Amazing Food! Amazing Staff. And billy did me the best omelette yesterday thank you so so much. I come here very often now!

Food is amazing, generous portions. Had chicken shish kebab with lovely homemade chilli sauce. Staff are so accompodating and friendly. !!! You should all try this place you will not be disappointed!! Xx

Called in for breakfast today with my family, and the service was great. A good atmosphere the choice for breakfast was really good as well as a choose your own option and the breakfast was really nice ,will definitely be going back

Amazing food, Natalie was so lovely!

We were served by Natalie. She was so nice and welcoming! We ordered her suggestions (chicken shish, chicken fillet burger, and fish and ships) and the food was great. The portion sizes were large. We’ll be coming again all the way from Sheffield just for the food!!

The service provided by Natalie was truly among the highlights of the experience. We had ordered a chicken shish, chicken fillet cheese burger and a medium cod dish. The chicken shish was probably the best out of the three. But the others weren't too bad either.

A great place to get decent fish and chips

Have to say a few things, walked in seemed lovely and clean and was greeted by the lad frying on the range with a nice warm welcome, the food looked great but that for me is where it stopped he asked the server on the till to take an order I asked a question but immediately as it was answered she carried on her conversation with the other member of staff I asked if I could have something to be ignored, now the nice lad frying then asked how many I wanted but I felt ignored by the server and left. May give it another but really didn’t feel like the server cared about the customer and that’s not great for a first visit.

Simply the best place in Northampton.. when you have to wait for fish 'n' chips you know you are getting them freshly cooked Cooks are polite and friendly along with the staff behind the counter.. 5 star all round

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We ordered the fish & chips which definitely recommend this. Fish is very fresh and a good crispy batter. Onion rings and fried halloumi are another recommendation. The English breakfast is also value for money. The food and service is good, I’ll definitely come back again.

Got to be the best fish and chips shop in Northampton. Fish tastes really nice with a crispy batter and the chips are never greasy at all. I have not eaten anything else on the menu but lots of customers seem to like it. The only thing I'm not sure about is the very vivid green mushy peas. They taste OK though 😁

Wouldve rated it five stars for everything ,but guys you got to get the smoking area sorted out ,,me and my wife came for breakfast sunday and sat there and all we could smell was the cigarets being smoked out side ,,you gotta move the smoking area away ,its not fair for people to have to smell that or walk thru it

Great fish n chips and lovely to support a local business. Nicks fish n chips are as good as his dads were at the Westone fish n chips shop, for those that remember. Well done Nick, your parents must be proud of you and your team.

Coming from an almost daily customer who hates eating out and from outside hands ... Freshly cooked amazing quality food across the menu be it full breakfast, fish and chips or kebabs plus so much more at decent prices and good quantity, something to order catering for everyone's different individual taste and liking. Top class hygiene and cleanliness amazing and friendly well mannered decent staff easy to communicate with an impeccable service and regular busy atmosphere that all customers enjoy thoroughly definitely top diner in Northampton ... Well done guys you deserve this recommendation wholeheartedly and the smoothies are amazing to. Have not seen one fault yet and a diner to such a high standard ever in this whole town!!! 💯💥

After seeing all the great reviews,I had to give it a try and boy they didn't disappoint the fish and chips was epic( although I would of liked a lot more salt and vinegar) The service was fantastic and I felt at home. Will be coming back with company.

The breakfast wasn’t nice at all . The bacon is turkey bacon and the sausages were very cheap . I really wouldn’t recommend the breakfast maybe the dinner food is better

I was yesterday there I totally loved it I’m a fan of Fish & chips . His fish was not oily at all was crispy. The tartar sauce was no spot . Loved it Gordon Ramsey should try it ♥️

Been twice, 1 for takeout, 1 eat in, both times were great, freshly cooked food, service with a smile and good prices, Haddock was really good. Worth travelling from Kingsthorpe for it.

I love this place. The food is always good and I eat there often. It has many regulars which speaks for itself. Prices very reasonable. Service excellent. Billy very pleasant and usually there. I take my older friends there as it’s so user friendly.

Excellent food. We were fortunate to order a takeout when a fresh batch of cod and chips were being fried and were happy to wait the 15 minutes or so. The portion sizes are also very generous. As a grow man, a small cod and chips is plenty enough. I paid about £8 for this. The service was second to none. The owner and especially one the guys behind the counter was very friendly. I will return for their breakfast one day. All the food is halal aswell. No pork is sold.

It's been a while since I received such fantastic service which has prompted this review. The manager went over and above to make us feel welcome into his lovely restaurant. The food was prepared to order and very tasty, the portions were huge and the fish was perfect. The manager very kindly gave us some complimentary drinks as it was our first time visiting Billy's. Will definitely be calling again, maybe for Breakfast next time.

Having enjoyed a fantastic work lunch here, I decided to opt for takeout next time. As a young woman dealing with anxiety in new places, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the friendly young man at the counter. He made me feel right at home. The person preparing the food was equally friendly and talkative. The food itself was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant boasts a spotless, modern atmosphere—a true gem in the neighborhood!

Shocking bad the had full breakfast ate half a sausage which had no taste bacon is not what I got 3 rashers of reformed turkey with a supposed bacon flavour the eggs could have made keyring out of and the toast had margarine on it and cheap beans no wonder the place is half empty used to be a great cafe it's a real shame

I have had my fair share of fish and chips, but you know you have hit a gold mine, when the batter crunches when you cut in to it, and thats exactly what happened when I ate here for the first time, the chips were chunky, and the potato inside was fluffy. The mush peas were actual mushy peas and not watered down like many other places. Staff were very friendly, the place is very clean. This is actual seaside fish and chips without having to go to a seaside. I live 60 odd miles away but I wouldn't hesitate making the journey again if I ever wanted proper fish and chips

OK full English breakfast. Not very good quality sausages and bacon. Good coffee. There are much better places to go for cooked breakfast

We collected the food and service at Billy's was great - a friendly welcome! Food was freshly cooked, with generous portions and was tasty. We were pleased that all of the packaging was recyclable and will definitely be back again.

Best chips I have had for a very long time. Fish was beautiful. Kebab was lovely with lots of fresh salad, big portions too. Delivery drive was really friendly and polite. Will be using Billy’s again and spreading the word.

Went for breakfast this morning and wasn't dissapointed at all. Had the fry up . And most people would expect it to be greasy like a normal fry up. It wasn't. It was perfect. I am pretty fussy when it comes to sausages and fat on bacon. But sausages were lovely and bacon had no fat on it. Not sure if it was like turkey bacon or something similar but it was crispy and I ate it all. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and made u feel at home. Defo a nice place to have breakfast . Can't wait until we go again

Service is really good and food is generally decent.the bacon however is just odd.rectangular strips that look like thick ham and do not taste of much and are a bit rubbery to be honest.prices are fair.
