Its true If you want a Pakistani food ( nehari ) You should come and try this Fresh naan and roti infront of me Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable Love every bite

Service And quality needs improvement. If you want dine in you have to clean your table first lol 😜 . Because whenever you go in Tables are always messy and leftovers on the floor chairs and table . FOOD HYGIENE RATING IS 0 LOLL .

Great butter chicken, I arrived there quite late when they were about to close, and the lady(I forgot her name) I guess she’s Indian, she kindly made me food even though they were closing. She said she didn’t want me suffering if I was too hungry, that’s really sweet and the kindness of the lady made my day. The buttter chicken she made me was amazing. (Made with love types).They made me hot fresh roti too. It’s affordable too. Would recommend 100%

Very delicious food specials nihari , Roghani naan . The boy work here name Hammad very nice and friendly guy and also Ali is very nice and kind person . Chicken biryani very delicious they serve with mint sauce and salad .

I ordered using their website and both times my orders were cancelled and when called the restaurant they asked me to come and get my food yet when I got there I was asked to pay again using their card machine and pay 51p more than it had been listed also that they are not aware of their own website which they be advertising business on not recommending this shop

Well I felt I’d try this place as the one of Oxford Road was such a kick in the proverbial’s when I tried it a few months ago Have to admit the food was hot and tasty. But was it authentic and “desi” well I personally felt it missed out on that mark. The main issue I had was the simple fact the staff simply were preoccupied with anything other than focused on providing the customer service with a enjoyable experience Yes, my order was taken (minimal eye contact) yes the person started to prepare my order (no hustle whatsoever) and once my food was ready (the server was still preoccupied on completing their other task rather than to get me my food). I had to wait a few unnecessary minutes The incorrect change was given as I was over charged by £1, which I noticed as I have a bad habit of always checking my change, so once I pointed it out, the person shook their head in a curious fashion before muttering something and reimbursing me the correct change. All in all I’d say Food is good but not amazing Customer service is non-existent Cleanliness could have been better So for me it’s a 6 out of 10 Only because the food was ok

It's a serious health hazard to sell old food to customers. I bought a pack of chicken 65 which was literally stinky and old. Don't u have standards for your food? I even took the pack back to the store and complained, I demanded my money back, I got a shocking reply from the person at store. "I don't have any cash to give you, come back later" was the guy's reply. I left the food there and left the shop saying I will never ever comeback to such a shop again. I am thinking of reporting to authorities.

Food was okay, not bad. Actually taste is good but the item is not exactly as it should be. Eg. Chicken biryani and veg biryani tasted like pulao and no biryani. Not much preferred for vegetarians.

This store has two different stores of the same name around Reading and accepts orders without specifying where it has been placed. When I went to one of their stinking store, poor customer service and no willingness to help or any kind of apologies. This happened twice because of their incompetent website, I can gurantee it has happened to many others as well, today I'm gonna let them get away with my money so they can have some shame.

Today i brought 2 biriyani, in one there was a small bone pc wothout any meat and other one without any chicken pc, we are paying for chicken biriyani not plain rice (one ladypacked this for me) i brought so many times from oxford road biriyani boyz,they are not like this. I not suggesting this shop this is not fair

The Lamb curry I bought was not good, very oily, over cooked and two of the pieces smelled. I absolutely do not want to spoil the reputation of the shop by this review, but I hope the restaurant would take this as a feedback and improve on it. I was disappointed because I really liked the look of the curry, and also the shop is quite clean. I did not try any other curry there, this is only based on Lamb curry alone.

Food was fine. However, this place is not suitable for dine-in as they don’t have a wash basin and water.

