Went over to this shop earlier to drop my parcel and the gent serving me was polite, I received wonderful customer service.

Owners are miserable but the guy doing the parcels is polite.

I went to the shop to return my parcel to temu but the shopkeeper was so rude and didn't give appropriate answer as well. There was a printing machine in the shop but still he said that we don't have the machine and i can't take the parcel. Very bad experience 😕

Went a long way to drop off a parcel at their Evri services. Evri website says they're open till 10PM, the store closes at 9PM. Still I went in a few mins before 9PM, yet they refused to take the parcel as they shut down the Evri device before closing the store

Recently Evri counter person is changed, looks like shop owner took over Evri but they are extremely rude and unhelpful. Don't pack, don't listen & throws packing bag on face. I have complain to Amazon as well of my recent bad 3 experiences

I go to this shop to use their Evri services, and I usually come into contact with a nice man (not sure of his name) who helps me get my parcels sent off and collected. I recently went in to send off a parcel and a different man was there and was very rude. I wish him the best and hope whatever he’s going through gets better. But I won’t be using their services again. Kindness doesn’t cost anything.

I have been three time to drop Evri parcel drop off and every time they refuse or simply say driver wont take it without even asking them. I called evri company to check and they said driver should pickup. This is so frustrating and they have absolutely zero customer service. The amount of stress they put evri customers to Evri should cancel their arrangement with them. I wont even give the 1 star.

I have been using their drop off service and all I can say is they provide superb service day in - day out. All staff are friendly and accomodating and the place is well organised. 10/10.

The only reason i gave 1 start is because i couldn't gave 0 Rude staff, he ruined my day

I’ve been using this little convenience shop for about 6 months; mostly as a parcel centre but they sell a little bit of everything too. I have always had great service and the guys are super polite. I go so frequently now that the guys know my name which in this day and age is unusual but this is the beauty of local shopping. Thank you for making my life so easy. Keep up the good work👍🏽👍🏽

selling expired calling cards, upon reporting they got aggressive and refuse to refund and take reasonability for the expired cards they sell.

Terrible service! Do not recommend! Three of my Hermes parcels went missing after I’ve send them form this shop! When I told the owner he said the machine is broken and is not his fault.

Regularly use to send my Hermes parcels and buy snacks, fruit - reasonably priced etc always quick and efficient, staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service, so quick and easy and everyone was extremely helpful. I don’t shop online because I find the returns process painful but I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you!!

Went there for returning hermes parcel and I took a bag near to the parcel machine and thought that it is provided by the courrier and the shopkeeper asked for 89 pence for that and I gave him my Samsung pay for payment as I haven't had my wallet with me and he asked me to buy something and make it above £3 to pay by card.

Absolutely miserable bloke behind the counter hate spending a single penny in there but it’s local Shuts really early aswell great selection but no boss man
