Early booking made for dinner. Sat down, all 4 of us decided to have steak. When waiter came round we were told they had none of the steaks. Who not tell us when we sat down?Son wanted kidx portion of ice cream. Nope you can't have that unless you have the entire kids menu we were told. Really? You can't serve a scoop of ice cream on its own? Whether for a kid or not? Case of "computer says no" bad service, lacks attention to detail and spoilt the evening.Ealing has so much choice in restaurants. Give this one a miss.

Ayant notre hotel à quelque distance à pieds, nous y avons diner le soir. Accueil très agréable, très bonne ambiance bistrot, nous y sommes retournés.Les plats sont bons, il faut juste bien préciser la cuisson pour la viande rouge, comme aux USA au risque de se retrouver avec du très très cuit..Bonne adresse!

No es barato y no sirven la mejor comida, pero es agradable, el personal es amable, la comida es deliciosa. Tienen un buen menú en el que todos pueden encontrar algo para sí mismos. Suele estar muy concurrido durante el brunch los fines de semana y, a veces, tendrás que esperar a que te sirvan una mesa o que te sirvan tu pedido, pero vamos allí para relajarnos, pasar un buen rato con una comida sabrosa.

Good food, nice house wine, nicely decorated. Service slightly slow, think one waitress has too many tables. We had a problem and it was sorted straight away. Divine desserts. We'll worth a visit.

Lunchtime midweek, even though not busy, meant slow service , no check back & no clearing of plates, and no offer of desserts. I had to get up to pay as I waited for what seems like forever for anyone to come over, needless to say it didn’t happen. Then they added 12.5% service charge to the bill for all the work they didn’t do. The food could have been better , the salt and rosemary chips could have actually tasted like salt and rosemary and the vegan salad was small considering the price. Overall a disappointing visit to bills.

Decidí llevar a mi hija de dos años a una cita para almorzar recientemente después de salir por la mañana. La directora de guardia era una mujer encantadora, muy amable y servicial con mi hija. Las otras damas que nos sirvieron también fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. Amable de darnos algunos crayones y algo para colorear.Macarrones con queso para mi hija bajó extremadamente bien, mi hamburguesa de pollo estaba bien, no hay nada que destacar.¡Un lugar perfecto para traer a mi hija a almorzar, pero no volvería sin ella!

Visit with friends for Brunch. Lovely place with really friendly and attentive staff. Food was very nice and presented well. Biggest pot of tea for one that I've ever had and was a lovely brew. Well worth a visit.

Popped in for breakfast on New Years Day, never been to a Bills before so gave it a go.Overall it was a little pricey but the food was absolutely top notch, this isn't a greasy spoon. The experience was more like going out for an evening meal than breakfast.All of the staff were really nice and friendly, great overall, will come back.

Had a perfect meal. From the outset our server, Tom, was just the best. Seriously give the guy a huge raise. What a lovely man, super helpful, great with our son and got him to eat a pea! That is IMMENSE, truly.The drinks selection was fab, food delicious and decor perfectly chilled.Wish we had been last night too!

Went here last Sunday for brunch and it was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, fantastic atmosphere, loved the decor. The food was very good aswell! Recommended.

I went with a friend on for brunch and firstly of all the staff at Bills are lovely and friendly.

I have eaten a few times at bills, usually for the breakfasts as they are good value and the service is quick (ish).

My husband and I always go to Bill's in Ealing because we're always in the area. Bill's was always a hit when we visit, but this trip was a miss. Not saying we won't come back, but this time the food was a bit off. Maybe it was me or it was the food? Who knows. My husband and I shared the Pea and Watercress Soup and it was bland, we had to add a lot of salt and pepper into it so we can actually eat it. I had the Prawn and Fish Finger Sandwich that had some watercress in it which didn't need it. My husband had the Buttermilk Chicken Burger which was better the last time we visited. The staff were attentive and the food is usually good so we'll still come back.

