Great place for cocktails in a bar that feels hidden in plain sight in the middle of Covent Garden. Would recommend trying the Harare - a transparent Espresso Martini!! Cocktails were around £16-20 each. We were served by a lovely gentleman called Cleverson who provided excellent service. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Afternoon Tea with a lovely original concept linking the history of the country, the room (the Den) and the food. Adán also provided us with impeccable service.

A hidden door in the hotel leads to another world, dark, cool, and sophisticated with comfortable seats and bags of atmosphere. The cocktails are unusual and delicious (try the London). It is pricey but worth it.

Cleverson is great service, has served as many times and always has great recommendations on which cocktails to get.

Lovely staff. Drinks and food were pretty poor. Went for the novelty but would not go again. Feels more like a normal hotel bar when you get inside.

Behind the inconspicuous door hand (tee hee), it feels like you've entered a secret, initimate, elegant den. Love coming here to hang out with friends, sip on delicious drinks, enjoy the beats, and soak up the vibe.

First time at the bar- have to say Martin was a fabulous server and our champagne glass was never empty. Has 3 bottles of Veuve and never lifted a finger. I wish the Dj was better - he would not take any requests and why not? It’s for the guests. He was very arrogant and the music wasn’t good. Not the vibe- but thankful Martin was kind and gave best service which is hard to find in London.

We didn’t have food but shared a few bottles of champagne. Martin looked after us and was amazing. His service made the evening. The vibe was good but the DJ was a bit meh but it was a nice spot for an after dinner drink

It's a very cute coffee shop. The croissants are delicious, the bagels are also delicious, the matcha is tasty, and I love the detail of the heart-shaped. The staff named Jairo is served us well and he is friendly.

Less dark than before. Not the most exciting bar in the area but at least you're guaranteed a seat.

Absolutely love the place, it's like a secret gem! The cocktails were gorgeous. The waiter asked for our preferences and made suggestions accordingly. We went for 'London' which is quite fruity and not too strong. The waiter then surprised us with the 'Clover Club' for the second one and we loved it! (Brilliant services there!) The night we went wasn't busy at all. I like it when you can just chill and not having to shout. *The bar is located inside the hotel - go straight once you enter and there's someone standing in front of a wall of bottles of teas or whatever it is. Speak to the person and they'll guide you in😊

Awesome cocktail bar. The drinks were very good and then after 9pm, the dj was dropping some bangerz. From Mj to naughties rnb to afrobeats. Really good atmosphere.

We had a booking on Saturday night. We turned up for our booking at the correct time and were told to wait. After about 10 minutes I went to enquire again and was told it would be another 15 minutes - I asked why there was a 25 minute wait when we had a booking. The female receptionist/host said she didn't know we had a booking (I clearly said this to the male security person/host), so we had waited 25 minute in the lobby for no reason. The male was totally indifferent and unaplogetic. When we got shown to our seat, we were given menus but nobody attended to us for 15 minutes, not even to make eye contact or provide tap water. After the 15 minutes (so over 35 minutes since arrival) we decided to leave as it was becoming beyond a joke. The bar was about 60% full and having looked round, not one single person had a drink as far as we could see; we knew it'd be a long time before it was our turn, especially for cocktails! Clearly, they were short staffed for both waiting personnel and mixologists. So disappointing, regrettably would not recommend.

We’re regulars here as it’s convenient for a pre-theatre drink. Unfortunately, the service on this occasion (Saturday 12 Oct 2024, 5pm) was unfriendly and quite rude. For a premium price, we would expect better.

Receptionist is horrible. I still don’t understand why she is giving us side table while we booked 2 weeks ahead for birthday drinks , whilst so many empty table there for hours . Also she just lie to say those are for group of 6 . Apparently not as she arranged table for 4 and table for 3 later on. She also ingored us when we ask for drinks menu for 2nd round. Manager is providing good service although we waited him to gave us bill for about 20mins ( he is too busy maybe forgot). I made complaint about the host . Manager accept my comments, bring us free birthday cakes and drinks. Also remove the service charge therefore I gave 3 stars instead of 1 star. I don’t think we will go back again as the receptionist let us feel sick.

Visited on a Saturday night and I was impressed by the interior decor, ambience and vibe. It's very spacious, the selection of cocktails is impressive and the music was really pleasant. It seems to be a hot spot for dates also. There were a few people dancing occasionally in front of the DJ and the atmosphere was friendly. I'll visit again

Service was nothing like what it should be for a luxury hotel bar. We didn’t have a reservation and were told we needed to sit at a high table (which was uncomfortable) because they were fully booked however we were really asking to be at a low table. We had a drink and were there for about an hour and there were lower tables which were clearly available but not offered to us. We would’ve liked to stay but will not be returning because of this, we wouldn’t have minded sitting down and then moving if any reservations might have arrived however this wasn’t an option to them. we were there and saw tables become free and it was also late at night so it just didn’t add up to be perfectly honest. Felt that we weren’t treated as others were.

