BIGG SAJ in Birmingham

Nice place but it’s a shame hygiene don’t exsist here. Lads with long hair but no hair nets, one man cleaning the canopy and spraying chemical over the fryer at 3pm (wrong time) no sign of gloves being used.

Awesome like always really!! Please dont change 😅 And you used to put these papers under the pizzas I think it was a good thing. Anyways, always gets here hot, crispy fries, great pizza taste.

Donner kebb fish and fries of the cheap variety..no taste,,like cardboard

Tandoori pizza tasted nothing like tandoori chicken but was delicious 😆 Chicken parmesan & fries was small this time usually they give a big piece. Still delicious. Peri peri wings were perfect 💯 Lamb doner however had a stale smell. I hope that was a one off

I hope the quality stays the same because its truly wonderful pizza and fries always reaching us hot, not sluggish and ruined like most. It would be good to have a little bit more pepperonis on the top but overall its delicious.

The pizza was freshly baked and all the ingredients were of a fairly good quality . I was expecting fresh slices of beef to be the main attraction of the pizza ordered but the beef used for the topping was processed and there wasn’t enough of it.

The food was awesome!! Had the pepperoni and hawaiian! Hooot, the sauce was delicious the cheese was great! Best deal pack ever 😅

As was supposed to collect after 20 minutes of place order, to was need to wait 10 minutes more and after was send me ready to collect was need to wait about 15 minutes more in the shop to collect when shop was empty. The fish panini was all soaked

Been here a few times now Good food good portions and nice customer service, I always go out of my way to pop down when passing through. I had a grilled burger last time, really hit the spot! Great selection of drinks too I found one of my favourite Barr bubblegum flavour 😋

ordered pizza and they were too much cheese and barely any ingredients that was meant to come with. very stingy with the toppings. Also the chips are fried twice and it was like bitting into bricks

I don't normally like to give bad feedback I just avoid the situation completely, unfortunately on this occasion the food was not cooked well at all. The grilled fish was burnt badly not ediable to eat, the chicken was too spicy the kids didn't eat it. I'm sorry to say I will not be ordering from here again. The food normally is of good standard maybe this was a one off, everyone can have bad days.

I specifically requested not to have any mayonnaise on my burger as I'm lactose intolerant and I'm allergic to mayonnaise I asked them to put just sweet chilli on it and nothing else. I've just about to eat the burger and notice that this mayonnaise on there and as a result I've had to fry the burger in the bin. compensating for the Burger meal that I paid £8 for it

Better than BigJohns, delivered before time and food was hot on delivery! Overall taste and quality was excellent. Only suggestion is to plz add more dip sauces with large pizza!

The pizza was delicious. Especially when we reheated it the day after I have no idea why 😃 The sauce beneath could have been a little more tasty but overall great especially the gentleman who delivered was very polite!

Food was hot on arrival, we got the bucket meal so varied pieces of chicken all cooked perfectly and very clean. Pizzas are always a must here too!!!

Bigg saj have very nice food, they even do chicken Parmesan and it is very good the way they make it, and only some places have Parmesan it’s a rare find, and the food is delivered by nice and friendly delivery drivers from Bigg saj

Portion size was good, food was good. Only gripe is, I ordered their speciality Parmesan which is described as having Donner on it. Can't say I found any Donner on the Parmesan. Still worth ordering though and delivery time was great.

Chicken and rice was pretty good. Chicken a lil burned but overall well worth the money

The order took 2 hours to arrive, I had to phone the restaurant to which he replied sorry we are very busy it will be with in 10 mins, still hadn’t arrived so phoned them again to be told sorry will be with you in 15 mins, No compensation offered, when the order arrived food was hot however we was supposed to have a canned drink as well as the bottle drink, no canned drink This was the first time I used this restaurant and trust me will never use again Food was good but the service and the fact it took 2 hours from point of ordering was extremely disappointing will not recommend to others

Food arrived piping hot , I really like the keema Achaar pizza , last time I had it was in Bradford been looking for it everywhere and found it , a firm favourite.

This place is ALWAYS busy, which means GOOD FOOD! Was late but not cold.

Bought two chicken burger meals. Really hard to get this wrong but they managed it! The chicken was hard and old and impossible to chew.

Good portion, however food was a little cold. Chicken Parmesan was cooked very well.

Previously had a problem with an order that came late however I was compensated and given fresh food and extras really happy with the way big saj dealt with the issue

I dont usually write reviews but I have to say one the best places for pizza, an on top excellent customer service. My one an only place to order from especially if I have guests coming. All There food no doubt is always amazing. The chicken parmesan fries definitely one to try. Thank you for delivering the food early upon our request.

We have been staying in Birmingham for 7 weeks now & having no choice but to eat alot of take aways as our son is in hospital but in the 7 weeks we have been here, this is by far the best food we have had.! Very tasty, hot, great portions & prices.! Thankyou very much.
