Me and Friends came on a trip and decided to eat here at lunch as part of a deal. The server Minhaz, was polite and quick, checking up on us to see if everything was good. The smokehouse burger was good, tender and juicy. And the atmosphere was calm and nice

Good service went on Tuesday, so I ended up getting unlimited 5 jambo prawns. They are "unlimited" but after the initial spread. You then have to order more prawns that come in a little basket with 3 prawns. It's an annoying process to have to go through several times so you don't bother in the end .... well, round 3, I tapped out. The prawns were good, but I should have just gotten the steak and lobster to make myself feel better when the bill came in.

The ambience and the live blues music was great. The food was excellent, steak, ribs, BBQ and seafood and can only heap praise on our server, James. He was so professional and friendly and explained all options and offers and helped the great experience we had for our first visit. We will definitely visit again.

I went there a couple days ago for the weekend boozy lunch. I ordered a Texas Spiced Steak, and the waiter asked how I’d like it done to which I replied medium rare. He came back around 5 minutes later and told me that because the steak was very thin it’d be hard to do but they will try their best and I said no problem, if it’s easier then just cook it rare. My dad’s meal looked great when it came out luckily, but my steak was very well done and no pink showing on the inside. I’m never usually one to complain about a meal, but for £90 I’d expect much better!

Left very disappointed. Had the meat combo with bbq beans and coleslaw. Funny strong taste with the meat. Beans were cold. And coleslaw was bland. Service was fine. And staff were lovely . The food was not great. Sorry

We've eaten at a few big easy (Covent Garden, Canary Warf and Bluewater) the atmosphere is always great in there and the service was brilliant. Live music makes such a difference too!

I would give a 0 if I could. We booked a table for 6pm on Saturday. My partner had chicken wings, but didn't finish her meal as it tasted funny. A couple of hours later at home she started to get chills and sweats, by morning she was suddenly violently sick both ends, which lasted hours non stop. She couldn't even drink a sip of water, we called the ambulance and she was hospitalised for 3 days due to severe dehydration and extremely low blood pressure. Looking at reviews, incidents like this don't seem to be uncommon, where customers fall ill after eating there. We will be raising an official complaint.

Arrived earlier than reservation and was able to be seated, food came out in a good time, overall food was very good (Mac and cheese, shrimp and ribs were top notch). Jonah was a friendly server. Would return again. Only downside is it's slightly on the pricey side but we knew what to expect..

We're been in Big Easy in Bluewather shopping centre yesterday evening and food was very nice. Amazing Joanna and James was taking care of every details, making sure nothing is missing. I would like to hide recommend this place and for sure will be back there again 😀

Unbelievably overpriced ..people dining next to us were very unhappy with their cold food .. I would avoid unless you have a wheelbarrow of cash to burn .. a shame

I tried big easy for the first time 2 and half weeks ago with my husband And have since been back with a friend and then today with my two daughters! Biggest waste of money. High prices for bland food. The service very painfully slow as well. Never again.

A friend and I came for lunch Monday lunchtime. We were seated immediately and was suggested by staff the weekday deal. Around £11 for a weekday deal which is a main and a drink, £5 on top of this for a starter which I didn't think was bad at all. We shared a pound of mussels as well as our weekday deal starters and I was thoroughly full. I think it was great value for money. My main was a pitt master burger with lots of smoked meat inside, it was tasty, the starters with the deal weren't huge but this with the main was plenty. As others have said there was a 12% service charge which is standard these days.

Me and my little brother and his partner brought our dad here for his birthday, We thoroughly enjoyed our food and left feeling very full! But a special mention to Adam our waiter who was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time experience! Thanks again Adam!!

Big restaurant upper and ground floor; you have to wait to be seated. I was lucky enough to have live music while dining. Food was always, milkshakes were ok. my waitress was nice and polite. They have a beautiful bar. Toilets upstairs were clean but the disabled toilet downstairs was terrible.

The food I had was honestly really good , however the ribs I had I found to be quite dry other then that the food was phenomenal. Me and the wife enjoyed our first time there.

Service great. Food delicious. Smokey. Flavourful. Deals like main and drink for £11. £5 to add a starter or dessert. Good portion. NHS discount apart from on deals. 12.5% service charge added. Plates and cups a bit grubby.

