Particularly impressed with the service which was friendly and attentive. They were careful about the food allergy in the group without making that person feel like a nuisance. Good atmosphere and food. Strongly recommend. Was nice to hear from our waitress Kassidy it was a good place to work. That was evident by how good all the service was.

First time in Bath, weekend away with the wife (and to watch the rugby) went to Bill's for Brunch, food was really nice and quick service. Our server Liv was really lovely and very attentive. Would definitely return next time in Bath

We came in last Saturday daytime. It was busy and bustling. However we were instantly met with the lady on the door and a tall man who greeted us immediately and accommodated our need for a table. They were chatty even though the venue was busy and lead us off to a great start. The food was amazing, in particular the chicken burger and the duck curry. We also shared the recommended brownie for dessert and goodness me it was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back again, along with my friends. Thank you in particular to the two hosts on the door who made sure we got in. It’s great to see people enjoying their jobs! Thank you to Bath Bills!!

Went for brunch and got served raw sausage and then was gaslight and told multiple times that they were probed and up to temperature and safe to eat yet the sausage was dead pink in the middle. The staff didn’t even apologise for my food being raw and made me and my table feel like we were in trouble and at fault for complaining about my food. Won’t be back here again, horrible customer service skills.

We recently dined at Bill’s in Bath when some friends came to visit. Although the restaurant was very busy, the staff were accommodating and managed to fit us all in without much delay. Our waitress, Lina, was delightful—both attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She made excellent recommendations, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, making it a wonderful choice for catching up with friends. A very pleasant experience overall!

Couldn’t ask for nothing more. All the staff were really lovely ! Should have got their names ! Very welcoming with smiles on their faces! I’ve always enjoyed trying different Bills in different places in the UK. Glad I came here. The breakfast was delicious and throughly enjoyed my meal.! Would deffo go back :)

Stopped by yesterday after the spa. The two at the door were really friendly and keen to help us with seating. I ate the best burger I've ever had, phenomenal. The only slight blot was a different lady bringing the food, looked like she wanted to be anywhere else. A smile doesn't cost anything.

We went there twice during our stay in Bath. The first time, it was extremely busy and staff didn't really acknowledge us or inform us of how long the wait was when I told them about our reservation, which was disappointing. However, I can sort of understand they were overwhelmed and probably trying their best... The service itself once we sat down was fantastic though, so it made up for it. As a coeliac, I appreciate the 'giant' gluten free menu. Food was generally good, the only thing I didn't like was the gluten free bread served with the English breakfast. The cappuccino is delicious! Overall, a good place to go 😊

We went in for lunch for 4 people. The servers were attentive, helpful, and bubbly. Nothing to fault there. The Gochujang fries are a must! Would come back for them.

Unpleasant experience. Wanted to enjoy a nice brunch. Instead we were served cold coffees! Asked them to warm it up and received cold coffees again! Food was cold! Waitress proceeded to roll her eyes at us! Not an enjoyable experience! Do better!! People spending their hard earn money at your restaurant, so give them good hot freshly made food and hot drinks!! Just Do Better!!!

The food was great. My wife's steak was cooked perfectly for medium, and my chicken shawarma was really good and very filling great service as it was very busy.

Food was really tasty, I loved the Korean loaded fries. Unfortunately my burger had so much sauce on it, the the second I touched it, I got sauce all over my hands and on my trousers. Another unfortunate is that there's an "optional" service charge that you can't get rid of if you pay via the QR code. Hate this, because I'm shy at the best of times and even more so when I'm sat there with damp trousers from cleaning myself up lol.

Had a great lunch at Bills during our stay to in Bath. Comfortable seating for six of us. Lively atmosphere (but not overly loud) and great food. Service was perfect, special mention to Mia our waitress - efficient, friendly, professional. Oh and they got rare, medium and well done steaks and burgers spot on ;).

Visited on December 20th 2024. Group of work friends. Xmas set meal. Raw vegetables, not good. Veggie tart really soggy. Disappointing.

