Bim's in Waltham Forest

ordered on uber eats waited 45 minutes to get my food then having the driver only giving me a drink saying thats what he got when i ordered the full meal. didnt get my dinner i onced loved bims now i hate it.

Twice the price of McDonalds but twice as terrible. Tasteless burger patties, tasteless fries, not worth the cost. Do not waste your money.

I don’t like this place there was hair in my chips and was absolutely disgusting. Also the menu is very mixed and jumbled up a its very hard to customise your items. Not to mention, the ketchup packets r very small i needed 6 for a normal meal. i don’t recommend. Go to other stores

Bigger portions needed but the hot chocolate and double beef mcmuffin was good and they have non pork stuff on their breakfasts menu too.

The staff are great very friendly and efficient. The food is fresh and nice. I visit the store at 0least 3 times a week as my son loves the food and I pads of course. I was amazed with ABDIRAHMAN he took great pride in keeping the restaurant clean and in order. KAFALEYA also very welcoming she even gave my son her ice cream as she was on break and she told us about the company and the other stores she even remembers me when we return again Excellent customer service. The standards have dropped since it first opened, food used to always be fresh and hot but now on a few occasions has come cold. There are many diff plces with same style food now!

Ordered food and 2 drinks from the meals missing, 2 additional ordered drinks missing and kinder eggs for the kids meal also missing. Attempted to call the site in Walthamstow and the phone just rang out. Contacted on Instagram and got told to contact Uber or the driver after that I received no response, assistance or help. Customer service is below par, you basically have to accept that your going to get no help and ask uber for a refund. Uber didn't even refund the correct amount so I only got a part refund for the 2 additional drinks. Food is nice better than McDonald's and the drinks are lovely but with the customer service you receive when there's an issue, I won't be ordering from there again!!!! I will take my money elsewhere instead. It's a shame! Kids are upset and I'm annoyed I have to eat my food with no drink. Thank you for this poor experience.

Gone downhill since it opened . Still nice food but standards have dropped . Come on guys pick It up and bring it back to how it was .
