Bing Xian House in Stoke-on-Trent

My first time trying this place. EXCELLENT value. We had satay king prawn, crispy salt and pepper chicken, egg fried rice and curry sauce. Prawns were so fresh. Chicken very delicious. Will be returning. 😍👍🏼

Ordered 10 chicken balls and rice, rice burnt. Got 7 chicken balls and they were soggy like they have been microwaved, tried to ring up to complain and refused the call

I've collected food from here a few times recently and have found that the staff are friendly, the food is great quality and always ready quickly, would recommend the Szechuan Tofu and Salt and Pepper chips💯

Fast delivery and very nice delivery men. I don't really like all their dishes, but the one's I do, I love them. A bit pricey though.

Always good food, fresh and hot. Always need to remember cash, but its near a coop so it's all good :)

Ordered a takeaway at the weekend. Missing some of my order. Rang up to explain some of my order was Missing and they weren't interested and would not listen. I will never use again! very poor customer experience. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!

Soooooo bad. Solidified cold curry sauce and greasy slimy young chow fried rice with hardly any meat. And SALTY!! Service was quick - suspiciously too quick.

The most EXPENSIVE Chinese takeaway in the WHOLE local area. Singapore chow mein £6.50 and the plastic box is not large.!! That's the MOST expensive in the immediate area!! Also the food goes cold quickly in plastic boxes. This joint also regularly INCREASE their prices, maybe TWICE a year! My fave Chinese takeaway is Dragon in London Road, West End, near Oakhill!

Placed order for Chow mein but received egg fried rice. When I called up to complain I was told it was my fault and not theirs, even though I don't eat rice (silly me). I've had food from them for the past 15+years and over that period I've been noticing the quality drop. I will no longer be ordering from them ever again

Food is really nice but the place needs a good clean. If they got it clean it would be spot on. Plus it's open later than all the others

Looking for a new Chinese, remembered this place used to be great. Made an order for collection, 4 items. Went and collected, got home, no rice. Rang and they apologised, offered to give us some if I collected, I said no as the rest fo the food would be cold, so I asked for a credit note, which was refused (for some reason). This rather annoyed me, so I hung up, terrible customer service. I will say the young girl who I spoke to was lovely, she was relaying what 'the boss' said, and they did call back to offer me the free rice on my next order. The problem being that once we had eaten the food, we did not want the credit note as it was all horrible. The chips were under done, the beef curry was horrible and tasteless, and the chicken in the sweet and sour chicken balls was gross. So in the end, we realise, 'the boss' was only doing us a favour. Wish I'd gone to Hartshill chippy next door

By far the best chinese if not best take away around food is always bang on never cold. Staff are brilliant had from here countless times and never been let down. The kung po is out of this world. Would highly recommend.

Best Chinese takeaway I've ever had

Having used Chinese takeaways in the area for years I can not recommend this Bing Xian enough. Consistently delivers fantastic quality of food, which is well cooked, tasty and varied. Friendly service with great hygiene standards and good COVID measures in place. Can not recommend enough, it’s by far the best Chinese in Stoke that I’ve tried...and I’ve tried many.

3 hours late some of the order missing the rest cold never again

VERY disappointed with Bing Xian House. Had used them for years. Never had a concern in past. Customer service was absolutely awful of recent. The phone rang as I entered and stood at counter whilst woman behind was on the phone... she took phone order, turned to the cooks to discuss order, but instead of serving me the phone rang again and she picked it up and took their order, refused to look in my direction, although I was 2 feet away behind plexi-glass. She repeatedly took 4 telephone orders and ignored me - I left when the phone rang and she still hadn't looked up at me and she answered phone yet again! Absolutely disgusted - stood there for 10-15 minutes whilst she continued to ignore me. I WILL NEVER BE USING BING XIAN AGAIN - Disgusted with their customer service!

weve used this takeaway many times over the years and its always been lovely. we have tried other chinese takeaways over the yrs some terrible and some ok but this is the best

APPALLING 2hrs 20 min to deliver. Ordered 6.50pm saturday for delivery and told 1hr. Chased 8pm told 2 before us. Chased 8.25pm told in car for delivery. Rang 8.50pm no answer. Rang off diff mobile and answered. Didnt know where was. Told cancel if not in 5min. Delivered 9.10pm. NO APOLOGY. DISGRACEFUL

Heard good things about this place , excited to try . Very disappointed. Food was awful , me and my friend are far from fussy eaters but the food was awful went straight into the bin . Curry sauce was horrendous never tasted anything like it , the chow mein was so dry . Not one to complain but won’t be returning disgusting food.

They make the best black pepper chicken. Cooked fresh every time; I know that because they have an open kitchen.

Ive used this chinese for over a decade amazing food and generally they havent changed from their traditional menu and values for quality, Delivery may take a while on busy days but even then your fried rice is still hot and on my account keeps everything else hot but thanks to the plastic tubs no excess moisture

Used this place many many times had the set meal for one had it many times tonight it was awful the chicken was vile in the sweet and sour and in the chop suey I binned it horrid.

Used this takeaway for years and years. Never any problems. Lovely food and the staff are friendly and helpful. Always a friendly reception. Just wish they didn’t stock the sun newspaper but I am a closet Liverpool fan!

I have been going to Bing Xain House since I moved to Harsthill and have been very happy with the TASTY food and polite members of staff. 5/5 Hygiene rating seems to be evident with how clean their takeaway shop is. Would recommend, many thanks to Bing Xain.

Great food..probably the best Chinese takeaway in stoke on trent..but they don't spk very good english

Worst Chinese I have ever been too. Delivery was 20 mins late so it took an hour to come. Then only gave us halve the order and the delivery driver then tried to charge us 28 pound for an 18 pound order would advise never to go here. I certainly won't go here again also rang up after the order only to be greeted with a load of abuse worse Chinese ever. If I had the choice I wouldn't even rate it 1 star

Oh dear. This place used to be good. But ordered food on 22/12/17 and felt ill within 1/2 hour of finishing. Really bad stomach and diarrhoea. We noticed food looked and tasted different. Something has happened. New owners? New chef? Or just a bad night? Think I’ll give this place a miss for a while.

We use this takeaway pretty much every weekend and some week days! We have pretty much the same thing every time we order salt and pepper chips and thin noodles with 2 cans of coke I accidentally asked for (egg noodles) which should have been (rice noodle) as I don't eat them my partner does I called up when realising that it wasn't what we normally have the lady on the phone knows who we are and what we order even when I tell her our address she like "ohhh yeah" so we a loyal customers spend a lot of money but was quite disappointed that she tried to charge us and extra 30p even though I gave the driver £10 our order was on £9.60 so an extra 40p over and then because I told her that she tried to charge us £1.20 I mean I wouldn't have mind paying as it's only bloody £1.50 but with us being such loyal customer and never say anything bad or make mistakes every time we order I would have assumed she would have been kind enough to let us off! Clearly not I'm not one for complaining but clearly your customer aren't valued very much !!! I will not be eating from them again I will give my money to someone that values us as customers

Food is brilliant prepared to personal order, very tasty BUT the few times I've been I've been charged different prices from the menu each time, only advice is make sure you know the price on the menu and state it when ordering CHECK you've not been overcharged also claim your free prawn crackers when you spend over £10 or you'll be charged for them.

Food is really good and clean but there prices change everytime I go in and was charged £13.50 one time and had the same again for £11.80 the day after.
