Normally reliable but this time missing one of the items

Better than nandos, went for half peri peri chicken meal (hot) ordered at the counter, best peri peri chicken I've had. The chilli and garlic mayo they give you with it is the best, loved it.

I never experience somebody being that rude over the phone replace an order no customer services is really bad

Updated review....would not really recommend....constantly make mistakes/forget items ordered when delivering...the cheeseburgers we ordered today were mini.....

Appalling customer service, argues back with customer and shows no respect at all and refuses to give refund for food that I never received. Use to be a regular here but with that kind of diabolical service I would not return.

Oh well, where do I even start! I’ve ordered from here more times than I can count! Like seriously it is that good I have been a customer since the store was smaller first thing I tried was the peri peri chicken platter with rice and fries amazing!! After that I branched out to the kebabs and the chicken shish wrap 🤤I don’t have enough words to describe just how amazing their food is I’m convinced there is not a bad menu item like seriously I just tried their peri peri chicken burger it is amazing! also the cheese fries and the cheese mozzarella sticks!! And of course I cannot forget my favourite! 🤩 their garlic mayo sauce it is so tasty! 😋 give it a try you won’t regret it Update - I would currently not recommend it , it has gone downhill unfortunately

First and last try here. Inedible food of poor quality, tough burned meat, mayonnaise tasted off, had a bad stomach the next day

This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and they missed out something from my order. Last time I ordered a veg pizza with other things and they left that out. This time they left out a chicken burger. Very unprofessional, won’t be ordering again.

Pre cooked meat reheated on a hot plate is not my idea of a kebab. Complete rubbish.

Kebab roll was absolutely delicious - 10/10. Chips and nuggets were also super fresh and piping hot upon delivery!

I went here to prove to myself I was capable of trusting somewhere new. Despite the inside of their premises resembling a bin crossed with a 6th form common room I thought how bad can it be. They got my order wrong serving my kebab with chips instead of pitta, so not catastrophic, but will I waste my time here in future? Probably not

Food was exceptional!!! Best peri peri place in the area and the pizza was also 10/10 will be ordering soon!

I see a lot of negative reviews here for biters. Whenever I’m in the area I will always get a hot peri peri grilled chicken with a box of rice. I’ve loved this place since they opened up. The grilled chicken is amazing. It might not have the mass appeal people are looking for but the food itself is great.

We have tried the other biters from bromley(hayes) and it was really good so thought to try this one too. It was the worst place ever. My burger patties wasn’t done properly coz he was too busy on his phone . Only had 2 bites and After asking he said that’s how it should be, so i left it on the table and paid for all our food including the burger so don’t understand if it was cooked well why he asked if i want it to be cooked more. 🤔🤨 never going back there 👎🏼👎🏼

I don't know why they bother having dining tables! It's your basic takeaway and the pizzas are just that.

This place is a disgusting health hazard, look at the state of the hygiene, and if that isn’t enough the man in the picture proceeded to spit in that bin while cooking, or should I say re heating the chicken he brought from the back. It was a full on gob in the bin. Will be reporting to food hygiene standards tomorrow. FILTH !!

The pizza was undercooked and pepperoni was not very nice tasting. Ordered a kebab with pitta but came with chips. My friend could not eat the kebab due to allergy. The lettuce in the chicken burger was old and wilted. Not very good overall quality.

Worst place ever. Missing items from my delivery. Promised to deliver Missing items but I'm still waiting. Staff was also rude on the phone. Chicken was raw and the kebab was very salty and lots of oil. Definitely stick to H&H kebab from know on.

Overall good but Uber eats menu needs updating If you want thin crust etc, it will charge you an extra £10 on the feast for 1. The drinks options offer a 1.75ltr 7 up but you instead get a can. The wings were fresh, very good flavour and a nice heat to them. Very much enjoyed The pizza tasted a bit heavy and doughy but it was a good 7/10 Chicken nuggets are good and the chicken wrap was very nice Decent value, just the app needs updating

Tasty and reasonably priced, particular fave of mine is the chicken butterfly with lemon and herb sauce. They do however have a habit of grilling on the verge of too much char.

Completely gone downhill. We have been ordering here for years, once or twice a week. For the past few months they constantly forget items then get annoyed when you call up about it. Every order has a problem. The rice is full of burnt bits. The chicken is just rank and cooked on a grill that is never cleaned (health inspectors need to visit). The peri chips they just chuck a ton of peri salt over just the top which completely coats about 5 chips and none others. The garlic mayo is sour, obviously left out in this heat. Tonight was our last order until the place improves. They do not deserve our custom. Such a shame as we absolutely loved ordering from here.

