Bismillah Bakery in Birmingham

Sania helped me over the phone. I am from London. Wanted to order a cake for someone. She helped me every step of the way. Great asset to the company and amazing person. Thank you so much sania. Great human being.... :-)

We bought a cake online well in advance and then called the store to confirm the order. I went into the store at the agreed time and the owner didn’t know about the order. He then found the paper copy of the order on a shelf. He then proceeded to give me the wrong cake and then wrote an incomplete message on the cake. Worse he started to serve other customers instead of sorting out my order. All this delayed my daughter’s birthday party.

Have been ordering for the last few years but the last two occasions cake quality and texture has deteriorated. The cake was very dry texture of cream was different. Will not be ordering again. No issues with overall service just quality of cake

I messaged about a custom cake and they started abusing me through instagram, i am disgusted by this, this is by far the worst company i’ve ever come across they was sending me threats and everything, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anybody, their cakes are stale and so are their attitudes!

I went there and ordered a birthday cake. When I went the next day , they had made a smaller cake than what I wanted. The lady was quite rude and only took £2 off! As I was desperate I had to take the cake.

Ordered a birthday cake from Dudley Rd Branch, the cream was not fresh and the cake was stale! Will not be ordering again!

I wanted to complain about not receiving fresh cream cake as advertised from Lozel branch. I asked the staff for their complaint procedure he treated me like I was his enemy and very rude on Bismillah Bakery Facebook private messenger. Bismillah Bakery like to lie about Fresh Cream and cyberbully when you complain.

Bought a cake from these on dudley Road, as soon as we cut in to it with all the guests the bad smell of rotten food came out of it, even we asked if the cakes were baked today and the lady replied yes, it was embrassing to say the least and the disappointment on my sons face, to make matter worst the actual sponge had mold in it, I don't what type of quality control these guys have on the cakes, I certainly report them first thing in the morning, the authorities, I would stay away from them

Amazing cake alway order every ocassion. Best quality fresh cream. Better than and cheaper than Cake Box. I prefer them over any other place. I’m ordering again tomorrow can’t wait...

I went in with my family to order a birthday cake for my brother. I couldn't decide what to put on the cake and out of nowhere, these 2 women staff member started to tell me to hurry up and roll their eyes up as if they are getting bored and can't deal with the situation. I was like "allow this i'm out, i can get better customer service at cakebox.

I always go back to Bismillah Bakery for my Cakes as they are consistent and exactly what I ask for, even when you use a different branch they still have the same great taste and quality

Amazing cakes fresh cream and they have never let me down. However they are a little pricey but if ur looking for quality rather then quantity this is the place. Also selling fresh savoury items, pastries yummy and irresistible. Parking always issue around thos location being on the junction of a main rod so recommend u bring someone with you to jump out go get your cake whilst u wait. They also offer a delivery service, might wanna tryit x

Bismillah Bakery fresh cream cakes with and without fruit are amazing, however i feel they are a little pricey but heyyy suppose you're paying for quality not quantity 😂they also sell birthday cards with greetings in Urdu which i think are really cute 👍staff working here are friendly.

Good bakery with a wide selection of thinks halal for people s vast choice and tastes very good should be given a try

abit pricey but cakes taste great next day you can pick up a fresh cake and have a message writen on there
