Normally really lovely bubbly service. Today it seemed to much effort for the girl on the phone to take my order. Shirt, snappy and came across very rude!! Let down on service.

Very good quality burgers , it's a family business so the meat and everything is really great. The prices are very nice. I recommend it a lot 😜.

I ordered the blue cheese burger on its own £4.50. I was shocked of how expensive it is but decided to get it still. They sell everything separately I was told. I thought the price probably meant quality. I just couldn't believe what was handed to me and what I was biting into! The meat is poor quality. The blue cheese sauce ..well...I couldn't tell it was blue cheese sauce! The person preparing the burger has no hat on. I kept on looking at the burger and there is no way I felt this burger was worth the amount for the quality. Lettuce, sauce, burger, bun. Very disappointed.

Quality comes first. Got exactly what I asked for. Friendly staff, and nice little traditional burger shop. If you're passing Peacehaven, this is a great place to get a burger. It's small but does have space to sit down for a few people. Lovely milkshakes and their Criss Cut fries are lovely. Their burgers are cooked to order and staff friendly. Only 15 minutes from newhaven and 15 from Brighton marina, if you want a nice meal it's a great place. Or even if you want to try somewhere different and independent with a 2 min walk to the sea, this is a great place to go.

Great burgers! Worked my way through most of the menu now. Favourite is Blue Cheese burger which is indulgently messy as a decent burger should be. The owner is lovely and seems to be very involved in preparing the food that gets served. I tend to go in during work in the evening and the girl on the till always smiling warm welcome and I highly reccommend this independent burger business 👏🏻

This place is amazing! Really fantastic PROPER burgers and all from a local independent too! If you haven't sampled them yet then give Big Mouths a try. You won't be disappointed!

The burger bun was the worse thing about it, it stunk. The burger itself was just as bad, cheap nasty ingredients. And to think I use to travel from Brighton to this place 15-20 years ago. Use to be the best now would much rather a burger from maccys. Was not a one off either, as I have been back to this place at least once a year and Everytime it's worse. The staff were friendly at least.

Had the single chili garlic burger with small fries🍔 🍟 Freshly cooked with quality beef and presented within an appetising seeded bun. Perfectly garnished with onions and lettuce along with the tasty sauce. Fries are the perfect cut width, thicker than the classic fast food burger chains but not too chunky, golden brown and fluffy potatoes that melt in the mouth. Very good value for a proper gourmet burger meal. Definitely eating there again.

I'm not a burgerite ,lol, but when times need I had a choice of a maccy or have one from here. All I can say is don't be fooled by the relish and maybe prices at McDonald's. I thoroughly enjoyed a freshly cooked burger here,with plenty of fresh onion and salad dressing. Much better value and a great meal. Fantastic service too. I will be back.

If you want a chefs larder meal go here Burger was the cheapest thing I'd seen in a long time with a long black hair in it ! absolutely disgraceful Fries were just about warm and as tough as leather. To ad further insult I asked for a sauce and had to pay for a tiny pot of booker basics vinegar ketchup! Discusting! Will be reporting to food hygiene or whoever I need to !

First time I ever used it for food as recommended by friends ! I ordered garlic burger 🍔 it wasn't nice at all chips was ok and onion rings ok 👌 guy clearly had constant cough and tried holing it many times did make me wonder why I went there 😅

Use them quite a lot and have yummy burgers and delicious shakes. Quite partial to crisscut fries with garlic dip. The shakes are very good indeed. Had burgers, crosscut fries and vanilla shakes a couple of times recently. Most recent order wasn't very good, the burger and fries were both overcooked, though the shake was, as usual delicious. Disappointing food on that occasion and I'd really looked forward to it. It's an indulgence that is usually very good though, as was the previous order. It won't stop us using it.

Best burgers. Always tasty and love the chips.. However.......Had a triple burger today 24.02.24 and found 2 huge long hairs .... couldn't eat the Burger threw it away. I'm devastated as I used to love this place. Staff don't wear head covering or take care for cleanliness.

Exactly what you need to refuel when walking the cliffs or visiting the area. It seems a family business so everything is well taken care: the burgers are good, the fries are crispy and homemade. Everybody has a job to do so you'll get the food in about 10'. For my personal taste, the burger was a bit overcooked though, it was juicy in the end because of the freshness of the rest of the ingredients.

Anyone who's been craving a grubs burger should get down to Big Mouth Buger Bar!!! OMG the burgers, the milkshakes, the chips, I'm in heaven, reminds me of clubbing in the early 90s, nostalgic overload!

Finally tried a burger from here. I’m a fussy burger connoisseur…. So it takes a good burger to make me happy. And this burger made me very happy, fresh, clean, decent meat, bun and sauces. I’ll be returning

FOUND PHLEGM IN MY CHIPS!!!!!!! Who ever works in your chips section C, fire them! Some young boy , gave me a dirty look for no apparent reason

They were given a food hygiene rating of 3 in September 2021, but still continued to display their previous 5 rating. They have since been inspected (March 2023) and now have a 5 hygiene rating.

This place used to be really good the meat used to taste so good but the taste now is bad and seems really cheap quality I won't come back here now it's a shame

The best burgers anywhere by a long mile. My only wish is that they were nearly to where I live. Always stop for one on the way to Brighton. Shame its 10.00 closing as it used to be 11.00 covid done that. Staff are very professional and friendly.

Pay ten quid for a 50p sized steamed bun and patty in Brighton or spend about 4 quid here, and get a full sized, tasty burger that won't leave you still hungry. Oh yes, and the milkshakes are the nuts.

Three stars is my start (good). This is as good a burger as there is available in thirty miles. Forget the fast food outlets nearby, here you a quality patty, buns and salad as requested in your order. Prices are not low but a little extra for good quality is worth a monthly visit. The fries are #1 as well. Cleanliness 5/5. Staff 2/5(smiling doesnt harm anyone) Value for money 3/5 location 3/5 Taste 5/5.