Food is so good, best chicken and rice box out there!

Once again I'm missing food from my delivery. I phoned them back and they promised to deliver my missing items. I'm still waiting 2 days later. Kebab meat is very oily and they use to much salt. I definitely would not recommend.

Not good at all. I had to change from 5 stars to 1 star! Food is now in a smaller portion and not cheap. Food arrived cold, ended up heating it in the oven!! Delivery driver took ages to come. 40 mins for the food to arrive!! Not good at all fam

I ordered bbq and rice in box , got home and they gave me chicken smothered in hot sauce , I called them and told them I'm returning and could they cook correct food I ordered. Since eating only half meal I have food poisoning and could.only be from there food ..never ordering again , also when I 1st went in there thay had delivery food sitting there for 20 mins hence why people get there food cold

Quality was good, apart from I hate spicy food. The hamburger was too spicy for me.

Recently ordered after couple of years and their standard has gone so low. Ordered Burger and you can clearly tell the burger was out of date and was not enjoyable. Gave it a second chance and defo not going again.

Food is average. No atmosphere just a take away shop really. Got the chicken and rice box with chips. I asked for extra sauce for the chicken and literally got a soup of sauce on top. Overkill. Flavour is not all there either couldn't finish the food. Not going back.

The pizzas and complementary sauces were very delicious even though it was lukewarm. Delivery took over an hour after ordering, I had somewhere to be but had to cancel to wait on this.

Very poor service today, usually I wouldn't write a review but the call handler was extremely rude, just eat was stating food had been delivered when it hadn't.

Place is ran by a bunch of fools who cant even send the food at the right time, constantly getting the food wrong and missing out WHOLE ORDERS. They literally forget your food. DONT BUY FOOD FROM HERE

Disappointed overall. My pizza was pretty much cold and I was missing a topping. Also the Jalapeno Cream Cheese bites were a mess! They were not easy to pick up as they were in bits. Flavours of all items weren't bad but really disliked the cold and missing items.

Visited this Take out venue this Evening with my Partner Opted for the following: 2 x peri peri Chicken Burger Meals (Medium and Lemon & Herb) 6 x Peri Peri Chicken Wings (Medium) Not overly sure how the chicken is cooked but certainly full of flavour & Really Tender too!’ The Medium is some what Hot in spice I really enjoyed the spice but could catch some individuals out quite easily.. Potion Sizes are very generous especially the chips! Will definitely be making a revisit soon 👍🏻 Thanks Again Guys.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The spicy chicken Shish on chips was amazing

1) the chicken is tasty, hence i am a returning customer. 2) So stingy with their garlic sauce, to the point they should be embarrassed! Everytime ill buy a meal for 4-5 and they'll only give 1 garlic and 1 chilli, when in the order it clearly states I want 4-5 garlic sauces! Another scenario of stinginess, me and friends once bought a £70 order, we only got one garlic and one chilli sauce..... I mean so much for customer service! If they improve this, they're very good.

The Chili Lamb burger was very lovely. Really good. I also ordered a chicken kebab was was tasty with fresh pitta and fresh salad. A must try

Do not order delivery takeout from here!! The phone line is dead. u can't contact the branch, and waited almost 2 hours! Terrible service ruined our evening as we had guests.

Waste of time ordering - 45 mins in from order. I phoned them up with a guy who spoke weak English confirming a further 30mins. Cancelled order, disappointed!

The best peri peri chicken ever the marinade was delicious.

First order and really disappointed tbh. I got the grilled chicken with rice. Chicken is extremely dry and rice is clumped together. Lemon and herb sauce is way to overpowering and doesn’t have a nice taste at all. Not sure I’ll order from them again, if I do it definitely won’t be the same meal!

Popped in as my friend always bangs on about this place. So thought I’d see what the fuss was about, Oh my days, the medium wings are out of this world. So so so nice, flavour is banging and a lovely hot kick to them. Tried the No.7 peri peri chicken burger. Spot on also. Everything is cooked to perfection here. Do not hesitate to come give it a try! Place to go for grilled chicken wings. Biters sauce is very tasty and flavourful. The Medium sauce is the best except I will warn you it’s hot. The only drawback is it’s quite pricey and the size of the wings are quite small.

Zig zag burger melt in your mouth all the times I've been here never tried it best burger I've had