£40 per lunchtime brunch, limitless wine, beer, frozen mojito or Prosecco. Service was slow and the mojito didn’t have much alcohol in. He paper straws disintegrated in it too quickly and we had to ask for many more. I felt we had to take pester the waiters for drinks as they weren’t at all attentive and seems to want to limit our drinking. When topping up our Prosecco glasses they didn’t fill them much past half way nor did they leave the bottle on the table so again had to keep asking for a refill. Food was ok, steak was very nice but anything bar-b-q was just awash with bar-b-q sauce so everything tasted the same and was quite soggy, re: pulled pork. I’ll not return.

Don’t usually do reviews but this branch used to be really good I would visit often in the past however this visit was enough to make us reconsider ever coming here again. Both me and my partners meal was underwhelming we usually always get the same thing Mac and cheese and lobster but it and I got 1.5 lobster which was not as big as it used to be looked like a regular and it was chewy even after getting a fresh one but I just sucked it up as didn’t want to cause a fuss. I’ve had steak more tender. Had to ask for cutlery after waiting 10 mins after our food arrived difficult to get the servers attention. Don’t think I’ll be coming back. However the manager was very polite and kindly offered me another. So props to him for his professionalism.

I used to go to the big easy on King's road (the original one) . Unfortunately after they srarred franchising this became a mass production operation. The food was luke warm , the taste of artificial smoke flavour in the meat and staff are nice albeit just doing a job with no interest in what they are doing. Unfortunately I went to the one on King's road and the food quality also went down massively. Safe to say Big Easy is not on my List of places I would return to. The Blues Kitchen in way better IMO

Came on a Monday evening with a buy one main get one free voucher for a table of max 4 people. Mentioned to the waitress in advance that we have that voucher, and ordered from the mains on the front of the menu which we interpreted as the a la carte menu, rather than the daily offers on the back. Ordered two briskets and two half lobsters. When the bill came we were told the lobsters did not count for the offer as they were not a la carte. Extremely disappointed as if we had been told in the beginning what does and what does not fall under the voucher, we'd either have chosen differently or not come at all. As regulars so far, we will think very hard to ever visit again. Also, the skillets the food came in were cold rather than heated as usual, so the food was half cold. The restaurant itself was freezing as well.

Expected a slightly higher quality for the price but daily deals give good value for money. Service was a little slow considering we were there at a quiet time but live music was great and good drinks selection. The house BBQ sauce is a must try

Deliveroo are censoring reviews for this place! I tried multiple reviews, screenshot is the first, left is logged out right is logged in. When I review other places, it instantly shows up. Food took 65 (after checking reciept) minutes before driver left was the coldest food I've ever had delivered and not the driver’s fault. £12 for 7 tenders and they are tiny and overcooked. Brisket was old, mac and cheese needed a lot of seasoning, burger was worse than premium fast-food burger. £90 spent because I had parent round for a few days for big birthday and wanted the restaurant experience at home. Highly upset and more so by the response and lies Deliveroo support have told me.

George, the guy that served and waited on us today at the upstairs area need a raise/bonus or whatever reward system you are giving your staff. Such an amazing service! He was quick and attentive. We came today as a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 baby) for my birthday lunch/early dinner and George honestly made my day. I walked out extremely happy and could not wait to boast about the experience to friends and family. The special birthday ice cream, prosecco and serenade did not go amiss! Much appreciated! Heck, it made my month! Made my year! After a very difficult year of pregnancy and motherhood, mostly gone unseen by others including family and friends, this kind gesture is really, really appreciated. I truly felt very special. Definitely coming back here more often for special occasions, especially birthdays! Many thanks again George! Best customer service I've received at Big Easy in Bluewater and ive been here countless of times.

This is my new go-to place for a Southern style bbq meal. The brisket was my highlight but everything was so good.

Nov 24. This grill steakhouse offers high-quality, delicious food that's perfect for a special treat(as it is a bit pricey for a mall restaurant). The food is top-notch – tender, juicy, and packed with flavor(Amazing seasoned chips, burger was so tasty and fresh, beautiful rib)! Oh and the milkshakes are super creamy 👌 The Western theme is a fun quirky touch, and request a seat upstairs for the best vibe and comfiest spot. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Overall I highly recommend, if you don't mind a higher price bracket.

