Only yhere for breakfast but with a warm welcome and wonderful service from Lesley it made our stay perfect.

Enjoyed a great breakfast this morning..the sausages are delicious! Crispy hash browns.. nicely cooked mushrooms.. All tasted good Staff excellent.. Lesley particularly friendly and helpful.. made us feel very welcome and comfortable .

Unfortunately the staff were not overly friendly except La-Donna who was smiling and extremely helpful

Unlimited breakfast? There were no mushrooms, no poached eggs, no tomatoes, no black pudding, no fruit, no scrambled eggs, no cutlery, no cups no glasses no yogurts, no croissants, cold pancakes. No staff to be seen apart from one guy who was running about trying his best to keep up. We went for a Father’s Day treat. We definitely won’t forget it. We were booked in for 10.15 am. We waited for 20 minutes at the desk to be seen. Then we waited for another 10 minutes for this poor man to clear us a table. Once we lined up for the breakfast there were 4 of us and luckily 4 plates left once I remove a tatty dirty cloth from on top of them. We then had a scraping of beans, bacon and sausages. Waited for another 10 minutes for them to bring out hash browns. There were only 6!!! I had to ask for a mug for coffee, ask for the Nutella for the pancakes which a huge box was thrown at me by the woman taking the eggs away, ( which we then had to wait for more eggs?) who the ran into the back when someone else was asking her for a knife. Someone took the cutlery from our table while we were getting food. I don’t blame them as it took ages to get more once I managed to track a staff member down. It was a shambles. The floor was littered with rubbish dirty table’s everywhere and they weren’t even that busy. On a positive the toilets were clean. Safe to say I won’t be returning.

The food is always great. The stuff are alway friendly. Lesley and Char are a major asset to this restaurant, super helpful. Well, worth a visit 10/10

Lovely experience here this evening - really pleasant, helpful and friendly staff, particularly LaDonna, who always seems to be wearing a lovely smile. Food was beautifully prepared and presented. Can't fault this particular Brewers Fayre.

Made very welcome by the premier Inn staff on arrival, we booked breakfast and was looked after by the lovely Lesley in the Brewers Fayre pub/ restaurant, I would visit again.

Cold burger returned it replacement burger burnt one side. Burger chip found food labels with the food. No avacoda in the salad 😢

We visited for breakfast on Sunday as we usually do and today will definitely be our last! The food was not edible, very dry and to be honest, it wasn't the service we usually get. We wanted to speak to the manager and before we could explain how we felt, she was rude and abrupt in front of other customers. We have a full understanding that she and their staff are loosing their jobs but to treated with such disrespect is not acceptable. We've left 5 star reviews previously as they were so deserving and we've often recommended our friends and family here due to their family nature! We even had our son's 1st birthday here. It's such a shame that someone like Emma felt the need to be so rude. This is only the second complaint we've ever made and we've been coming here for over 6 years! The first complaint was due to the fact the poached eggs were cooked in vinegar and my god was it STRONG! They have never been cooked in vinegar before so we're not sure why they were starting doing so? I would like to wish the following staff members good luck on their next adventure because they will be an absolute asset to their new companies! Victoria, Lesley, Rachel, Charlotte & Emily.

My wife and I booked a table at The Brewers Fair restaurant in Bexleyheath for New year's eve 2pm we both ordered a big stack burger WOW the meal was absolutely amazing excellent quality food and as good as it gets for the price you pay but there's always a but if you go to the Carvery on Sunday the food is always stone cold every time. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with a group from America eating breakfast here every morning during our stay at Premier Inn. We were especially grateful to Victoria who packed us each a special breakfast bag for us to take with us on a very early morning flight!

Popped in for breakfast after booking on the app. Sadly it was a disaster. The staff seemed overwhelmed & the hot buffet had very little available, items replenished one at a time & long wait. The toaster worked but only warmed the bread, and no cups at the tea/coffee station & no staff visible (they seemed to all end up in the kitchen trying to sort out the hot food) I felt that there had been issues all morning Maybe the pre booking on the app should have been suspended. The problem is you pay up front so then you’re trapped waiting and waiting. What a shame.

