I have been going once a week with a couple of pals and 5 large dogs. It’s a perfect place after a long walk for a hot drink, bacon sandwich or cake. Food always top drawer, staff always very friendly and welcoming.

Friendly, old-fashioned venue serving home-made cakes etc. Good quality tea was served. Lovely florist in attendance and a pick-your-own flowers facility in the market garden.

Visité aquí esta mañana, con hambre después de un viaje de dos horas y me trataron con el mejor desayuno inglés completo que pueda recordar. Muy bien cocinados, ingredientes de primera categoría, cantidad muy generosa y un servicio amable y encantador. Perfección.

10-11 Hartfield RoadOrdered a tumeric latte with almond milk. I got either normal or oat and as I'm lactose and celiac, I now feel very ill. Not going again.

1 George St, Hailsham, BN27 1AD, United KingdomAfter going there for over 10 years, we were told in no uncertain terms that the kitchen closed at 1.30. they wouldn't even make us a sandwich or offer a cup of tea. Shame on then, we wen't to a lovely little place opposite ASDA in the arcade had a gorgeous cheese and ham sandwich and a pot of tea........
