Me and my wife went for a nice walk and said we will come in and have some food and a hot chocolate and a sausage roll. Was nice after the nice walk.

Always a pleasure to visit, good coffee and friendly staff.

Always a wonderful experience whenever I visit this store, dine in or drive thru the staff, service and coffee are always a delight. The coffee is great and no matter how busy the staff are you always get a welcome smile and a big hello.

Great local coffee shop. Great to see how dog friendly this place is too. Their salted caramel blended iced coffee is heaven!

Went through the drive-thru asked for a item and got told they had ran fair enough then see ‘ all day breakfast’ so asked about a sausage bap to “ which she replied what do you think this is greggs “ if your staff are having a bad they shouldn’t be taking it out on customers with their attitude. so left it as that drove off

I had no intention of writing this review on here but it seems the owners have become too big to respond to feedback. Tried to submit a feedback form on the website of which there was an error, reached out on Facebook messenger advising them of this and was given direct email to contact. Did this on 25th August, with no acknowledgement or reply. Went back to messenger on 4th September to advise I'd sent the email 10 days prior, message read, no reply. Nearly 3 weeks later, still nothing. Tried to keep said feedback surrounding poor knowledge of allergen advice from the team private but left feeling like no one cares; really poor aftercare from this company.

Lovely coffee shop .The staff was lovely and making sure we were happy at all times.They also have a drive thru you can go to if the parking is full .

Place exceptional, however, I wish they had never changed the Mango Smoothie syrup. It’s just not the same sharp mango flavour 😥

The coffee is horrible. I visited today after seeing so many high ratings for this location and was sorely disappointed by the really bad coffee offering. I ordered a flat white and a sandwich. The drink was flavourless and not properly made (heavy milk). The sandwich was good and fresh. On the positive side, open later on a Sunday was great given most are closed.

Popped in for a coffee at the drive through I made an honest mistake thinking it was Greg's buy asking for vegan sausage roll to which the lady who bluntly told me it's not Greg's but in a sarcastic manner, firstly I've never been spoken to abruptly at any Greg's never, so I know we're to go next time if I want better service . And for her convenience the coffee isn't better as she stated that's down to personal opinion. The young man serving , now he could learn her a few things about customer service skills. good job by him . Second time visiting second time bad service . Greg's I think next time.

I called in with my 10yr old Grandson who is severely Autistic. He finds certain environments overly stimulating and doesn't cope well. This usually results in people staring, sniggering or looking on in disgust. I have to say I did NOT experience any of this. The girl who served me appeared to have insight as I ordered whilst reassuring my grandson and she didn't hang around and got straight on with our order, smiling at my Grandson and treating him like a normal human being, which he is, and she was pleasant and we mannered to me too.

Left very quickly a man was allowed to bring in a very large smelly dog and when I pointed it out to the manager I was told he could do nothing about it because he is a regular customer.The manager also informed me that his staff have to clear up the mess the dog leaves. I like dogs but smelly ones like this should be made to stay outside after all you have tables outside .I visit the cafe nearly everyday open with 3 friends for food as well as coffee but I am now reconsidering my choice of coffee shop.

In a most unexpected area. An industrial estate, with drive through facility. Welcoming staff, clean and airy, a pleasant place to have a break. Enough space and access for those who have difficulty in moving around, Dog friendly, near the entrance. The staff are alert, so that tables are tidy and cleaned, as you depart. A good place to meet and chat.

The staff on the drive through are out of this world. We pull up in our work van and whoever serves us, makes us feel so welcome and remembers our order. Exceptional staff

Just a lovely atmosphere,nice welcoming staff,very efficient team, fabulous coffee & very clean surroundings..

I held a few in promptu meetings at Moulton Park...the ladies in there were so accommodating and polite.. the coffee was excellent especially the Cortado so much better than Costa....my favourite treat is the Nutella Slice. A warm and welcoming environment and everyone is super friendly.. I am now a weekly regular... x

I've been a few times now both in-store and drive thru and every single time i visit the staff are so welcoming and so friendly. The drinks are made fresh and quickly.

Needs to do better to compete with established chains. The coffee was so so, food was bland, and the place looked a bit low rent. By way of comparison it’s the antithesis of Coffee #1 which is another growing brand

Came in for a ice coffee and a toastie with my mum and everything was absolutely lush for food, the drinks and the staff, especially Tanya absolutely awesome customer service would definitely recommend a visit and i will be coming back ☺️

Generally I think the Bewiched coffee is a great coffee the services is really good very friendly smile. Only issue I see is that there is a lot of plates that could have been cleaned away from tables and therefore it was looking a bit messy but generally I think its a lovely place to go and we often go there on Sundays to enjoy a coffee and shake, not sure in the week but it is always quite busy based on it's location.