We were given a lovely welcome by Charlotte who also took our order without fuss. My curry and my husband's sausage and mash were served quickly and were both delicious. As we ordered from the Value Meal menu our lunch was very good value for money and the restaurant itself was very a comfortable place to spend lunchtime.

Staff were polite. The garlic herb mushrooms were a small portion. The corn on the cob was actually pathetic. The mixed grill was good, but I wouldn't come unless it's on promotion

I stayed for a week in the Premier inn and our food was provided through the Brewers Fayre, the breakfast was OK but far from the best, the evening meals again were OK but left a lot to be desired. Front of house staff were good and up against it as all the issues were in the kitchen, we were told that the chefs had left or just didn't bother to come in. The only front of house thing that could be improved is clearing the empty plates from the tables, at one point in stacked all of our plates and took them to the bar myself. The spicy chicken wings are amazing and I could eat them by the truck load, but the refill drinks are a nice touch. The majority of the front of house staff were great and did their best under clearly difficult circumstances!

We would like to say a big thank you to Victoria for her kind service and hospitality. It was our first time visiting and we didn’t know what to get but she helped us picked the most delicious meals and drinks and made sure we were happy and satisfied :) Thanks Victoria we will be back!!

Amazing staff, they are so sweet and cheerful. Food is standard as all other Brewer’s. We visit this place time to time for lunch/dinner. Once again, 5 Star for the Staff

Popped in this morning for lunch. Had a lovely experience. Staff are brilliant. All very helpful and friendly. Was served by Charlotte. And could not fault her. So happy. The food was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family to eat here.

Breakfast is amazing here! Whether you opt for a weekly treat or a splurge to treat the family, here is the place to be. For every paying adult, a child eats free! Such a bargain. Food is always good and hot! They are constantly bringing food out to keep up with the demand. Just want to shout out to Tori and Sara who are a credit to the Brewers team! No matter they will help me whether it’s wanting poached eggs or my pancakes warmed up they will always go out their way. On the 10th Feb we had our son's 1st birthday here also and it was such a smooth process. We pre ordered food in advance so that we could all eat at the same time. Again, Tori, Sara & Emily were so hands on making sure we were all happy and I couldn't of asked for anything more of them! We came back again on the 16th for breakfast and wow was it heaving!! Massive massive shout-out to Lesley! What a girl! On her own from doors opening, and not a single person was unhappy! The girl handled her own until gone 9am when the manager came in! From running food out, cleaning plates and everything else in between, she absolutely nailed it!! Absolute superstar she is! Lesley, Emily, Tori & Sara all deserve a pay rise or something from the company for their fantastice work! Without them, the restaurant would not survive.

Visited on Sunday for breakfast with a friend, very disappointed with a number of issues. Listing in no particular order, no cereal bowls, no juice glasses, no hot drink mugs, various hot items not available for cooked breakfast necessitating a wait and toasters which have difficulty warming up a slice of bread, let alone toasting it, meaning your already lukewarm breakfast gets even colder. The table had been wiped but my sleeve stuck to it when I leant on it and goodness knows how old the dog eared breakfast menu had been in use. There appeared to be a lack of staff and the ones seen appeared to need some help. Had I been staying in the hotel I would have left with a very poor impression of this tired looking establishment.

I dont no what people are talking about with staff as they was shocking went for my sons birthday got stuck at the back of the restaurant and what I can only explain as Forgot about we wasn’t checked on at all I used to be a waitress in a restaurant so always tip but for the fist time we never left a tip cos in my opinion you need to make your guest feel important/ looked after and that was far from the truth Shocking

Excellent breakfast on Wed morning at Brewers Fayre. Nice brown bread to toast, scrambled eggs and poached eggs cooked as we requested, and ample buffet including lovely tomatoes to choose from. Capucinos were good and you can get them as often as you want. Great service from Charlotte and Tori who looked after us very well We will be going back again next week!

