never order from this place!!!!!!! they will let you order things that they don’t have and wouldn’t bother to contact you for this matter.. 2(!) hours later still nothing. never received my order, but in system it’s marked as delivered!!! worst customer service. hung up my call when told them I am fine to change my order and pick it up myself.

Although the delivery time for this meal was super quick, the food was super horrible. Pretty sure two of my burgers were not chicken. Never ordering from here again!!!

Pizza was nice although the slices were irregular - some massive some tiny. My order arrived with the incorrect drink and dessert items, when I rang to let them know they said sorry don’t wanna pay my driver to come back out. “sort it out next time” so... Yh.

I ordered lemon cheesecake and was given strawberry cheescake served updside down! After waiting for so long, really?

Food was late for 30 mins, it was cold and some items were missing. I called them back so they promised to bring the missing items in 30 mins. 2 hours later no one came.

I was not happy missing fish burger advise from just eat issued a refund for missing item.

Half my order was missing and after waiting 45 mins for it i they tod me to wait another 45 mins for the rest of my order. I could walk there and back in 45 mins

Very much appreciated that the food was early. Chicken nuggets and potato wedges were awesome. Garlic bread was disappointing. And a bit irritated that they sent me Fanta instead of Sprite.

This is AMAZING. I ordered the vegetarian hot and spicy 15 inch pizza and its not only super cheap at 8.50 compared to other fast food chains, but it tastes delightful and 1000x better than dominos. In addition, they came 45 minutes earlier than the delivery time we were told! I highly recommend checking out Big fried Chicken and Pizza!

i ordered 2 big boxes and they sent me cold chicken burgers then when i called the man was very rude and said they ran out of chicken so sent burgers (instead of calling and asking) was not at all apologetic and said i will only get my money back if i took him the food.

The service from this restaurant was diabolical my order was supposed to be delivered at 8.45pm by 9pm my order had not arrived. I called the restaurant and asked where my food was and asked why they did not inform that my food was going to be late. only to be told: oh it’s a long story. it will take too long to explain. and was then told my food was 5 minutes away. after 10 minutes the food still had not arrived so I called again to say he’s probably outside your house and put the phone down. At 9.15pm the driver called to say he was at my house and no one was answering. I asked him to press the bell and he said I’m on the 2nd floor at number 80 I said you should have my delivery address on the order and that I lived at 18 there was no number 80 in my building. He finally arrived at 9.22pm and the food was freezing and I had ordered 3 tiramisu and they sent 3 cheese cakes. When I called the restaurant back they said that they didn’t have any tiramisu. so I asked why was I not called and told that and asked if I wanted a replacement sent. To be told that would have taken longer for your order to come. I will never use this restaurant again and will be telling all my family and friends to steer clear of this place. They are rude, liars and do not give a dam about the customer 😡

Very rude staff, chips dry and yuck... Requested refund straight after from justeat and didnt get to have lunch either... Awful place will never use again!

food was really old ., dry cooked from long time .. ask for chilli sauce in burger they put in wrap ! wrap tortilla hard like leather.. . paid for dip but didn't get . guy from restaurant said it was closing time that's why we give you this food !

Ordered at half eight food never came to 11pm( when it was due to come at half nine) Rung to see where it was and got told two times in a hour ' be with you soon ' only good thing food was hot but the wrap was hard and not great quality food at all. Avoid.

Waited ages for delivery, and got wrong dessert again. After sorting this via JustEat help they promised to send what I ordered, yet they never did. Disappointing, definitely will not order again from them.

Ordered a pizza and a portion of wings. Pizza was borderline average, but the wings were just not good. It was dry, bland and barely crunchy. Delivery time and restaurant service were top notch though. The delivery was punctual, and the place complied with all my requests.

The chicken itself was not breaded properly, the chips were better than most but mostly due to the fact that they were chips and not fries, the chicken wings were pretty bad too ad they were smaller than normal. Finally, the service was poor as I explicitly stated a request and even called to make sure that it was accepted but was answered with a yes, dismissively, only to find that my request was not fulfilled upon arrival. The drink was also not cold upon arrival. Terrible service, sub-par quality of food, but hey, it's cheap and worth the money you're paying for but don't expect top quality.

Some of the things ordered were missing. It's always fun to get a different drink, no dip and less items than purchased. Oh and also the prices sre different if you go to the actual place. Would still be nice to get tissues and salt packets.
