. Seriously I never had service like this before.

Walked by so went in to grab a bubble tea. I ordered the taro milk tea and it was SO bad. It was fully watered down, just tasted like milky water with a hint of taro. It also took a really really long time to get the bubble tea... Not happy.

Came here for dessert. The waffles were huge and really tasty. Looking forward to going again soon.

Blossom Lounge is a beautiful oasis on the high street. I was so surprised to find such a lovely place to indulge in crepes, waffles, etc, etc. I'll be visiting every time I'm back in the area. Definitely an unmissable visit.

Nice food and although it is fairly pricey it was good value as the pancakes were tasty and a big portion.

Great place to visit. We went in for waffles and pancakes and we were not disappointed. Really good food and really reasonable prices. Food arrived very quickly. The only downside was the service which was a bit slow.

Great place for a dessert, if you've got kids they will absolutely love it and so will all the adults that have a sweet tooth or a big kid inside them. I wouldn't recommend it though if you're on a diet...for obvious reasons LOL. I would have given 5 stars but when I went there were loads of kids going crazy running up and down and making a hell of a racket. So if you're looking for a quiet place for a dessert, this might not be the place for you, unless you go in the evening.

Wonderful Bubble Tea. Awesome fast food And tasty dessert.

First time, ordered lovely waffle, strawberry 'n' chocolate, which came with vanilla icecream. Plus a luxurious Shake. Normally dessert can taste a bit sickly, but after sharing this, was definately enough for two people. Waffle was fresh and a lovely temperature no bad aftertaste whatsoever. Strawberry & Chocolate lovely presented in its box. The kinder shake was lovely and cold as was the icecream. I have to say this was perfect. No faults here. Thankyou blossom lounge. Delivery good.

Been there many times, its always great, specialy their homemade burgers, always fresh and delicious, highly recommended. Do not need to mention athmosphere, 10 out of 10, lovely place with lovely staff.

Wow what a wonderful treasure in the heart of Turnford. I had an apple crumble with custard, to die for. Pricey at £4.60 but who isn't these days. I will certainly go again and look forward to taking my family too. Excellent service and very clean.

Went in here for the first time for my friends 21st birthday. We ordered two Mocktails, two crepes and a Diet Coke. When the crepes first came out they did get the order wrong but changed it straight away. The crepes tasted amazing and reasonably priced. We waited for about 45 -50 minutes for our drinks to come out. We ate our crepes but had no drink at all. We asked the waitress where they were and she said they would be with us soon. We had Nutella and strawberries and when you eat Nutella you literally need a drink straight away🙈 The waitress who were serving us seemed a little stressed out and upset so I hope she was okay! The drinks finally came out but I wouldn’t recommend the strawberry mojito but I would recommend the sweet blossom. It wasn’t really busy at all we came on a Saturday at 6;30 Really really lovely designer in there and the place is really beautiful and Instagram worthy! I hope next time we come the service is just a little better.

Good good, chicken in the burger wasn’t the best, was expecting a proper piece of chicken breast but it was still good. But you go here for the desserts anyway and they were unbelievable!! Would definitely go again! Would recommend sharing as they are very sweet and sickly after a while but they are lovely!! 5* on dessert and milkshakes!

Absolutely great customer service. Due to lack of drivers yesterday our order turned up late, cold and one item missing but the owner himself personally brought us fresh orders that arrived on time and was Absolutely lovely! Good quality chocolate used as well :) would recommend esp if you have a sweet tooth. Thank you so much for fixing the order issue :)

Food was fine, but got my order wrong, probably wouldn't go back because it's quite overpriced depending on what you get. Decorations were lovely, though.

I've been here a couple of times and one thing I can say is that the food and desserts are great. However the service is pretty bad if not terrible. They have a meal called ' the hamburger' and on my second visit when I ordered it the server had no clue about what I was asking for. On my third visit no one came to attend us after 10 minutes so we got the menus went up to a server and ask for a table, we were barely able to make our order as they seemed to forget about us. We had to keeping calling them for just about everything from napkins to cutlery. We had to clean our own table which they had given dirty to us. Was one of the worst experience l Now today we had a server who was new and clearly didn't know his way around. Didn't seem to know the burger came with chips. Kept messing up our order which wasn't an issue to us. once we went over it again we thought it was fine we accept it ( it was one big bloss burger and one ' the hamburger' with drinks). However the BBB came and when we asked for the othe burger apparently we didn't order it. When we called over our server he said that we never order 'the hamburger' making it seem like my fault even thought I went over the order multiple times. They have quite a lot of issue when it comes to the service and maybe you should change the name of ' the hamburger ' as your server seem to not know or understands it and if you don't, give them some sort of training.

If you want a real burger this is the place for you!! Absolutely delicious, quick delivery and good price for real, fresh food! A proper burger, packaged very nicely! Will be ordering again soon!!

Was given a menu as soon a s we walked in. Sat for 10 minutes and nobody came over, another 5 minutes we still hadn't been acknowledged. 2o'c in the afternoon and empty. Hubby signaled to a young waitress and asked for 2 coffees to which the response was a sigh and " yea just give me 2 minutes" after another 5 minutes we got up and walked out. Horrendous service, no wonder place was empty ! Would not recommend and would not go back.

I can’t even explain how pleased me and my friends were. Very cool chilled vibes, the staff very friendly and can hold genuine conversation and top tier shisha!! Definitely recommend.
