Biddick Hall Golden Fry in South Tyneside

Diabolical service manager is ridiculous and very rude and there was a hair in my food and they chuck rubbish out in the back

Been 3 times now as not from here but my boyfriend.is...1st time wasnt bad 2nd time was spoken to quite rude but tonight omg i will NOT BE BACK. Saidy order and paid opened it up at his house and chips missing rang and said the man was so rude anf obnoxious and put thr phone down rang back and girl answered explained again and she was again rude said come back for your chips but you have to pay and said bye again the phone was down ABSOLUTELY NO NEED. I will never return there is ways and means of talking to people even mc donalds have got my order wrong and been so much kinder.

Plenty of chips to go with a half and half 12inch pizza and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the lack of filling let the pizza down.

Ordered as per usual as I do every sat night, waited 1.5 hours, rang them back to get told it will be delivered in 10-15 mins, after 30 Mins I rang again to be told they cancelled my order? Very disappointed as I order from these guys every week, why do they treat customers this way, he was very very rude on the phone, he has list my custom and will let others know how they treat customers

Despite being the closest takeaway to our home we for some reason hadn’t used Biddick Hall Golden Fry for a long time. It always appears popular and full so we decided that during the lockdown we’d try different takeaways than our usual. This was a birthday treat but unfortunately my partners Hot Shot wasn’t the hit he expected. He said the base was soft and there was plenty of filling but it just didn’t have quite the kick he expected. My Pepperoni pizza was again nice but nothing exceptional. Mind you we were given the option of a free packet of chips (very nice) but you get a mountain of chips anyhow so we opted for a free can of pop instead. Our son who is a connoisseur of chicken tikka wraps was really impressed with his wrap and chips. Yes, we’ll order again, but maybes try something else from the large menu.