Nine of us had an excellent lunch here on a Sunday. Since our previous visit, the menu has been almost completely changed - Bill's Fish Pie and Burger seem to be among the only survivors. The end result is a much more vegetarian and vegan choice, which many in our family thought was great - the vegan Wellington was particularly praised. I had Eggs Benedict with Fries which was delicious, more filling than I had expected and extremely good value.

Lovely welcoming staff. Decided to sit outside on a warm night and enjoyed a bottle of Pinot Grigio. It came in an ice bucket to keep it chilled. The seating area outside is quite condensed but little touches like the candle light and cushioned chairs were appreciated. The food was lovely. If it wasn't for the very regular police cars with flashing lights and sirens blaring, you could imagine you were on holiday. Price was fair and we will definitely be back.

Sat outside which was nice and shady, good for watching the world go by. Lovely food, really dark orange eggs which is a good sign. Only complaint would be that everything was cooked lightly, ie the black pudding, whereas I prefer it almost burnt

Mi hija pidió el desayuno tradicional que estaba muy preparado. ¡Los huevos estaban duros, la salchicha era casi imposible de comer y el tocino realmente crujiente! Cuando la camarera preguntó por qué no lo había comido, le dijimos que estaba recocido. No hubo interés ni disculpa. Nos preguntamos si nos podrían haber ofrecido una reducción, pero no se dijo nada. No me molestaría ir allí de nuevo. Le había sugerido a Bills que mis compañeros de trabajo se fueran, pero ahora encontraré otro lugar. Muy decepcionado.

Comimos aquí dos veces durante nuestra estancia de fin de semana en Londres. La primera noche definitivamente mereció una calificación de 5 estrellas. Ambos nos dieron hamburguesas que estaban deliciosas y tuve un cóctel que estaba muy sabroso y a un precio razonable. Los postres eran deliciosos, a pesar del desorden eton parecido a los huevos revueltos. El personal fue atento y nunca nos dejaron esperando el servicio. Por lo tanto, volvimos una segunda noche y lamentablemente nos decepcionó el mal servicio. Nos sentamos rápidamente ya que el restaurante estaba sorprendentemente tranquilo. Pedimos un entrante entre nosotros que era muy sabroso y el pollo principal estaba delicioso. Sin embargo, cuando nuestro camarero retiró nuestros platos después del plato principal, nunca nos ofrecieron postre e intentamos llamar la atención de un camarero durante aproximadamente 10 minutos para obtener un menú de postres. Lo mismo sucedió cuando esperaba para pedir el postre. En general, nuestras visitas fueron muy buenas y fue desafortunado que el cargo por servicio del 12% esté incluido cuando realmente el personal de la segunda noche realmente no merecía esa cantidad debido al mal servicio que recibimos en un restaurante extremadamente tranquilo.

Went after work to celebrate colleagues and the restaurant did not disappoint us. Really good food and drinks. The lovely Georgina made some honest suggestions and they all turned out to be excellent choices.

The Ealing Bill's has plenty of room and the very wide range, including small portions and an extensive children's menu suits our family where we have to allow for everything from Port-au-Prince bariatric surgery tiny portions through toddlers to teenagers with voracious appetites. Better value than the new cafes in Dickens Yard too.

I think bills is a safe place to choose to eat! And normally I leave satisfied.

We ordered our food the food came, my food had crispy onions on the top which wasn't in the description on the menu. The staff immediately got me a new macaroni without onions and removed it from the bill. this was dealt with in a very apologetic way and I couldn't fault them. the macaroni wasn't good so i wouldn't order again.

This is in a chain, but this branch has a lovely location, good food and attentive service. There's a sunny outdoor seating area on a wide pavement. The food is well prepared and presented, and it's good value. The menu is 'international' with a bit of a US feel. All dietary issues are or can be addressed. The drinks menu has a broad compass. The service is very attentive, but not pushy. It's well designed for those with accessibility issues. I was there on a quiet weekday lunchtime but there was still a very good feel to the place.

We had a great time dinner time on 17th May. Good food, amazing atmosphere. Inga is an absolute star!!!! She made our evening by making us feel relaxed and taken care of. We will be back definitely! Thank you for taking care of us

Went as a party of seven for Mother’s Day. Waiter was very attentive, the food came out quickly although one side dish was missing. The food was tasty if but a little cold and some of the desserts had run out by 2pm. On the whole it was fine but came away thinking it might have been better choosing one of the many other places in Ealing.

