Very pleasant experience with Bibi's Boutique, I contacted the Boutique via Facebook Messenger as I had a few questions around my payment method and got fast a response. ⭐Outstanding customer service⭐ Was really nice to have direct contact with the business rather then it just be automated. I would highly recommend this business.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Me and my 4 friends came to Weymouth for a short camping trip. We wanted to have a look around the shops. When we came in we looked around for about 30 seconds before the manager told us we were annoying and to leave. Absolutely disgraceful!!!! Never ever shop here! And just to comment on the reply I have received on this review I would like to state that we were not teenagers! All of us are over the age of 20! We did not bundle or knock anything over and it was not a busy summers day ! It was pouring with rain outside and there was absolutely no one in the shop! We were targeted for no reason and yes we were called names, we were called annoying even though we had done absolutely nothing ! If you want to lie, and make up false narratives of what happened then fine, but do not try and write a reply to me and Blatantly lie about the events of the day! Hold your staff accountable and stop making up lies to cover up for your staffs poor behaviour!

Lovely shop with incredible items right in the heart of town, all the staff are amazing and ready to help! Would definitely recommend.

My first port of call when coming into town for a mooch around is Bibi’s Boutique , I love the clothes and shoes they sell. I bought my recent new winter coat from there I treated myself to a religion one and I just can’t wait for the weather to cool down so I can wear it! Can’t go to one shop and not look in the other either, I always pick up an orange blossom candle from the home shop

My girlfriend has bought me the really cool dinosaur skull which I now have up in the bathroom of my flat. I have also bought her a leather bag and one of the changeable straps from the boutique before. We both highly rate these 2 shops and the people are always happy to help so thank you

Wow what can I say I absolutely adore this shop! It is a Weymouth gem and even better I can buy it all online too. The staff are always at hand for help and so lovely with their big smiles to greet you as you walk in. The lovely owner (I’m so sorry I have forgotten your name, hopefully you see this) made it her mission to buy in and save for me a specific style of jeans and coat I wanted and couldn’t have appreciated it more. Thank you Bibis I will continue to rave about you to all those close to me x

My favourite shops in Weymouth! Unique and amazing pieces in both the home and boutique shop, I can never come away empty handed. Quirky little coffee bar in the boutique which I’ve never seen before in a shop! The best range of shoes , cute Jellycats to swoon over and of course lovely and attentive staff. I highly recommend buying yourself a couple staples - the Jess and Lou cosy socks 😍🧦 the triple wick candles 🕯️🕯️ and one of their silky lace camisoles. So so versatile!

My wife and I come down to Weymouth a few times a year and each time can never leave our favorite shops, Bibi’s, empty handed! The staff are so always so lovely and helpful, going above and beyond. We have got many ornaments in our home now (always the collection grows more) and My wife always manages to bring home a haul from the clothes shop and says the girls are always at hand to help find outfits! Best part is I can sit at the coffee bar while I wait! Where else can you go and do that?

I love coming to Bibi’s the girls who work there are so welcoming & helpful. If I ever need help with anything you are always happy to help & always go the extra mile, which I think is something very rare these days! Both shops are always beautifully displayed. I never leave without picking something up! Thanks girls 💕

Great little shop with lots of quirky items.

The beautiful candle has just arrived, beautifully and carefully packaged, and perfect for the gift I was looking for. I was so grateful for the lovely customer service over the phone, and ordering was very easy, with extremely quick delivery. I will be buying lots more from Bibi's Boutique and I'm so glad I found it online. I would love to visit the actual shop one day! A big thank you to Bibi's!

I'd found this shop online prior to my visit because it's a listed Jellycat stockist and it certainly didn't disappoint! I'm a collector and they have an excellent selection here. Bibi's is actually two shops. I think the coffee bar must be inbetween them. The Jellycats are in the Home shop, then a little further down the street there's the clothing part of Bibi's. I visited the Home shop twice and the clothing shop once. I liked the black footprints on the wooden floor showing you a route around the Home shop. The staff were friendly in both shops and both were well stocked with many attractive items. I thought the prices were reasonable. I especially liked the eye-catching window display in the Home shop. I'd definitely come here again if I'm in Weymouth. I recommend a visit (or two 😂) especially if you love Jellycat!

Rudest place I’ve ever gone. Said we was annoying and to get out just because we was 3 girls looking around. NEVER GO THERE

Disgusting customer service. Me and my 4 friends came on a camping trip to Weymouth. We came into the boutique and within 30 seconds we were sworn at by the manager and told to leave because we were annoying and wet ( it had been raining outside). Absolutely vile behaviour. The manger laughed at us while he kicked us out. Making fun of our appearances to his colleague. I will be taking this further.

Me and my disabled child have come on holiday to enjoy our time together that we don’t get.. we decided to have a stroll in the village to be shocked by the behaviour of the staff at bibi boutiques never has my daughter experienced this type of discrimination before I will be taking this further… DO NOT GO!

Great place for daughters cloths

I visited this shop today with my daughters and spent allot of money in the shop but left with one upset daughter. The staff/owner was very rude and not polite to one of my daughters and left feeling unhappy with the service recieved. Very disappointed!

Phoned Bibi's enquiring about a product seen online , i needed it asap , they processed the order and it was delivered the next day ...now that is great customer service , thank you Bibi's boutique i will be shopping with you again ...happy customer.