Stone cold food thanks to JustEat delivery being poor. Food quality is always affected by terrible delivery. Order placed, 1730, pushed back and back and back until nearly 2000. Food not delivered in an insulting bag, or apology from delivery person. Do better.

Reason for 2* is because they do a midweek lunch deal but wouldn't do it on MONDAY 30th December. Their site says excluding bank holidays and the 30th December isn't a bank holiday. It doesn't say anything about not including school holidays.

Food was horrible. Artificial smoke flavour on the BBQ food, seafood not fresh at all, cold chips, just really, really disappointing. Bill for three came to almost £140 - I don't mind paying good money for a meal, but the quality here is atrocious. Avoid!

The smell inside the restaurant is intolerable. I can't imagine this is an acceptable situation for a premium restaurant brand. Premium in at least the pricing. Staff are certainly trying their best so zero fault there. Our order arrived within 10 mins from ordering, the signature dish to share and it was luke warm and was different shades of brown - understandable but the coleslaw even managed that. Having been a fan of this brand since 2015, this experience will not be relived. Wallet lighter, heart heavy.

Delicious BBQ meats but prices are very high for the quantity of food (maybe lack of competitors in this cuisine in UK?). We tried the brisket and full rack ribs. Each nearly £30. Brisket was only about 4 slices. Ribs were delicious but not much different than what you can buy these days from supermarkets (fully cooked).

The meal overall was ok and the service was acceptable but not overly attentive, as I had to go on a hunt myself for sauces and a knife. Overall, it wasn’t bad but it was a little underwhelming for the price paid. The temperature of the food was tepid and I would have expected the food to taste fresher and hotter for almost £30 for a single meal. I also didn’t like the optional 12.5% service charge being added, this isn’t the USA and I prefer for my tips to be my decision. I probably wouldn’t head back there, as there were too many things wrong for me, but it wasn’t a completely awful experience. Just a little mediocre and overpriced in my opinion.

Had dinner here earlier this week. Was really good. Our server was brilliant, really friendly and on it. When the syrup had run low in the soda machine and we got watered down coke she was really quick to replace them. We had the turkey burgers - one fried one not - odd the Christmas menu. Absolutely delicious! And a side of mac and cheese which was banging. There was also a musician playing and the music was perfect for the vibe. Really great experience. Especially for a shopping centre!

I have eaten at Big Easy many times and loved it. I thought I’d order it for dinner, I am very sad to say that it was freezing cold which was disappointing and if the restaurant is too busy to take orders on time perhaps they shouldn’t accept them. I will eat there again as it’s one of my faves but I won’t get it delivered. It took almost 2 hours to get to me.

I came here today and ordered the brisket with mac and cheese. The brisket was cold so I proceeded return it, the manager then came and explained that it comes luke warm so that it doesn’t dry??? They brought me a new warm one with cold gravy, then I sent it back again then they said if they warm it any more it will produce skin.. ended up settling for cold food which is not ok considering the price 🤷‍♀️ had good piping hot brisket in Shoreditch not dry no complaints so I don’t know what all of this is about. Spent £168 there they didn’t provide a discount or anything for the mishaps Will not be returning. The two stars are for the kind waitresses who assisted us, nothing else.

I am a regular eating and drinking at Big Easy Bluewater three times a week and once with my wife on a Thursday. I like the large choice of food and especial the lunch menu but above all the choice of beers on tap ie the best around and that includes pubs. Please keep it up thanks

Food is OK but nothing special. The prices are a joke though. £26.90 for 4 prawns and some chips, I feel like I've been ripped off and I won't be going back.

We was served by Jonah They was awesome so funny and well informed about the menu they made us laugh They made our experience memorable for sure we come every year to bluewater for our Xmas shopping and this visit to big easy is definitely the best we have ever had So thank you very much And merry Christmas guys hope you have a good one

They made me ill, insulted and overcharged me! Hands down the worst restaurant experience of my life and I wish this was an exaggeration. I ordered the 1/2 BBQ ribs combo with jumbo shrimp. The ribs were terribly over cooked and I’ve had bigger prawns over the shrimp which was served (2 served), ludicrous for the price but the trend in the reviews for this location is that the food quality is low, overpriced and a worrying theme of food poisoning seems consistent. When I asked a server about the quality and missing food he told me he didn’t care it’s not his job! Something he apologised for later. I never got one of my sides but they were kind enough to cook me more shrimp which was ready as I was leaving. 🙄 Only plus was the biscoff milkshake. This “wonderful” experience cost £145 for two. In my opinion, save your money and your health and eat at Browns downstairs.