Quick Impromptu drive through. The oat coffees were delicious. Geraldine served us via the window and was absolutely amazing. Sad to hear she is retiring soon she will be a big loss to the company. Enjoy your retirement. 👍

Really quick Barista grade coffee and tasty two, also naughty Nutella slice. Yum! Bit noisey because of the large open ceiling but plenty of comfy seats.

First visit to this coffee shop and will 100% be returning. Great that they allow dogs into the building and are happy to give individual bowls of water for them along with a bowl of dog treats to feed them. Callum the assistant manager went above and beyond to help with my wife as she has certain allergies. His knowledge of the products was superb and explained exactly what she could have to eat or drink. For this we thank you Callum. Keep up the great work. To the rest of your team working on that day well done to. So friendly polite and hard working. A great place to stop for a drink and slice of cake.

Always love a Bewiched coffee & breakfast muffin deal! I have to say it's a little more expensive than competing coffee chains but the coffee and food is much better quality. Highly recommend!

Love coming to Bewiched! I’ve been coming here for years and have got to know the lovely staff really well. I started by just getting our (ridiculous) work coffee order regularly; which the team always sorted without any fuss despite ordering 8 separate often complex drinks!, to now coming weekly with a group of mum friends. There’s up to 8 of us that pop in now with our little ones and prams every week and we need to say a special thank you to Tanya and Callum on a Monday. They make sure we have somewhere to sit and have never been anything more than hugely accommodating. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are a real credit to the whole Bewiched brand. One of the highlights of my week!

Coffee reasonable and served as it should be. Overall experienced made positive by Geraldine on the drive through. So polite and has a wonderful attitude. We have a 4 day old baby with us and she was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for making our day.

I visited here on Friday 21-12, the staff were fantastic, i like a joke and bit of banter, the lady whom served me was fun, professional and more importantly a human,she made it fun, her attitude to customers was faultless. No more costa or Starbucks !!!!

After a long morning in meetings, I decided to call at my local Bewiched to get something to eat and take home. I ordered through the drive-through section and was served by very helpful member of staff who told me that the toastie I wanted was not available but made an alternative suggestion which was lovely. I might say it was a very fast and efficient service and I will be going back in the future.

Coffee better than Starbucks, not as nice as Costa but service better than both of them. The staff seemed to care .. even added a pull message to the door with the boarded up window (looks like they had a breakin).

We love this place. Live very close by and we think it's a great facility to have. It's busy and buzzy and despite being busy the staff are always smiley, friendly, chatty, helpful and efficient. Our visiting families love it too. One of their first questions 'when can we go to Bewiched granny?'. The only change we'd like to see is a bit more variety in the food offerings, with perhaps cheese scones added to the menu. Litter management and parking remain constant issues, but we understand Bewiched can't be in full control of that. Val and Chris

We visit Bewiched everyday as a team who work locally at Moulton Park. Its a great place to escape from the office and have a mid morning coffee and sometimes a nice yummy treat. We have built great relationships with all the staff, who are all very friendly and make great coffee!

I absolutely love bewitched it is, or should I say was the best around, then you changed the oat milk. This would be a 5 star review if you hadn't changed the oat milk. It is rancid and makes the beautiful coffee taste foul. Please change it back or I will be forced to go to Costa!

Always good. Price of a cup of tea is really high, Gregs next door is half the price and a larger cup.... but you dont get the facilities.

Sad day, just discovered yet another Bewitched that’s got rid of the proper Barista Coffee machine 😏 let’s pay top dollar for an auto machine produced rubbish coffee ! Might as well go to Greggs next door and pay half the price for an auto machine produced coffee instead. That’s Moulton Park store off my lengthening list. Once all Bewitched stores go this route then I won’t be going to any of them. You can’t be s serious player in the coffee shop market if you use these garbage machines

I commonly visit here to buy Mango Smoothies and the staff here are quite hospitable. The desserts can be a mixed experience but the atmosphere is inviting. They're also dog-friendly. 🐶

Both people working when I went in at 2:10ish 22/10 are working incredibly hard, dealing with some very negative and rude customers very professionally and trying to get each order done asap. I’m sorry more people don’t have enough patience to see that the two of you were working your hardest. Thank you for your lovely service and hard work
