Went to Costa and ordered 2 drinks.the man at the till was rude. when I said the beans hadn't gone on the app. The women that made the drinks was very rood and shout across the room saying your hot chocolate is ready I've called you a million time. The only nice one was a young women which was very helpful and understanding.

A typical chain cafe on the website. Complete menu, plenty of seating, friendly service, clean and tidy. I recommend!

Left waiting after we paid for 15 mins for collection of food paid by card asked for change for charity box refused by larger girl who was a manager who walked around with a scrowl on her face , No smiling staff they weren’t happy in work Very Poor Service It’s hardly cheap there 3 staff on, surely it’s more professional to bring food over, they had staff standing round doing nothing,

Arrived 9.20pm Saturday 23rd February Was greeted by a girl sitting at a table who told us that it was her "shadow shift" and she could not serve us, but someone would be along shortly, no problem so I waited, the girl was polite and these things happen. After 5 mins, maybe more, a woman in a hoody appeared carrying a till/float, she was not wearing Costa uniform, she came behind the counter and rather curtly told me that she couldn't serve me for another ten minutes as she was "cashing up a till". I then left as we'd already been waiting pushing ten minutes and I didn't fancy waiting another ten. There was no apology or further explanation from the woman in the hoody, they just watched us walk out the door. I know it isn't a regular Costa, and trading patterns are strange, so I don't hold them to the same standards, but this really wasn't acceptable, real shame as we do tend to pop in here sometimes when the normal Costa's are closed.

A nice Costa cafe, Staff and the service is very good. The drinks are nice as well as the food. Ample seating space, it does get busy during the day so it depends when you arrive you should get seating.

£2.70 (3,15 €) for an espresso! They're having a laugh! It's not even very nice coffee.

Disgusting treatment of customers in this place. Staff in there said there was no bread for toast as “they’d run out because it was busy yesterday” then proceeded to take a portion of toast out to a couple. I suggest the staff who work there either find another job because customer service is clearly not for you or seriously think about how lazy and selfish your actions are because the service was appalling and made me and my family feel very angry and upset.

The staff in this place are great. A real positive vibe, smiles and teamwork. We stopped there twice on the way to/from Pembrokeshire. They’re a real credit to their employers.

Great fund in Parc Tawe and at 7:10am in Swansea was not busy at al, very friendly staff and a nice breakfast of toasted tea cake was had with a humongous cappuccino

Ordered at the till, then waited, only to find there was a confusion and mix up with orders on preparation, was still waiting at front of queue, finding that people behind me were receiving there orders who were 3rd and 4th behind me. Only ordered 2 medium Latte Coffees. One girl barista completing orders, yet 3 guys taking orders, then they were interrupting her, so queue was just getting longer. Poorly managed.

Told the guys at the till about a nut allergy and they were really helpful, fully cleaned the station for us and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this costa for a stop 👍🏼

Service and drinks fine. Only strange thing was both tables we sat at were sticky!

Sunday afternoon, slow service, ie coffee making, the tables were so sticky you couldn't slide your saucer.

Mostly the same as any other ones, but nice staff, clean toilets and bright and airy.

Had to ask for the coffee to be heated up as it was lukewarm. Staff were friendly enough to change it but should have been hotter in ghe first place.

Well it's a Costa isn't it. Pretty standard really. Welsh people are cool though.

Wanted a take out coffee. Charged me £3.10 . 40 pence more than sitting inside a nd drinking it. Absolutely disgusted Just interested in squeezing every penny out of you. Wasn't even that good.

Coffee great as usual and although the premises and staff were Covid safe and the card terminal was tap to pay, you had to touch the keypad first ( which wasn't wiped after the previous customer) to indicate whether you wanted to make a charitable donation or not.. 😱

Staff weren’t very professional at all. I know it’s a small Costa on the motorway, but be a bit more polite and helpful with the customers, especially when things like cream run out for your drinks.

Only reason for three stars is disproportionate additional charge for non dairy milk. Staff were lovely, coffee was good.

Terrible coffee staff looked dirty

Popped in for greggs the food was warm there was a microwave to heat up the food, had a Costa coffee as well. Very good a must for a visit.

A great place, the choice of diverse flavours is great. I personally love the taste of Costa's coffee. The staff are very friendly and helpful & the prices are more than reasonable.

Coffee is lovely but really not cheap. £18 for 3 coffees and 2 hot chocolates.

Good coffee, comfortable seating, plenty of space.

It's very pricey and the furniture is unstable and the hard seating is uncomfortable! Given it three stars as it convenient to meet up with someone as it's easy to find and park!!
