Bills chichester, absolutely awful, misinformation about a spicy curry not being spicy. Rather than offering me something else due to them telling me it wasn’t spicy they kept getting me 4 pots of yoghurt to cool it down. At this stage they probably should have stepped in and said would you like something else. Then assumed we were splitting the bill and didn’t even ask. Then when I said take the tip of due to misinformation and therefore ruined my meal he didn’t even take the right amount off. Just an absolute SHAMBLES. Would not recommend Bill’s Chichester at all!

I am writing this review to the Head Office as I strongly feel this issue needs to be addressed. I visited the Covent Garden branch of Bills today. A prime location but despite a reservation we were left outside with other bookings in the rain. However the reason I am posting this is due to the unhygienic Ladies toilets which were filthy at 11.30 in the morning and provide a health risk to customers. Simply not good enough for a company with so many branches.

Booked in for breakfast at Reigate. Seated ordered drinks. Given brunch menu. Said I booked online to have breakfast from their breakfast menu. Waitress we don’t do breakfast. I wouldn’t off booked breakfast I’d I had known.

My wife has terminal cancer and is currently receiving chemo treatment so she has a compromised immune system, on top of that her chemo has been reduced due to her being anaemic and very low on white blood cells. We cannot go out and mix for fear of infections, viruses and bugs etc.. Spoke to the kindest lady in bookings as we had seen Rushden Lakes had outdoor pods and thought this could be a safe way to enjoy a Christmas meal out.. what we received from Bill’s went beyond our wildest dreams. Lilley-Rose took our booking via email and rang me to sort everything out and made me feel she understood the situation. I explained our position and asked if the table could be thoroughly wiped down and if our waiting staff could be free from coughs and colds.. what we received was a service fit for royalty.. I felt like my wife was so special to them too… nothing was too much trouble.. I will not go into detail as words could not do the meal, service and loving care towards us justice… THIS MADE OUR CHRISTMAS SPECIAL.! All I will say is there is such a thing as angels walking the earth, Lilley-Rose (booking manager) even came along to say hi and left flowers, Rosie (our waitress and assistant manager) on the day so was attentive, we really could not ask more.. Perfection..! I truly hope the CEO of Bill’s reads this and realises these girls along with probably a lot of other staff are true, kind and precious beyond words to his business and customers. 5 stars is all I can give on here but they deserve 10..! While we have time as family we will be back to see these ladies again.. and again.. love them..

Visit the the reading restaurant to Celebrating my daughters birthday the food and drinks were cold service was slow even had to chase to pay the bill. when leaving the restaurant I Voice my dissatisfaction with the manager.and told him that we would never return he apologised and said that he would call me the following day he didn’t. I called a few days later and spoke to the assistant manager and after lengthy conversation he offered me a complimentary glass of wine I told him that my wife did not drink and for him to come back with on the alternative solution. He said he would and he left with Voicemail offering me a bottle of wine. I despair.!!

Do not enjoy leaving bad reviews but I felt this was necessary. So I've spoken to Bills head office before about something an the lady I spoke to was lovely. Rung up today to ask a question about an issue I've had and to get the bottom of it. Today I rung up and the phone was picked up by a gentleman. I greeted him and just to check I asked if I had the right number I was rudely and abruptly asked "What do you want" and upon answering was told to "ring on Monday" and before I even had a chance to respond the phone was hung up on me. In this industry manners are everything and after that phone call i will not be speaking in a very positive manner about bills head office or their support team.

It is a Easy place for a quick reasonably provided coffee and snack open loads of hours so you should never go hungry or thirsty in the station. I suggest you get a seat by the window for food viewing.highly recommended

The bad rating is because of the idiots in the coffee. I asked to add 1 shot of espresso to the hot chocolate. I was surprised that he gave me a cup of hot chocolate and after trying it I told him there is no taste of espresso!! The problem is that he said that the espresso is in another cup?? I asked to amend the request and the procedure was a bigger disaster?? He opened a cup and added cold espresso to it stupidly??