My second visit to this restaurant and again I found it to have very tasty food with efficient and speedy service.

I've been to Bill's twice before and they were okay, last visit wasn't great as my food was far too spicy i think the sauce was quite bad.

Had lunch with a university friend last week, Gosia and her team made us feel very welcomed, the food was excellent and the service was lovely and friendly. Will visit again and definitely recommend it.

This is a lovely restaurant with great food and friendly service. Chiara in particular always goes the extra mile to make us and our children welcome. We are regulars and can not recommend it enough!

I've only been to a branch of Bill's once before & seemed to remember that I wasn't very impressed with the menu choices at the time. Today I decided to give them another try & was happy with my choices. I believe there are a few new items on the menu now. I often order smashed avocado on toast for lunch or brunch & it's really interesting seeing how different eateries interpret it. Today it was served with poached eggs cooked perfectly & it was all served on a bed of baby gem lettuce & baby spinach, accompanied by delicious toasted focaccia & a red pepper dressing. All very tasty. The only thing I left was the chillies because I don't like them. I drank a carrot, ginger &, I think, apple juice that had a lovely kick. I followed with pecan pie & ice cream. It was very tasty, but I felt that that the maple syrup drizzled over it was an unnecessary touch & made it too sweet. The staff were, without exception, very friendly & helpful at this branch in Ealing. I will happily come back.

Me encontré con mi amigo de la escuela después de muchos años y elegimos a Bill's - Ealing Broadway para una cena de reunión. Nos tomamos las edades ordenando nuestra comida porque teníamos mucho para ponernos al día, pero ¿fueron rápidos para pedir vino? . . eek . . El personal fue increíble y muy paciente con nosotros. Neli nuestro camarero principal era cálido, amable y nunca nos apuró. Ella nos cuidó muy bien, nos dio espacio para hablar mucho y hacer un buen juicio sobre cuándo intervenir ... . . ¡Eso no es fácil cuando tienes dos damas muy habladoras! Gracias Neli.

Called in once during a weekend in London and ending up coming back two more times. Staff were really good. Menu had lots of choices and the food tasted great.

Took a pal here to celebrate his new haircut. Went for breakfast he had bills brunch I had garden plate. His was missing a sausage and the extra beans he wanted (pig). I had garden plate. Both were pretty cold and not very exciting. No checkback either. Took ages to get the bill and when i did get it they overcharged me then took ages to fix it. And then had the cheek to add an optional service charge not by giving me the option to add it but by adding it then giving me the card machine. I took it off. That night my friend got hit by a bus and killed and I’m sad that was our last breakfast

Hello! Today I was with my wife in the Ealing Broadway area. After the incredible walk in the nice and sunny day, we decided to go to the restaurant. On the map we looked at the restaurants and decided to visit Bill's. At the entrance we welcomed very warm and friendly. They put us comfortably on a table we chose. From the table we noticed that the woman welcomed the guests in the same polite, warm and respectful way. Then we realized that this was the manager of the restaurant and it was said, Kiara. A young girl served at our table. We stayed extremely fascinated by the incredible and professional service of the girl. Very polite, radiant and smiling child, which made our evening unforgettable. The girl who was frightened to be lovely in the evening was Adriana. The food was incredibly delicious and the warm welcome and service stayed fascinated and very pleased with the good evening at Ealing Broadway. Thanks Bill's! We'll come again!

A really big thumbs up to Bill's for asking all diners if they have any food allergies - very proactive of them. They also have a comprehensive allergens guide so that you can make your menu choice in the full confidence you won't experience an adverse reaction. Keep up the good work. The food is great as well!

We went here for a friends meet up. The service was easy and friendly and the food was nice and appetising with a good selection for all tastes. Not a specific type of cooking but a lot of crowd pleasers. The desserts were excellent. It's a pleasant relaxing atmosphere perfect for a drink and a chat.

