Otra comida maravillosa. Comida genial, la carta de vinos es tan impresionante como siempre. Flora y Andy tenían un gran consejo de vino, el servicio de Yarick y Angel perfecto. Tenía ostras, huevos endiablados, pan dulce, abadejo y pez monje. Todo genial. Las zanahorias y las patatas fritas como guarniciones eran yum.

Recientemente visité este restaurante con mi pareja, y nos quedamos muy decepcionados. Solo pedimos un par de platos principales y dos copas de vino, pero el servicio fue dolorosamente lento. Tardaron más de 45 minutos en llegar nuestros alimentos, y cuando finalmente lo hicieron, las porciones eran increíblemente pequeñas. Para empeorar las cosas, los precios fueron completamente desproporcionados a lo que recibimos. Sinceramente, se sentía como una estafa total. Hay muchas mejores opciones en la zona — evite este lugar a toda costa.

Después de un día gris caminando. Mercado Portobello en el centro de Londres necesitábamos cenar. Nos encontramos con este restaurante. Aunque ocupados tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa en menos de 5 minutos. Teníamos cócteles para ser 4 ordenando .. la antigua era bien, el Manhattan era acuoso y no se sirvió con una cereza marachino! El restaurante es íntimo y acogedor, maravilloso en una noche oscura como esta. Pedimos caballa con pan y anchoas para empezar. . . ambos sabían maravilloso. Nuestros principales fueron los filetes de 6 onzas. . . bien cocinados con grandes acompañamientos. Postre... dulce, chiflado y brillante. Este es el lugar perfecto para una noche relajada, ya sea romántica o animada con amigos ... definitivamente hacer una visita aquí. Personal encantador... buena comida... buenas noches.

Vino a tomar algo a media tarde. Hecho muy bienvenido, buena selección de bebidas, y el personal amable. Sin duda volvería.

Fantástico restaurante pequeño con buena comida, vino y ambiente. Visitado con mi esposa, es necesario reservar, pero bien vale la pena. Definitivamente volveré

We came across this place while looking for somewhere nearby that has obviously been closed for some time. We really enjoyed our drinks and small plates, sitting in the window and watching the works go by, some of them tithe wrong way down a one way street. Yes it’s London prices but served promptly and in a very friendly manner. We will try to return on our occasional London trips.

This restaurant is easily accessible within Marylebone; 2 mins from Marylebone High St and 10 mins walk from Selfridges. The restaurant is small but well laid out to maximise covers, menu isn’t huge but a lovely selection. We enjoyed Oysters & Champagne to start, then shared the 550g Beef - the desserts were phenomenal. Service from Andy and team was great. Will definitely return.

Service and wine excellent. Starters surprisingly good. Venison loin complete disaster almost raw not medium rare and tough as old boots and gristly. Even if it had been tender rendered inedible due to being charred to death. Whoever was in the kitchen didn't have a clue how to cook venison. I have eaten venison multiple times in multiple London restaurants cooked orrectly. Staff just cleared untouched plates with a cheery Can I get you the dessert menu? What a waste to offer badly cooked food with such wonderful wines. Had the same experience in Noble Rot.

Went about year ago and had a good experience but less so this time. The atmosphere is good and so is wine selection. Staff is helpful and friendly. £100 per person for 2/3 glasses of wine and plates to share is overpriced in my view though!

Fabulous service, wine and seafood I had 2 seafood small plates of crab and sea bass ceviche absolutely spot one. Service top drawer.Dropped fork on floor and it was replaced without prompting with a minute Wine list is expensive with painful mark ups but with this level of service acceptable Overall, dinner was highly enjoyable from one of the most difficult to please reviewers on TA

Spectacular! The food is beautiful and simple, not overly complicated. If your going to serve a tin of anchovies, they might as well be the best. A perfect combo with the crusty bread to dip in the anchovy oil paired with the tangy mustard salad and radishes. Yum! When the sea bream was delivered with pickles and dill crème fraiche, we were absolutely delighted. The tart cherry dessert was just the right ending to the wonderful meal. The staff seem like they are all friends and include you in this hip local vibe.

4th visit and was really looking forward to it. Food was delicious, crab tortellini starter was perfect. Main was butter roasted plaice but the fish was not plaice? It was a thicker fillet of some sort but still good. Wine is very expensive and unfortunately portion size is tiny, bordering on pretentious. Because of the value for money issue can’t give more than 3 stars and won’t return.

Must be our third or fourth visit. Food portion sizes hugely reduced to complimentary tasters. We left the restaurant hungry. Despite stating one was gluten intolerant we were brought only normal bread. Gluten free bread followed after requesting it but was nothing more than cheap supermarket bread. The bread was served with the starters. Why? We sat for 20 minutes waiting for our starters, hungry. Being the bread then! Food was very average. Not much taste. Wine is expensive here. An exhaustive list of wines really not needed for a restaurant of this size and quality. But mostly NOW overpriced. Such a shame. This used to be a bustling little popular restaurant. But on a Saturday night it was less than half full with several tables complaining. The worst thing was, the staff didn’t seem to care less. Pay the bill and leave. After several visits we won’t be returning.

Ordered a platter and got two slices of cooked cheese only . Very let down We then ordered the steak , fries and salad which as stated on the menu was for sharing which we were then told again by the waitress was for sharing only to be given a well cooked steak even though we asked for it to be cooked medium well and one portion of fries and salad , only for one person and definitely not for sharing . I do not recommend this restaurant/bistro

We are here for lunch!! What a great find, I reluctantly write this review as I would prefer to keep this place a secret! However they deserve a great review! Wine was exquisite and the food excellent! Just try it !

It looked nice in here so we asked for a table. It was about 2pm and we couldn’t come earlier as I’d had a hospital appointment. We both ordered grilled prawns. They were quite nice but not very warm. It got worse with the moan courses. I ordered beef bourgignon which was tepid (as were the mashed potatoes). My husband ordered monkfish which he said was only warm. He ate his, I sent mine back. He’d d finished his and mine hadn’t arrived so I cancelled the order. This is a pricy place in a pricy area. The wine prices were stratospheric. I ordered a rose carafe (375 ml) for £22. This little lot (two starters, one monkfish, sparkling water and rose came to £75. They added service which my husband asked to be taken off as we hadn’t had any service!

In deze zaak wordt de sfeer van een Franse brasserie gecreëerd en dat lukt perfect : het is hier zalig zitten, je voelt je echt een deel van het geheel. De bediening is supervriendelijk en op en top professioneel, en het eten is zoals de rest van het restaurant : een torenhoog niveau dat boven vele horecazaken uitsteekt.

Excellent menu, food and service. This is a lovely place and I enjoyed a wonderful business lunch here. Two appetizers, two entrees and two coffees- £82. So not inexpensive but definitely quality food, preparation and service. Would definitely return.

We are locals and frequently come to Blanford Comptior. The venue is lively and intimate, the food is exquisit and the staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We will be back soon :)

Came here for a drink having been previously multiple times for years. Asked if I could be seated at a table instead of the bar because I have a fractured knee. They refused to allow it even though half the restaurant was empty. Are these people even human ?

Have eaten here twice and will certainly return. This place demonstrates the best of French dining in London or France, for that matter: delicious food with fresh ingredients, good wine, lovely service and stylish decor in a great neighbourhood. Can’t recommend enough!