Worst experience. I order veg biryani and paneer gravy. To my surprise they just took some chicken gravy and added fried paneer. I could see small pieces of chicken in it. Veg Biryani is another level. Worst food ever. Very disappointing. I really don't understand how can they do that. If they are unable to customise it let them tell rather than cheating people just for money. When I spoke to them and mentioned over phone, all I got the response is sorry and bring it I will refund your 💰. Money is not going to give us the repay the lost dinner opportunity for me and my family. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a chicken biriyani and 1/4 tandoori chicken leg which was cold, tough and tasted disgusting as if it was made and left for a day or so. Biriyani wasn't the same taste as previously ordered. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Totally disappointed 😞

The £3 chicken biriyani is amazing. Far better than biriyani lounges £3 biriyani. Massive portion for a low price :)

What surprised me the most at this place is you get big food portions for little price. Certainly not complaining. If you’re in the area and hungry this will fill you up for sure! Nice place and will definitely be visiting regularly when I’m down in Reading

I've eaten at Biryani Boyzz (Wokingham Road branch} several times now and i keep going back for more because it's delicious! The service is great especially from Imran who is very friendly and has great customer service skills. I highly recommend their food.

The best biriyani I’ve ever had with such quick and amazing service. Not sure why anyone wouldn’t give this place 5 stars, I come here around 3-4 times every week and can’t get enough. I have already recommended this place to my family and friends who have loved it just as much as I have.

After a very long time we decided to eat out and must say we had an amazing experience. The food was splendid and very friendly staff. The roti was one of the best we have had around Reading area, tasty curry and the best was the biriyani. We enjoyed our lunch outing and will definitely be going back very soon. I don't even leave reviews but I must do so for the health and wellbeing for multiple people. This place must be a front, ordered online and only thing warm was the biryani and it was average, the chicken and kebabs were cold. Spent £40 and some bits were missing and also others were replaced. Very bad experience and all the bad reviews are 100% accurate, the good reviews are definitely from people who work there or maybe even family and friends

Unfortunately awful. I got lamb box takeaway for £8.50 and it was all bones. Hardly any meat. I came back next day to ask for replacement and they refused. Terrible service!!! And The vegatable biryani was mediocre. Wouldn't bother going here...

Excellent biryani in reading, we can only get best biryani from Biryani boyz..both branches wokingham and oxford road has excellent and delecious food..i also love their Nihari.....highly recomend Biryani Boyz food....

Went today to buy tandoori chicken, what a disappointment it was cold like it just came out of fridge guy asked to you want it warm I said how do you warm he said microwave I said no I will warm my self at home once home I took it out of foil bag it was cold chicken out of fridge and you could tell it was at least 1day old what a flop

This is a disgrace for the brand of Biryani.Trade £3 at the cost of your health. Biryani was insane,pungent bad smell, 🤮. Staff was confronting that biryani is good and never gave refund. 🤡 Can't believe someone gave 5 rating.

Food poisoning central!!! Eat here at your own risk. Plus the food is not as described ie. food that is not meant to be spicy is hot as hell?! Do yourself a favour and DO NOT EAT FROM HERE/RISK YOUR LIFE! Please don’t 🙏 In my option any good reviews on this place are fake or the people have no taste buds or are drunk.

Five star rating for this restaurant, have tried it a few times now since opening, and the other store on Oxford Road. Both sell delicious food, the curries are spot on, and taste is maintained every time. Portion wise, I am very happy. my only pet peeve was the staff asking personal questions, like where am I from and where is my spouse from. I find it rather rude, and not in its place! I would like to see more non meat curries please :D

Worst food ever. I got lamb biryani and got masala and no lamb and the I had sickness for 2 days. Never go there. The food is at least weeks old. Must be reported to council for food poisoning

This is the 5 time I have bought food from the wokingham Road branch and I am extremely angry that the food was not fresh I first thought teething problems give them the benefit of doubt as a new store and ofcourse you can have hiccups but this is getting silly the biryanis which I bought for friends was old and it had a sour taste also other food which was ordered was not fresh at all like Nihari and haleem the Chapal kebab, not fresh at all. Not happy with this branch. Do not know why they have 5 stars it is not worth the 1 star👎👎🤙🏻🤙🏻 😡🤬🤬🤬🤢🤮🤮🤮