Booked Xmas set menu with old work colleagues, starter and pud lovely, but the main traditional turkey dinner was awful! Over cooked stuffed turkey that had a twang, 2 unusually fat pigs in blankets, again with a ‘twang’ possibly made too early and stored prepared too long? 3 hard sprouts that would of broken glass, 3 potatoes, 3 tiny carrot slices, had to ask for a lot more gravy, which was not a problem, but at £34.95 a head, really very disappointing

Ollie our server was attentive throughout, and made our experience exceptional in the Bath Bills. He took time to give recommendations, which were fantastic, and checked on us at perfect intervals throughout the meal. Special shout out to Fin - who I think is the supervisor/manager, he seemed to have a really strong grip on the restaurant and stepped in to ensure the dynamic was flowing.

We had a meal at the Bath Bills restaurant on Saturday 1st December. It was very busy, but we were seated quickly and the atmosphere was fantastic. I have a severe allergy that is not on the registered list of allergies. When I advised this, the staff were absolutely amazing. Even though it was really busy, I had two members of management come to the table to talk through my allergy and what I could eat. The chef made up something off menu for me and I was checked on a few times during the meal to make sure all was ok. I felt safe and listened to and had a wonderful meal. I can’t thank the staff enough for all their kindness, patience and support in such a busy festive environment. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks guys, you nailed it!

Went to the bottomless pancake deal, but found that the pancakes could be a little smaller to allow for stomach space to try different toppings. Variety of toppings is very limited and would be nice to have a non-meat savoury version. Vegan pancakes were unfortunately very dense and stiff. Wonderful service and speed though!

Worst breakfast I've had at a sit down restaurant. Beans tasted straight out of a can, low quality American style bacon, dry blood sausage, plastic bag tea, poor service, tiny portions for price.

Amazing food, perfect service, Sam is very attentive and we felt looked after from the second we were seated. Warm welcome and smile at the front desk also. Five stars.

Food is ok. Tried a starter and the main came before I finished the starter. Seems they won’t you in and out! Would have thought they fired the main after I finished it. Same happened to the table next too me and they took the starter away half way through the main meal. Thinking about it I wouldn’t visit again

We did have to wait in queue for half hour although we had booked a table. As way of apology we were given our first drinks free. Very friendly staff.

Food was just Rubish, not so terrible it needed sending back, and we did eat it, but there's alot to choose from in Bath. I'd give this place a miss as it certainly won't live up to the rest of your day out in Bath.

Staff were polite and helpful however unfortunately there were lots of issues with our orders which made this overall a disappointing experience. I ordered the BBQ pulled pork burger which came with no pulled pork. I think this was another tables order. My child's burger had to be changed. His new meal came when everyone else's food was finished. It was still missing cheese so the waitress brought this out separately which was surprising as I thought the plate would be taken away to melt the cheese on the burger. By this time my child was so hungry he just needed to eat. The waitress was apologetic, understanding and helpful. She also gave my child a free drink. Overall the food was ok, my child burger was upgraded to an adult burger which was appreciated however I was surprised to be charged service charge! I paid this as the waitress did their best but it was a very disappointing experience.

Lovely staff. Very poor quality food. Children's food especially poor. My 8 year old granddaughter said there is no chicken in the chicken nuggets and she way correct.

I have been here with family lots of times. There is a good variety of things on the menu. We have numerous dietary restrictions, including allergies and we are always welcome and feel things are taken seriously. The food is well prepared and tastes great. Usually fast service too. We will definitely return. I recommend booking at weekends as it gets very busy in central Bath.

The food was lovely. My wife and I spent ages looking for a restaurant we wanted and stumbled across this place. As soon as we went in we were greeted with a smile. The food came out really quickly.

Very, very busy with queues going out the door into the street. However the food was really good and the service was even better! Our waitress Evy was super helpful and attentive. Will be back!

Everything was perfect here. Food (breakfast for us) was typically English. Lounge-like atmosphere and very nice young staff. Prices were OK. and the quantity of food was plentiful. Only the drinks were perhaps a bit too expensive.

Had a lovely bday brunch on Saturday. The staff were all excellent very attentive and polite. The food was delicious yet could have done with being just a little bit warmer and the mushrooms didn't taste quite right ? Yet apart from that delicious. Maybe the music could have been lowered a little for volume . Overall a very nice brunch and excellent customer service considering how busy it was !! Bath rugby was on !