The food was just so so and very over priced. The Nicoise sald is a side dish at best but in the main dish section. Very underwhelming.

Great hidden bar in the middle of the humdrum of London. Quirky entrance in the hotel lobby, going through to a dark seductive cocktail bar. Cocktails and service were great

Really amazing and secretive, lovely atmosphere with perfect playlist and very upscale atmosphere. Greta cocktails too, I recommend !

Nice "speakeasy" (you won't find it if you don't know, but you can make reservations and there is a reception counter) with a nice vibe (heavy leather interior, jazzy music, dim lighting). Unfortunately, the service was a bit on the slower side despite having to wait on only six patrons or so. The theme on the drinks (Harbours of the world) is a clever idea, but the drinks were not too exciting after all. The food, priced at GBP24 for three sorts of bites, was mediocre, although nicely presented. The fried calamari rings were a bit tough and the Bruschetta was, well, plain old Bruschetta despite the fancy name on the menu. The Salmon bites were quite nice. Overall, would recommend for the vibe but not for the food and drinks.

I ordered an old fashioned first which wasn’t on the menu but was still catred for by the amazing staff and another drink which ive forgotten what it was called, i enjoyed both drinks but my partner didn’t enjoy hers and the staff was great helping recommend a drink which she loved (the sydney) and i then ordered the copenhagen which i very much enjoyed. at around 9pm the dj arrived and excelled the atmosphere overall a great bar, great concept with great staff and drinks and atmosphere

Stayed in the hotel for the third time and this was the first time in the Blind Spot. Fantastic gem. Lovely atmosphere with great attentative staff who were very helpful. Especially Cleverson who looked after us very well. We had cocktails and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommendable.

Unfriendly staffs, unintime services

The first I came here I loved it, the second time wasn’t as good - my reservation was cancelled by the bar for no apparent reason just an hour before (I then rebooked for a slightly later time and it was ok), it was also disappointing to see that some drinks that they used to serve have been taken off the menu. The staff were very friendly though confused at times. Cocktails were tasty but too much ice too little drink. Overall a nice place though, it’s not too loud and the interior looks pretty

If I could give zero stars, I would…another party of four used our reservation of two under my partner’s name. When we arrived for our reservation, the host tells us that we were already there and that the reservation had not only been changed by the supervisor to accommodate four people, but they took ours! We spoke to the manager afterwards, who literally had no regard, care or interest in the complaint. So, we left…didn’t want to give €1 to this establishment.

This is a quiet bar I’d like to keep a secret. Low lighting, delicious cocktails, comfortable seating. They even brought us a delicious anniversary dessert. Top marks.

We were looking for a restaurant near St. Martin’s Theatre with great reviews. We tried the thyme and lemon chicken … delicious …chocolate stuffed morel was an amazing surprise. Juliana was very professional, attentive, and helpful. We enjoyed our dinner! Thank you!

Gutted to have to update my review but returned to this place and it really disappointed after a great first experience! The staff were great. One drink was lovely but the other came in a short glass overflowing with so much crushed ice you couldn’t drink it through the straw, and the ice rapidly melted into the drink which was tiny to begin with so just turned to watery blandness in minutes. When I asked they did put it on regular ice for me so that was great, but I do think at this price point (£16) I would not expect crushed ice especially in a short drink. The worst thing though was the food. There’s a deal for 3 plates for £24, be warned the menu on the website is different and cheaper! The calamari dish was THREE pieces, which were breaded and soggy and did not seem fresh at all, for £8! The “tacos” were actually 4 tiny tostadas with a blob of creamy filling that again didn’t taste fresh. Bruschetta was on 4 stale mini toasts. I was honestly shocked by how bad it was, but too hungry to send it back and didn’t want to complain again after the issue with the drink. Such a shame as the bar is beautiful and the service is good but I really can’t recommend.

What an incredible night we had! Our hostess "Manon" was incredibly friendly,helpful and knowledgeable regarding cocktails! Thanks to her I had 2 of the best drinks I've had in a while. The dj was incredible and the ambiance was on another level. Honestly we had the night of our lives! Can't wait to go back

I'm not sure I liked this place very much. I had a reservation before arriving, and I was NOT notified at the time of making the reservation that it was limited to an hour and a half. At the 45-minute mark, the hostess informed us that we have 45 minutes left on our booking, which absolutely ruined the rest of the 45 minutes we even had left because now we had to think about where to go on a Saturday night. The cocktails were decent. I liked the interiors a lot (I've been to a lot of places designed by Phillipe Starck so it was nice to go to another one). The service was patchy and I think one of the waiters was having a pretty bad day. People were sufficiently dressed up to come here, so that was nice to see. I personally wouldn't come back. It's strange to have an 1.5 hours per table policy, even with a reservation, outside of Covid. I'm sure the staff tried their best but meh.