Missed dinner the night before and being ravenous thought I would grab breakfast at Bills. First and last time ever what a load of rubbish all I can say is the staff were nice. I ordered 2 x Bills breakfast for me as I’m a greedy sod but it’s just as well I did as they are not what you call big for £8.95.

Teníamos la hamburguesa de queso macarrones, desnudos y un bol de semillas y todo estaba delicioso, el queso macaroni era especialmente buena! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

El restaurante está muy bien decorado y tiene un buen ambiente. Sin embargo, debo decir que la comida es bastante regular, y el tamaño de las porciones son un poco pequeñas (para el brunch por lo menos).

Una vez más, tuvimos otra comida muy agradable y maravilloso servicio en su restaurante de ealing. Fuimos allí hoy para el cumpleaños de mi esposa y Anuj y el servidor, Pip, era muy acogedor y amable. He tenido muchas comidas en los 2 meses que he estado en Londres, pero tengo que decir que Bill en filas ealing en la parte superior de la lista. La comida era excelente, pero el servicio y la amabilidad del personal han hecho de mis dos experiencias, fenomenal!

A warm welcome, with an attentive waiter. Timely serving of the food (a version of full English breakfast) which was tasty and well balanced. ideal place for a brunch I would say.

Bill’s has a warm cozy atmosphere. It’s casual and does have some outdoor seating. We sat inside. We received excellent, friendly service, both from the manager who seated us and followed up later and by our server. I had their burger sweet potato fries and Bill’s IPA. Burge4 was cooked to order and was very juicy. My husband had the pan fried chicken, with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy. I tased his and it was delicious too. They featured their jams for breakfast so we want to go back and try them out for that too. We are living in the area for six months while my husband is working here in London. We are from Los Angeles and I wish we had a Bill’s in the states.

The service was very nice, but the food was so bad. The toast-avocado-salmon was dry, the salmon very salty, although the avocado was nice. The poached egg was rubber like (the white part). The coconut-porridge was so artificial, I was expecting some fresh berries, but the sauce was so artificial and the flavour of the porridge appalling, I left all of it. The relation quality price is bad.

Great rare ribeye, succulent salad and braw broccoli my only commemt would be hold the seeds. The waiter was attentive and very helpful. Maybe sit inside if you dont wish to be serenaded by sirens.

Fuimos para una comida para 4 personas, tenía el pastel de pescado y el paté para empezar. Compañero tenía los calamares y pastel de pescado. Mi madre tenía la lubina, que es probablemente el mejor plato, pero reconozcámoslo si arruinas lubina entonces realmente tiene un problema! Y mi tía las costillas.

The smashed Avocado with Streaky Bacon and poached egg was a smash hit. I have had it twice now and the staff are extra friendly in an awesome environment.

Lovely atmosphere, great food and fantastic customer service! They even wiped the donuts we ordered off the bill because we came twice in the day! One of the waiters (whose name I didn't get!) even made me lemon juice water as I was craving fresh lemonade which was not on their menu - thanks! All of the staff are helpful, polite and really friendly which always helps when nursing a hangover or just popping out for a bite to eat!

Restaurante muito simpático e o atendimento bastante atencioso. Nosso pedido foi Steak Sirloin, muito bem preparado, com batatas fritas e sauce pepercorn, acompanhado de um vinho chileno. Nao esperamos muito tempo (o que é ótimo)! Estava divino! Mas a sobremesa... hum... Dos Deuses!!! Pedi “banana and honeycomb cheesecake with vanilla ice cream”. Recomendo demais o meu pedido. Vocês se apaixonarão, como eu!

We were very pleased with the services from Anuj and Alvaro. We were a group of 11 people with 5 kids and with different allergy issues. We ordered gluten free veg burgers. That was the best burger we had. Our orders were a bit mixed up, but they treated us with free desserts, which were amazing. Chocolate bomb was very good for chocolate lovers. The ambience is very good and the staff was extremely friendly. We would definitely go there again!

