This was the worst takeaway I've ever ordered from the food was discusting... I phoned them to come get the cod and sausage and for my money back and I had to wait 2hours for the delivery man and to be payed a pound sort I'm NEVER ordering from these again

Inset waiting 1 hour 15 mins. Order status accepted delivery time stated. And then phone the shop big mans grill to be told they ain't sent my order. Now sitting here starved nice one VERY POOR SERVICE

No one answered the phone calls. The food was shocking I actually chucked most of it away it was that nasty. I shall ever order from there again

Food arrived on time (5mins early in fact) as others reported the wings were poor in that they had been sitting around and were certainly not fresh! The mixed kebab on the other hand was tasty and enjoyed thoroughly. Would have given full marks had it not been for the wings!!

I used to love this place but omg how you have gone down hill The chips was disgusting what happened to the proper chips you used to do?? And the kebab well I couldn't even eat it so it went in the bin The only decent looking thing was the chicken nuggets Sorry but will never be ordering again

I was not to pleased with the spicy chicken wings due to them not even being spicy for one and the texture was just bland. The fried chicken I ordered was not the best, it was meant to be apart of a meal but it only come with the cab of drink not the large chips, the chips themselves were just reheated frozen chips and had no flavour. The rest of the order was fine, just don't order fried chicken and chips.

Lady who delivered my food was very rude and grumpy because she couldn't find my address. Didn't even say thanks and refered to my mum as an "old lady"

Terrible delivery driver!!!! Had to wait ages for food, was told he was 5mins away but yet had to wait a further 40mins. Then found out he went to the wrong address, when it finally came it was freezing cold so had to re heat it all in the microwave!! So tasted awlful. To top it off I realised I had over paid the driver by £5, he came back and let's just say he didn't want to give it back to me, I had to stand there arguing in the street just to get my own money back!! Which I thought was pretty unbeliveable considering everything that happened prior to this!! I did phone the shop to complain and a man there apologised and said that this shouldn't have happened, but that doesn't change the fact that the whole thing was just a headache, definaty won't be using again!!!

Most of what I had ordered was wrong ! I ordered bbq beans instead got bbq sauce ( which is hardly a fair swap) I also ordered a chicken tikka wrap but instead I got duck ? ( I know some people would like this but it isn't what I had ordered ) over all a shambles of a takeaway, a pity though as my friends burger was apparently terrific

What a joke..... Whom ever thinks this is a good place needs there head testing hour and a half for food when all of my order was wrong sat on the phone for 20mins for no one to answer..... Never use this place...... Absolute joke!!!!

This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from the food was inedible. I ordered 2 food which smelt so bad and the batter was like play dough it was disgusting and had to go straight in the bin. My husband then woke up to "eat" his chicken Donna. The smell was unreal he had to spit it out when we looked at it the "chicken"??? Was black. It didn't even smell or resemble chicken. So.... I called to complain to get a girl who asked me "well, what do u want me to do"??? Rude and didn't even seem bothered. I got worried when she said she hadn't had any complaints TODAY!!!!! Money down the drain and a hungry family. The only thing we salvaged was the cans of drink. please do NOT order from here. I am complaining to just eat as they should not be allowed to serve this stuff they call food.

Received double chocolate gateau instead of the chocolate brownie cake ordered, The food took 1 and half hrs instead of the 50 mins told...ordered 5:20 - arrived 6:50 - no email or anything, so all the food was cold and soggy. The chicken piece burnt and cold, the chips were cold and chewy/soggy, also undercooked, I could feel the hard crunch of potato inside the soggy outer layer. Worst of all though...the piece of cod. The cod piece was cold, rubbery and had batter that was stretchy like an elastic film?? The batter did not break or pull off, had to literally tear at it to get it to come apart as my knife struggled, It also had a thick layer of clear hard glue like substance between batter and fish, made me want to throw up..what this was i have no idea. The entire meal was inedible... huge waste of money and time, worst takeaway i've ever had.

All the food turned up soggy, the batter on fish was soggy and the fish wasn't fresh. Burger was squashed, tasteless and soggy. Spicy rice was nice. Delivery time good and delivery person very friendly.

Waited over an hour and a half, food arrived and was cold and half the order missing, restaurant said they would send the missing bits straight away, another half hour later the chips arrived for our already cold part meals. Glad I'm not local so don't have to use again

1hr30mins after order accepted I tried calling. Took 15 mins (12 calls) to get through as phone was left to ring out to voicemail. I was told I'd get a call if any further delays. I called in again 20 minutes later. The girl I spoke to was apologetic and went to speak to her boss - he was loud and said "it'll be there when it gets there, we can't do anything" Explained I wouldn't be paying if it turned up cold. Food arrived at 22:10 (order accepted at 19:44)

3 items missing from the order. Waited another hour for this to arrive. Food wasn't hot and drinks were warm. Really disappointed.

Ok so delivery was about 1hr 20mins. But I'd have suffered it if the food was ok. The spicy rice was bland and not spicy at all. The chips old and the chow mein was actually Singapore noodles. The chicken tasts like water injected processsed meat. Infact it was just inedible. The kids refused to eat it. Waste of money. Added to my list of never order again. Its a Shame because the salad was the best ive ever had..

