Blackwater & Grubb in Cheshire East

Stopped here for the first time after a trip to the park and library with our granddaughter. Very busy with lots of customers and dogs , which are very welcome. Found a table and enjoyed the best toasties we’ve had for a long time ! Lovely coffee and cakes , a brownie and millionaires shortbread certainly got our 3 year old very happy. We will certainly visit again . Thanks

Lovely cafe and great coffee, so well worth a visit. Why not 5 starts then? Sadly, the cafe uses disposable cups for all customers whether drinking in or eating out. Not only is this an environmental disaster, but a frothy coffee in a paper cup is not very appealing. It's certainly no Italy! Get the crockery out and this nice cafe would definitely be 5 star!

We popped into this Cafe for a late breakfast. The food was delicious. The place had a lovely atmosphere and the couple running it were friendly. Some dog owners popped in for a coffee and I really enjoyed watching the dogs getting their biscuits. It was a very enjoyable start to our day and we will be going back.

Very nice cosy little cafe with minimal tables and seats. Reception very pleasant tables cleaned. Coffee and cake served shortly after sitting and good quality products. On leaving the owners thanked us for our patronage which I like but these days doesn’t happen very often 5* for that. Will defiantly revisit.

Lovely little cafe with a welcome reception and a very enticing range of cakes! We bought a couple of take away...! Great it is a dog-friendly venue, Lot's friendly pooches enjoying their day out. Would definitely recommend!

Such a great asset to the town, Blackwater & Grubb are a must go to for us each week huge variety of coffee including cold brew, great for the summer. Homemade sausage rolls are second to none, brownies are so good. They offer strawberries and cream in the summer months too. Such friendly people offering service a smile x

We enjoy a regular latte and flat white - great tasting coffee when walking through the park. Excellent service and pleasant chat, would definitely recommend.