When we sat down for dinner, we were greeted by our waiter with ‘Have you had a good Mother’s Day’? In retrospect we could have answered, ‘Yes, excellent – until we came here for dinner’. Our experience at Bill’s Ealing Broadway was very poor, despite our daughter saying that she had previously had good meals here.

I went for a family lunch for Mothers Day and they were clearly understaffed for the amount of people in the restaurant. We were not offered the complimentary drink when there was an offer available to everyone on that day and it was difficult to get hold of a waiter/waitress because it was so busy. However towards the end DHILLON saved the day! He was so lovely and helpful and made sure our dessert and the bill came quickly and was ready to help with any of our requests. This isn't a negative review on the staff because they were all so lovely, it was just the management which didn't factor in the restaurant being so busy and getting more staff in, but Dhillon just made the experience so much better for all of us so thank you!

Fish pie was bland - fresh out of the microwave. Puddings are banal, oversweet - I've seen better in Iceland.

Have been here twice recently at breakfast time to have the Bill’s Breakfast.

Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and last but not least excellent customer service. 10 out of 10. Special thanks to our waitress Valeria who was friendly, courteous and very warm. We will be back and recommend to friends and family.

Fuimos para el desayuno en la víspera de Navidad - nos dijeron inmediatamente que su máquina de café estaban rotos, pero nos ofrecieron gratis café de filtro, lo que fue muy bienvenido. El desayuno era muy agradable, pero la media pero el entorno y el servicio fue excelente y sin duda volveremos.

Having visited Bills in various locations previously, it never fails to disappoint. Easy, fairly priced, great Service. Will definitely return to this great restaurant. Loads of options on the menu with a wide range of drinks too.

The restaurant's ambience is great. I was just amazed how excellent the staff are and how delicious the food is. Specially the Mac n cheese with mushroom and truffle sauce. I have passed this restaurant many times, but today i decided to give it a try...Inside i could choose from an extensive collection of dishes a la carte, or choose some of the combinations they offered for a discount.I took one of the combinations, got a starter and a steak with fries after that. Everything was washed away with a beer and i was ready to move on.Good Service , God Quality Food , Highly Recommended!

A really nice venue. Quite spacious and looks nice. Staff are very nice. A varied choice of food and drinks. I really liked the food.

Lovely warm place, design seems unique and with personal touch. Service was prompt and staff was friendly and attentive when we needed them. I recommend the cod with lentils and espresso martini to start your apetite.

We walked out after 10 minutes. No one bothered to take our order or even offers us a drink when she gave us the menu and it wasn't even busy. Can’t call it poor service because we never even got served. Not heard one decent word about the place. You’ll never get me back there.

Went to Bills this morning. Had avocado on toast with poached eggs. The meal was completely tasteless. Couldn’t believe they served an almost black avocado. After eating only the eggs, I told the waitress I wasn’t happy with my food and she could see Id left 3/4s of it. I explained that they shouldn’t serve avocados that we extremely brown and mushy. I thought as a gesture of good will i would have either been offered money off or something for the future. But I wasn’t. Won’t be having our mummy meetings in there anymore. What a shame.

We went for dinner on Saturday evening. The deco is amazing and the staff very friendly. We had a cauliflower stake and ribs. Both was delicious and the portion was very good too. I will definitely go there again !

We sat outside it took forevet for them to come and take our order We ordered one fried calamri for starter Which had the waitress's hair on it The medium-cooked burger we ordered turned up welldone and dry the meat was chewy and horrible Other dish was the cod fish, which smell so bad and batter on top of it couldn't be more soggy and wrong and the lentil bedding underwear the fish was undercooked. Don't eat here wver again and dont recommend this restaurant burn ur money dont eat here !

土曜のお昼前に伺いました。かなり店内は広くお洒落な雰囲気。日本に進出しているbillsとは違いますがパンケーキとブレックファストプレート、付け合わせにBlackpudding（血のソーセージ）を注文。パンケーキはもちもちタイプで私好み。ベーコンとシロップと良く会います♪ブレックファストも美味しかったです。ソーセージは臭みもなくスパイシーなお味でした。breakfast tea は大きなボトルで来るので何人かでシェアすることをオススメします！