Sunday carvery was horrendous, food was cold over cooked and plain. Would not of even fed it to my dog. Service was very poor paid and waited 30 minutes for dessert to then be told they did not have it , then asked for a refund to be told actually they did have the dessert . Would not recommend this place absolutely disgusting

The lone waitress Emily was rushed off her feet but she still provided great customer service. Whatever she is getting paid, isn’t enough!

Went here for a birthday lunch and the service is amazing and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had Charlotte who makes you feel welcome all the time.

Charlotte was a wonderful host who welcomed us in and provided excellent service. The food was served hot and fresh and was regularly refilled. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely place and good food and good value

We popped in early evening NYE . Food and cocktails were good and despite the shortage of staff here we received great service from La- Donna who went over and aboard serving us and also from the young man on the till. Pleasant evening all round .

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, came in for a roast dinner and they shut 30 mins early. All the food was cold and disgusting and when I asked for brown sauce it took 10 mins to even arrive. Every single staff member looked miserable and walked around glaring at customers, with poor customer service. Wouldn’t even suggest this place to a stray cat. Save your self the trouble and go further afield and go somewhere where staff will actually acknowledge you.

Greeted by LaDonna with a lovely smile, she made ordering food easy and quick, brought me my food in a reasonable time, food came out just as requested (I am generally a bit fussy) and plenty hot, LaDonna was lovely and helpful throughout my experience here.

All good, really. The food was hot and adequate. My only gripe really was that between my party, we had a 'Kids Eat Free' code and a 'Blue Light Discount' code. The assistant advised us to use the 'Kids Eat Free' code out of the 2 offers, stating it would be a better saving. On arriving home, though, it transpired, we would have been better advised to have used the Blue Light Discount code by some £15 in savings as opposed to the 'Kids Eat Free' one!

Highly recommend this place, nice atmosphere, beautiful and friendly staff, tasty food and many many nice things you are very welcome here!!!

I got here at 10.05 was advised that breakfast finishes at 10:30am I advised the lady that I would like to order for myself and friend so we could have enough time to reorder. The lady said it was OK. She would wait. Our food came 10:20. I advised I wanted to reorder as the portions were small. She refused to take the order and advised the kitchen was closed. Then proceeded to take an order from a group. The cleanliness is terrible. Toilet was filthy and smelly. The food station was very dirty. The cups were chipped. I will never return. Worse service ever. We had to use our spoons to eat yogurts as there were no spoons. And to stir our tea.

It's a shame as it deffo deserves 4 stars .. but the manager was rather miserable and had the ar*e which had nothing to do with us.. but the rest of staff were great and the food was great

Took our granddaughter for a meal as I needed to confirm our Christmas booking. Food was good, I was a little disappointed in the service, it wasn't as efficient as usual but assuming they were short of staff. It did take over 2 hours to have our meal, we had to put more money in the car park!

Had a table booked for 7pm got to the pub and was told that the previous booking is still seated asked to take a seat at the bar while they finish up and clear the table 30mim later the table was ready. After being seated one of the members of staff was nice enough to take our order at the table as there was over ten of us after taking our order it took over and hour and a half Before the first meal turned up then once we had all finished and decided to order dessert it took another 45min before the first dessert got to the table. Staff are lovely and did all they could but it's massively understaffed. The food is low quality and not worth the money so sadly I will not be back again.

We stopped by to try the "all day breakfast", but the waiter said they didn't offer that, despite the big sign outside advertisiting it... It was the reason we walked into the restaurant, so that was disappointing and we probably won't be going back.

Staying here on business for a couple of nights. LaDonna has been wonderful, she is so professional, helpful and has a wonderful calming manner. I hope she is a very valued member of staff, it is people like LaDonna that keep you coming back. Great stay, made everything easy, food and drink selection are good, service is excellent, will definitely be coming here again.

