Just a beautiful place to see at nighttime and during the day

Do not use a stroller, the walkways are to small for the stroller and people. Nice scenery and lots of pop up small vendors, lots of food.

Very good, lots of history, it costs 15 per person and takes about 25 minutes. The schedule runs from 10 in the morning until 9 at night. The ticket is purchased at the store right in front of the boats.

A marvel! I had already visited the Riverwalk years ago and now we really enjoyed it! We went 3 of the 4 days we were here, I don't highly recommend going on Sunday, too many people, hehe and there is a certain risk when walking under the bridges because they rarely allow sales stalls to be installed when the pass is very reduced. We took a boat ride, had dinner on the river bank and enjoyed some delicious and punchy alcoholic drinks! He he

It was nice sight seeing with a boat ride

I truly appreciated this view from the boat, the ride last for about 30 t o 45 minutes. The price is affordable, the convenient location to place a ticket for the ride was seamless and our driver and tour guide was a fun comedic and professional gentlemen. Truly, an awesome experience for a first date, family gathering after work event and just spontaneous adventure. I really enjoyed learning about the infrastructure history and overall timely developments of the Riverwalk and historical and epic moments of movies that have been recorded there like a scene from Miss congeniality, which was one of my favorites. I look forward to returning to the are in the future.

A very nice walk with lots of culinary choices. Lots of stairs to get to it, and not many elevators.

I really enjoyed the river walk. The boat ride was nice as well as walking the venue. So many excellent options for food. The architecture of the buildings along the walk is just beautiful. Very relaxing and fun environment.

Bring your walking shoes, appetite and settle in for some time. There are plenty of places to eat and shop but be careful where you dine. Eating outside might be tough on a crowded day. If the sun doesn't get to you, the sky rats might steal your food right off of your table (pigeons 🐦)!! Other than that and the homeless (housing insecure🤔) you will probably have a good time.

A magical place in the city, we spend hours there, we find everything. A must see

I work downtown so I'm always at the Riverwalk, and it can be beautiful and awesome, just be aware of your surroundings and some of the homeless that are around.

Nice views and workout. The mall didn't have much to shop for. I remember seeing more stores.

Pretty sweet hangout. We got to watch a duck eat a fish while we were walking. Parking is tough, but word to the wise. Don't get a parking ticket!!! The fine is like 30+

Without the River Walk, San Antonio would simply be a dry city in taxas. The River Walk makes San Antonio worth visiting and extraordinary. The downtown loop is lined with restaurants and bars.

A wonderful place to spend. Great place to enjoy the food, drinks, and history. Visit tower of America's for cocktails and food. While here visit the Alamo. All of it is walking distance. No need for a car.

Love The Riverwalk! All the restaurants, delicious aromas from different restaurants, colors, and atmosphere was great.

I thought it was like a Disney exhibit. Fake river. Everything seemed overpriced, a typical tourist trap.

NOTHING else like this scenic walkway throughout the United States. The restaurants, cafes and shops throughout provide a simple open elegance, tranquility and romanticism yet practical and accessible to a wide variety of budget levels. When visiting San Antonio, the most IDEAL hotel accommodations are along the Riverwalk. Hitching a ride on the water taxis from time to time is an adventure in itself and YES, it's good to tip the drivers of the water taxis.

Love this place to walk and eat

It's a great walk for exercise if you're visiting or from the area. There's not much to see other than stores and restaurants. There are nearby museums and other attractions.

The Riverwalk is a fantastic space to spend a afternoon or an evening with family and friends. It is great to have such fantastic restaurants and shops all together along the river with such fantastic walkways and scenery. Many of the people that were traveling with us said it felt like we were walking through Disney world. Highly recommend for all ages.

This is a must if you're visiting. It is best for couples because it is romantic. But kids and families can enjoy too. It has an abundance of shops and restaurants of several different cultures and price ranges. Almost every type of cuisine can be found. Beautiful scenery and very unique setting.

I love every time I come to San Antonio...today I brought a cousin and we went on the boat to see everything in its splendor.

Beautiful place to visit. The entire Riverwalk is 3 hours. But if stay on the path where the boats are, you will enjoy the fun and excitement and vendors of the Riverwalk.

I was told by an old friend years ago to put this on my bucket list. We spent a few days on the Riverwalk and it was honestly beyond what I expected and imagined. We walked miles and never felt unsafe and something to do every loop you take. The food along is so diverse and amazing, we did the boat tour at dusk and it was worth every penny, I'd do it again in the daytime as you see so much more that walking alone.

Had a great time with the bros walking through at night. It's not all lively but where it's good it's great. Multiple live performance areas and constantly buzzing with just that. There was an unused venue even though there was two performances happening at that exact moment.

Boating through the river was exciting. The views were beautiful! The smell was awful though. It was really annoying to be constantly approached by people wanting to "convert" or "save" you. Like, this is a vacationing place, leave people alone! The authorities should do something.

This was such a beautiful scene to take in during a nice warm night. So much history here that i did not know but so glad so learned with our tour guide! highly recommend!

A very well spent evening with the family. We visited on Friday evening, noticed a long queue at-least more than an hour before we step into the boat. It was around 30-35 minutes tour , and we enjoyed to know about the architectural on both side of the river. One of the never miss attractions of the city.

This was the time to go...boats were waiting for passengers where during Christmas break it was a 2-3 hour wait for a boat. Businesses basically empty!!

Went at night and the lights looked so beautiful. The only bummer was that since it was late most of the places had closed already besides bars. Great for taking photos though since it was pretty much empty.

River Walk, San Antonio, Tx. It is a place with a great festive atmosphere, mariachis and music, there are many shops and above all good restaurants for all tastes, it is very pleasant to eat next to the river and then walk along it.
