Bites Burgers in Swansea

First time we’ve ever order on just eat.. spent ages looking at options and decided on Bites Burgers & Pizza… genuinely going out my way to write this review as the food was outstanding, seriously tasty, hot, and portion size was perfect..

Chips lovely chiken wrap lush Oreo milkshake is unreal

Have tried ordering multiple times through Uber Eats. Bit every single time, they wait 20 minutes then cancell the order. Don't be on delivery services if you're gonna do this.

We have ordered food from bites burgers a couple of times now and every time it has been amazing. Beautiful, tasty food, friendly service and always ready on time. Our favourites are the buffalo chicken loaded chips, cheeseburger and Mexican burger....absolutely stunning!!!! 10/10!!!

Clearly not a smashed burger. Clearly not worth the money for the chips. Trying hard to be like a decent burger place and its just a regular keebab shop.

Amazing!! Burgers were fantastic and also had the buffalo loaded fries which were delicious. Kids meals are a bargain due to the size on the meal!! Food was delivered right on time also in horrendous weather I was expecting a delay, Will definitely be returning to work my way through the menu!

Friendly and welcoming... food is absolutely beautiful.. generous portions and so filing! Definitely be back again.. My photos may not do any justice, but I recommend you try it 😁

The most delicious burger I've ever had , good service

beef burgers are extremely peppery. large peppercorns visible in Burger. Chicken burgers give this a 3 star, however did order the carribean burger and the mango sauce was non existent. chips are basic but good portion size. milkshakes really not recommend, not thick and very milky and not satisfying. very nice staff however

Ordered loaded fries x2 I'm no expert but half the fries in each box was under cooked. Must of thought not enough fries we make more under cooked. My Mexican burger was nice. The burger and bites special was dry and terrible. Alot of food was wasted. 3rd time ordering only the second time was perfect. I hate leaving reviews but the quality is a must before leaving the shop. At least the order was delivered on time. Tip loaded fries golden brown not mixed pale fries. No seasoning to the mince either. You get it right one day

Absolutely great. Really nice burger, nice shake, good selection of sides. Loved it, next time I visit Swansea I will have to pop in and make an order.

First order from here, The stadium of Liberty Burger was tasty and the jalapeño and rasher loaded fries were delicious with big portions. Also had the cheese jalapeño bites again very good. Will be ordering food from here again

Ordered BBQ loaded chips- really good value for money...£4.50 which is a meal in itself. Loads of BBQ chicken with lots of cheese. I asked for jalapenos too and they added this for no extra cost.Comes in a large box so enough for a meal. Would be nice if they did rashers and BBQ chicken loaded fries together. Ordered cheesy strips which were really good. (ate them before I could take a pic. I ordered the nacho cheese dip but no point as the strips are fully coated in nacho cheese with melted chedder on top. Didn't want to pay loads for a place if food may not be good so got the £7 everyday burger. Really big and has two beef patties. Really nice and packed well. Would be good if they did a single beef burger. Lotus milkshake really good. Best milkshake I have had. Ordered the brownie milkshake which was amazing... This offer was not on the online menu but my bf said it was in the shop....would be nice if it was on the website.

Amazing food, one of the best burgers in Swansea. Would definitely recommend. The loaded chips were really good and the milkshake was divine. Will definitely be returning back for more. The place is really good value for money.

We tried here due to it being new and having some great reviews. We were however very disappointed with the food, we did not think it was worth the price. There was no flavour to the burger. We paid extra to have milkshakes and there were a load of small bites of plastic in my sons drink so we threw it. We did ring and was told they were sorry and we will have something extra next time. Dont think we'll be ordering again, sorry.

Nicely packed, had a yummy chicken burger sadly chips a bit too cooked but chicken strips were perfectly cooked, and hot sauce included was really nice and had a nice kick, milkshake was lovely but it could have been colder and thicker. Definitely will go back

Honestly…. One of the best burgers I’ve tasted… this is my third time ordering the Mexican burger it’s delicious. Quick delivery (I’m in Loughor). The loaded fries are amazing also. Like I said this is the third time I have ordered from there in 2 weeks… keep up the good work guys. Jon :)

Not good. Took 30 mins to make 3 burgers and sides. Made card payment and went out for a walk but had notification that the transaction failed which the gentleman behind the counter did not even realise until I went back to tell him upon collecting the order and subsequently made the payment again. Firstly, the bite box burger meal deals are not as advertised - they say you can choose any side and strips but the sides and strips are less than a full portion i.e. onion rings normally come in 10 but the side with the meal only came with 8. I would be fine if they explained this on the menu. Secondly, they got the order wrong. I ordered a luxury bite box but found out they gave me the standard bite box (£2.50 difference) which came with wrong burger. Onion rings were soggy and chips were average. The burger themselves were actually quite nice. Patties were not overcooked, they had fresh lettuce and tomatoes and very juicy and tasty. If they can sort out the problems mentioned above it would be a pretty good burger joint.

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery (in gorseinon) and when it arrived it was luke warm. Chips were hard and burgers tasteless. Won't be returning or recommending as very disappointing and waste of money

Food was disgusting. Food is cold The curly chips were soaked in oil the piri chips were basically no season burger is unbelievable dry onion rings soggy. Nothing looked like the photo they post

Just wow. Really impressed with my take away from here tonight. Great food and great value for money. Will 100% be back.

These guys are so friendly and every time the food is fantastic! Have been using them for years and they always go out of their way to ask how I am - something many local businesses sometimes forget. Lovely food best chicken tikka kebabs of all the Indians in gorseinon! Lots of chicken in ! Hot and tasty! Not had food from here in years whilst I lived elsewhere this is now my new Indian 😀

After the one in Ellesmere Port not going to lie but not the best

This is the first time I've ordered food from them and was disappointed with the choice of dips that came with the order. The mango chutney and yogurts dips seemed to be watered down and lacking in taste. The food itself arrived cold, and lacked depth so won't be buying off these again.