Nice store with a good selection of products. A lot of items felt a little overpriced as there are shops with similar stock in Southampton that sell for cheaper. I understand it is a boutique and items will be sourced for store, and the selection offered is great. Nice to have a shop like this that you can visit on your holidays. We did not make a purchase on the day as we were trying to shop but there was a lady (who worked there) who was on loud speaker making reservations for cabins or some sort of holiday. This was very loud and distracting, she started off behind the tills and then proceeded to move around the store talking loudly and everyone could hear the conversation. This ruined the shopping experience for us as it was annoying. Shame as we had seen a few things we could buy but didn’t want to be in the store a minute longer having to listen to the conversations.

If you visit Weymouth make sure you visit Bibi's. An oasis in the middle of your usual seaside town shop fronts. High fashion, lovely staff and great coffee. Seriously this cool boutique wouldn't be out of place in the Kings Road or Covent Garden.

My favourite shop in Weymouth, have brought several beautiful items a butterfly mirror, a beautiful fake plant, and clothing, intend to go back for more 😊as I am buying stuff for my new flat. Such unusual items in this shop, and only live 100 yards away ❤️

Well here goes! You know the story from the film pretty woman well this woman made a big mistake with me! I was outside this shop thinking I go inside and buy a few things that I see in the window I was on FaceTime to my daughter showing her also I top with a star on in the front window that I thought she might like also, when this young girl comes out and said can you not take pictures like they have something special that others haven’t got in shop or over the internet. They had no one in the shop so maybe it’s a rude persons shop already they lost my custom and I will be telling my friends not to go there. I wouldn’t think these would be the actions of a shop keeper in these current difficult times that the high street are having due to COVID-19 and all the empty shops in Weymouth

We should have more independent retailers like this

Love this place, the coffee is great, the cannoli are worth travelling All quietly hidden in the back of a chic little clothes boutique. We come to Weymouth once a year for a short Break and we look forward to this place as much as the break! Forgot the main chains, you won’t be disappointed.

Love Bibi's. I'm a bloke so no so interested in there range of clothing and accessories (that's the Missis's dept) I'm in there for the coffee and cakes! Staff are very friendly too. If your good lady likes quality and something a bit unusual and special, Bibi's is the place to stop off in Weymouth. Highly recommended!

This beautiful shop has a lovely friendly environment with professional shop assistants where nothing is ever to much to ask ! The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Not forget the unique stock and little coffee bar perfect for the husbands....

Forget the main stream coffee outlets, this is the best cup of coffee at a good price in Weymouth by a country mile, that good have just brought a kg of the coffee beans they use!

Dont normally review but on this occassion feel compelled....whilst shopping in bibis i witnessed a customer try to return a faulty pair of shoes. The customer was treated with disrespect even tho shed presented the receipt from only 3 weeks ago. The shoes had clearly split but the assistant stated they didnt refund. Trying to find a resolution the customer was told to leave the shop. She did and the assistant called what i believe was her manager. I heard her say the customer was rude and aggressive. This was not the case. Assistant was unable to handle the situation. Customer returned to shop realising she had left her receipt behind assistant refused to give it back. Customer wanted managers number and offered to take a photo of said shoe to send as assistant said it was not damaged. Customer stated she would go to trading standards to which assistant again told her to leave the shop. Customer had to snatch receipt back from the assistant who quite frankly was given no management support and clearly left to her own devises. I was shocked and decided that the treatment to the customer was unacceptable and probably illegal. I wont be shopping there again....hope the customer takes this further

Lessons in customer service required! Returned to the shop today to bring back a pair of sandals which have split. Only 3 weeks old. Told cannot return as we didn't have the box! Seriously! They were on my partners feet as we only just realised the split. They dont do refunds and they didn't have any other shoes or sizes... The lady running the shop told us to leave as we had an opinion! My partner then realised the shop still had her receipt so she went back in to find the girl refused to give her the receipt back. To be honest the girl was on her own and obviously didn't have the relevant experience. To note also that she phoned the owner and told her about the split on the shoes to which her answer was "they are still fit for purpose!" Try finding some staff fit for purpose!

A couple of weeks ago I went to the shop with my sister to exchange a top because it was too big, I had two sale assistants just for me and they were really nice and helpful😀 I am soddisfied about the service and I will be back for sure.

We have been into Bibi's several times over the years, and found the service from the owner and her staff to be fantastic, never too pushy, but available for advice.

While Bibi's boutique is certainly neat, I always head there for the small coffee bar at the back. They do one of the best hot chocolates around, and there's a good selection of cakes and other drinks too. Would recommend :)

I work in weymouth and quite often pop in for a coffee and a brownie. fabulous coffee staff are so friendly nice to go and have a chat also love looking at there clothes. Often buy myself a treat thanks bibi.

Went here after reading the great reviews as I'm quite fussy when it comes to coffee having worked in the trade. The coffee was very strong (which I prefer) but the milk was not steamed correctly for a latte - it was very bubbly/holey and just 'sat' on top the coffee so it didn't have the creamy, smooth, velvety texture that a latte should have all the way through as you drink it. It was also way too hot (I do like an extra hot latte but this was very hot!).