Was 40 minutes late, I tried to phone them 11 times and there was no answer it just rang and rang and when it finally arrived the food was poor quality...safe to say I will not order from here again

This is the first time we have been unhappy with big mans. Kebab meat was crispy sand hard, there was only lettuce and tomato no other salad. All in all a big disappointment this time

Terrible. Food was burnt, burger buns smelt and tasted like they had gone off, arrived half an hour late. Couldn't contact the takeaway as the phone number doesn't work. Worst takeaway ever. If you have any standards at all, then don't order from here.

chilli sauce is not the traditional one, but delivery was very quick and nice. A bit over priced to be honest.

The fish batter was very greasy and soggy. The actual fish itself was below par and the fish cake tasted the exact same as the horrible fish batter. Never ordering ever again. Inedible and threw it away.

Half pounder an salad was amazing. Chicken was gorg but the Chinese bit of meal was well below par which was shame . But apart from that everything was gorg

Took over an hour to get here and you could tell this by the food. Chips were dry and stale as if they had been sat there for ages and sausage was burnt and in edible.

The fish was raw so ordered again and it was raw again chips were like cardboard the only nice thing was the gateau and that had to be thawed as was frozen! Delivery time and driver prompt and courteous though

we all had something different and all agree it was awesome. the order was spot on and lovely and hot. will recommend and use again.

recently take over i think, portion size was very small for Chicken, Lamb and chips. I have received bigger small portions from other companies.

They changed the rice and it's awful :( it was 9/10 before they closed but I'm not sure if they have new management or new chef but the rice is now 3/10. Kebab and wings were lovely though. First time I've had the calamari rings and they were 10/10, my new favourite.

Everything was cooked well however I ordered chicken chow mein and got lamb donner chow mein, and I ordered lemon and herb flavoured chicken but it was extremely spicy! We were just too hungry to phone and complain.

The pitta was solid, the meat was dried up and crispy all round the edges. The cheese on the chips had been microwaved so much it was stuck fast and melted the polystyrene container and was tearing it if you pulled the cheese. Hot fresh chips are enough to melt cheese. The chicken wings werent bad though.

The chips taste bitter as if the oil you fry them in hasn't been changed in a long while. The fried chicken had little taste while the salad had fallen out of it's container and the dressing leaked. Was a big fan of yours but not now unfortunately

The garlic mushrooms were good Salad was soggy and past its best Hummus was defiantly out of date Kebab was greasy But expectations are low nothing too good

Charged an extra £2 delivery even though I was under the 5 mile radius. Chips were rubbish, chicken had no flavour at all and hot wings were not hot either would never order from again

I've used big mans a lot as has lots of choice. However the pizzas aren't that great. Italian pizza was meant to be tomato and basil...when it came it was very plasticy and I at least expected fresh basil!

My food arrived on time however my wife's chicken and mushroom pie did not arrive, we called the takeaway to ask for this to be sent out and perhaps some fresh chips as the ones we had would be cold by the time. We was greeted by rudeness and arrogance. They hung up on us... 45 mins later still no chicken and mushroom pie... Battered cod was not fresh at all, very watery and old hard batter. Fried chicken was soggy on outside and dry inside. Chips hard and raw in places

The chips were still raw & not cooked & the burger was red in the middle, so i ended up binning the meal i paid 11.40... I'm not happy at all. . . .

Food was disgusting. Couldnt even eat it, the paper it cam in would have tasted better and even that didnt hold the food, opened the bag pulled out an item of food and it just came out of the bag and went on the food.

Haddock and chips were nice. Battered sausage and saveloy however were both cold and neither of them had any flavour. Was delivered quickly tho

This place has just gone down hill in the last few months. My last 5 orders have gone terribly wrong. Received the wrong food, food tasted horrible, a lot of it was raw and smelled.

Yo me pregunto si pensaron que eran en realidad estúpidos. Dos amigos y yo fuimos andando. Vi el letrero de fuera que venden patatas fritas. Pedí las patatas fritas. Cuando me dieron las patatas fritas, la señora detrás del mostrador (que llevaba un sucio yeso alrededor de su dedo descubierto) bajó a todos sobre la mesa. Entonces ella me dejó a recogerlos me dejaron con una caja vacía o una llena con patatas fritas que había estado en el mostrador. Mi amigo me preguntó si podía ir al baño, en el que la bastante maleducada señora nos dijo que ella no podía menos que ella era comprar algo. Tras nagotiating una oferta en la que se acercaba a comprar unas patatas fritas, hizo que el inodoro sin luz. Mi otro amigo sentó en los asientos. Ella era entonces nos dijo que enseguida o tendría que pagar extra. Después de un largo día, no estábamos tan contentos con tener que levantarse y esperar, así que decidimos irnos. Muy bien, me fue intimidado por su comportamiento grosero.

Nice food, slightly cold on arrival. Arrived 13 mins late. The time is important as I specified a time and the time was well within there standard 45-60 weekend service.

I left specific instructions not to buzz my buzzer as it's loud & my child was asleep but they went completely ignored. Thoroughly enjoyed it though.

The driver couldn't be bothered to find my address. Instead he asked for directions. Which I happily gave but then decided to not take the advice and they just stand still constantly calling my phone. And then the food finally arrived and the chicken was all red and my kebab portion was tiny.

I've always had a hot meals before but i have to say my last order was cold and undercooked, so i had to finish it off in the oven.... Sorry but i was disappointed this time
