We have always loved Big Portion but the chicken doner was so disappointing that we couldn’t eat it and it went in the bin.

Way to much burger sauce on both kabab had to try and scrape some off

I ordered a deal 5. Firstly my kebab looks like a small kebab; came without the chilli sauce I requested on my kebab. There was no salt and vinegar on the chips; asked for extra onions and jelepeno’s (which I usually get when I order a small kebab and request the same thing) and also missing the drink from the deal I paid for. I always order from Big Portion but today I am disappointed

ordered a large shish and donor. No way was it large. No lemon .Wanted chilli sauce seperate they had poured it all over the top. It was to share had to scrap the chillossucd of my half

hot delicious and proper portions. undoubtedly the best mixed keebab I've had in years. Well done can notcwait for my next visit to Grove park

Had friends round for dinner . Ordered 2 x Big Portion Mixed Grills @ £20 a box. 2 x Chicken Shaslik @ £10.50 each . Easily fed 8 people . The mixed grills were cooked to perfection. The chicken in the mixed grills and the Shasliks were so tender and tasty. A good portion of Doner in each box. Everyone commented on the quality of the food. I always use the Big portion as they never fail to deliver the perfect meal.

I usually rate big portion but the food today was disappointing. The kebab was cold when delivered. The chips tasted like they had been refried and were full of oil that tasted of fish. They did give extra jelepeno whenever I ask for it. I will try them again as it’s not usually like this but I couldn’t eat my food - it was not nice on this occasion.

The order was late. I was missing the pitta breads I called the restaurant. I told them the food was cold and missing items. All they done was sent pitta breads and apologised for food being cold. No offer of replacement food. I’ve also tried to contact just eat. Yeah good luck with that.

Amazing food , perfectly cooked and I had asked for my pitta separate so it didn't get soggy , they packaged up the meat , the pitta and the salad all separate which was lovely

My wife loves a big portion and can often be seen in here getting her fill of meat. She loves a greasy bun filled with meaty juices. Highly recommend.

Kebab although called large wasn't really above average in terms of portion but it was alright in terms of the taste. Pizza was a disaster - undercooked and with spoiled pineapples. Absolute garbage.

Food has definitely been changed. After 2 months I decided to order from Big Portion’s again, and some of the food was not as nice as it once was unfortunately. Kebabs that I asked for today was the meat well done, however it had been charcoaled which was all you could taste. It was not at all enjoyable. Meat well done from here is normally a lovely crispy texture with a nice meaty taste, it was not like this just burnt flavour. The portion of both of my kebabs I noticed were smaller in size and even higher in price! Ridiculous as a small kebab’s price now was originally for a medium. It wouldn’t be so bad if everything tasted lovely. The only thing out of my order that was nice was the pizza and salad, that was it. Honestly a real shame that our only go-to kebab place has gone down hill a bit. Such a shame.

ordered 2 x Big portion mixed grill , 1 x chicken kebab & 2 x fries. Food was delicious and the meat in the mixed grills were superb, especially the chicken. I have used the big portion for many years and cant fault any meals i have had. would highly recommend

Disappointed. Kids burgers and chips are not worth the money at all, very small portion and not even a drink included in the price!! Asked for garlic sauce in wrap but got burger sauce! I don’t like burger sauce so couldn’t eat it. Waste of £23!

I've been using big portion for 11 years. The food is so good. However I am shocked to see the price difference. Although the cost of living is sadly going up. So it's understandable. It just sadly means I won't be ordering as often

Great food always hot and full of flavour

Nice food, speedy delivery. Unfortunately, the salad was missing on both kebabs, and trying to get in contact with the restaurant on a Saturday night is pretty difficult / not wanting my food to get cold. When you are paying close to £30 for food, delivery and service charges for two kebabs and chips. you don’t expect missing items

Not happy that they don’t specify what sort of kebab your ordering. It states chicken and lamb donner so you would assume it’s chicken and lamb donner?! and not chicken shish with lamb donner. If I wanted chicken shish I would have selected chicken shish but I didn’t and from what I ordered it never stated I would be getting chicken shish! So I would say it’s not great advertisement and you don’t get what you order. When I explained this to the man on the phone he asks me what do I want him to do? Rather than trying to figure out a solution. When I said there’s not much you can do as I didn’t want chicken shish I don’t like it he goes okay thank you and bye. Didn’t feel that the customer service was great at all. Food was nice but wouldn’t order from here again. Threw half the food away as it wasn’t what I wanted nor what I thought I would be getting. What a waste of money

Best kebab I have had in a long while and not bland at all given in uk sometimes this happens. Meat good quality, bbq to perfection. Donner not greasy, chicken Shiah very good. Chips crispy and warm. Chilli sauce cooked fresh, excellent!

Always get food from here, now my favorite local. Decent size portions, always cooked to perfection and delivery always on time.

It took over an hour to arrive. I had a notification that it was dispatched. Still no food. When I called, they said they were waiting for a driver, so in fact, the food has not been dispatched. This is the second time they’ve been late. When I called, there was no apology. All I was told was that they are “busy”.

Food standards seemed to have dropped by the wayside a little recently, kebab arrived swimming in chilli sauce due to being badly wrapped and not for the first time. Lamb shish felt chewy and not fresh sadly, I’ve been a customer for years now and unfortunately I’ll be looking elsewhere now.

Food was ok, nothing special. Chicken was a bit rubbery and dry. Good portions, nice taste but all a bit underwhelming.

I ate less than 2 hours ago and now I’m sitting on the loo in bits! That chicken was clearly not right!

Food arrived late and was stone cold. I have never seen this before with these but this was just not good. You can tell the pizza has been left out to get cold. This should not happen. Very dissapointed.

When u ordered I asked for Lamb. When I got back to work I found out that it was not lamb