All in all it was ok, was nice but didn’t really blow us away! Steak and lobster 🦞. I had the ribs that were average at best. The lobster was pretty good. Chicken wings and main again was ok, nice but nothing to rave about. Puddings again they was ok, but had better! Service was good, friendly and welcoming. Live music and a good night all in.

Food was very bland and over priced. Told 3 different waiters that we are missing items I.e sauce and chips took 15 minutes to come food was cold by this point. Tables are so squished together can hear everyone’s conversation and not enough table space for food.

Food was tasty. Had the fish platter and partner had the meat platter. Both really good portions and good flavour.

Great food and atmosphere only criticism would be food didn't stay hot for long maybe hot plates or heated dishes to keep food warmer whist you work through as the portion sizes were very good 😊

This is my second time in this restaurant, I had a lovely time with my family, the service was quick and efficient, and the food was outstanding like the first time. We ordered a sharing starter, very nice, for 4 people, the food was good enough, very filling. For main, I decided to order a delicious lobster mc n cheese, and it was expectacular! We couldn't have dessert cos we were full 😆 Now is time for siesta 🤣 I want to say thank you to our waiter Adam, he was very attentive from the beginning until the end, he looked after us so we pleased, he gave us some advice about the starter, he was friendly and professional, OUSTANDING SERVICE 👏👏 The other thing that I want to mentioned is about the manager on duty, he was polite and friendly, I really like how he does his job, he was helping the staff, amazing, no many managers care about the staff, I can see that he care about his job. The atmosphere was great, nice music, the decoration is lovely. This restaurant has everything that I'm looking for when I decide to go to a restaurant. Friendly, great atmosphere, happy staff, great prices, outstanding food, I'm pleased. Thanks, Adam, again for the exceptional service.

We really enjoyed Big Easy this weekend. Fifth time trying it and we ordered the Potato Skins, Voodoo Shrimp, Brisket and Half Rack of Ribs and Half Lobster. We also had our 18 month old with us. We were served by Jonah who was really lovely, great service from him and he was pulling faces at our little girl which kept her entertained and happy. The food was lovely, really tasty and plenty of it. Would absolutely recommend.

I’ve been here about 4/5 times now for various different occasions. It has never been my choice to attend because every time I go I’m always hoping for a better experience than the last time. Every time I’ve gone I’ve had some kind of issue with service examples include slow service, bringing me an item I didn’t order and trying to insist I did and charge me, saying they were too busy to clear our starter plates when bringing out the main meal and last night I had a drink spilt down my back. The managers are lovely but the rest of the staff always look miserable and are surly. I was not allowed to have my pram at my table last night (which was another issue for me) and when asking a waitress where to leave it instead (as the people seating didn’t tell me) she just said “I don’t know” and kept walking straight past. I’ve always found the food massively overrated and overpriced. Last night my burger was bland overcooked and the fries were cold. My husband had one of the meat platters though and the food on that was nice. The toilets on my visit last night were disgusting. Very few had toilet paper and I won’t tell you what was in most of them. I will say our waiter last night was very nice and service was quicker than normal but there were mistakes with the orders. If another friend or family member wants to go here for a birthday I’m afraid I’ll be politely declining as I’m not happy to spend any more money somewhere I constantly leave feeling disappointed.

First time I been to Big Easy and what a brilliant experience it has been. The service from Joanna was absolutely amazing, she was so knowledgeable, nothing was too much. The lobster delicious. We will be back soon and will bring the whole family down.

I thought I was back in Arizona eating at Texas Roadhouse, my very favorite restaurant and that our waitress was Emily Blunt!! It was perfect! The baby back ribs were so delicious! My wife loved the jumbo shrimp & ribs. The beans, coleslaw and sweet potatoes fries were outstanding and Emily (sorry didn’t catch her real name) took such good care of us! I can’t recommend the Big Easy highly enough! If you love fall off the bone delicious BBQ, you’re gonna love this place. Two thumbs up!!