Never let down by bexleyheath brewers fayre especially from management always welcoming an polite

We arrived and had to wait over 10 minutes to be even acknowledged. Got to table and found the waitress to be almost dismissive, bordering rude. Then when we went to the bar to order we had to wait almost 20 minutes to be served. The menu had certain drinks on offer but when we asked for these we were initially told that the bar staff did not know how to make them and were then eventually told they did not have the right ingredients so we would have to be credited. As for the food - left an awful lot to be desired to be honest. Out of 5 meals only 1 was acceptable. We paid our bill which was up front perhaps this was just as well for the restaurant. We will not be going back.

Awful service & rude unhelpful, accusational lady manager. Would not recommend. As with all chains, they take payment upfront & then if something goes wrong they don’t refund or offer anything free! Do not go here!

Service very poor 17min wait in line to order food, then the food arrived cheese nachos, microwaved.. horrible, steak burger, boring dull and rubbish chips..

Unfortunately this pub/restaurant is often closed early due to staff shortage or no staff. However, when they are open and serving food, the staff is friendly and professional. The food isn't too bad. The calvary is good, I had a calvary on Sunday 15th October 2023. Unfortunately no free parking but parking is available nearby.

I don't normally write reviews, but feel the need. I was in Brewers Fayre Bexleyheath on Thursday 12/10 . And heard the Explicit Rap coming from the Kitchen, as mentioned previously in a review by Jenny Rouse on Sunday 1st /10, The music was quite offensive, describing what the person would do to "Your Mother" and also using the "N Word". I feel this type of explicit content should NOT be played in a public restaurant at lunch time, or any time!

Ordered food, at the table in 5 minutes (doesn't take long for a lasagne to be microwaved). Waited another 40 minutes for dessert in the end just walked out. With 20 people in a restaurant and the staff can't cope and get orders out on time. This is not the first time this has happened but I like to give places a chance, they have had enough chances now. This customer out of pocket again.

Fantastic service. Such nice staff, they seemed like a tight knit group which you don't often see nowadays

Went for a family dinner (15 of us). Initially took ages to get seated, despite having booked, and I was beginning to think it was going to be a disaster. However once we were seated the staff were really great and attentive, especially Tommie. Despite us being a large party the food was delivered in a timely fashion and plates cleared away promptly. One of the kids pizzas was delayed and the staff were quick to come and apologise and explain the reason for the delay. Overall a really nice afternoon, thank you very much for a great job.

Thank Emma for asking me to give feedback Sunday 1st October, I ordered our meals. Bizarre horror and disgustingly, offensive racist N -WORD slurs and repeated rap/hip hop songs coming from what must be the kitchen. and waited over 45 minutes for food. I will NEVER be back.

Lesley was sensational, nothing was too much trouble and the food was satisfyingly large whilst deliciously tasty

Was served by Lesley, exceptional service , food was great . Will definitely come back 😁. Staff demonstrated a five star service, lovely, happy and showed a genuine excellent customer service 11/10 if there is a possibility for that .

Sunday 1st October we booked dinner for 6:30pm we were seated and served very quickly and was wondering what was taking food so long. Tommy was absolutely amazing, re assured us and got our food to us as quickly as possible. Couldn’t have faulted them at all!! Lovely person! Thank you Tommy

turned up at 630 didn't get dinner till 820 freezing cold sent it back and went home 2 managers that were working were rude avoid avoid

So went in was shown to a table wasnt told you had to go up and order your food at the counter opted for the carvery paid the extra 1.50 for extra meat and pigs in blanket was told there was no pigs in blanket asked why i just paid extra so the chef told me he had none cooked and it would take 10 minutes for them to be cooked and he asked did i still want them the food i did have was cold i didnt get pigs in blankets in the end terriable place with staff who should be sent on a customer service course apart from the lady cleaning the tables didnt catch her name but she was very pleasant overall experience was terrible

Food and service seemed to have changed. And for the better, food was out in reasonable time. And was very nice. Service was lovely too.

Thurs 24 August 2023 Lovely place. Although very short of staff, the remaining staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. They was totally honest with us about staffing and food that not on available. However our food arrived fast and was delicious. They got everything right even how the steaks were cooked. If I have one moan it would be the air conditioning always makes food go cold fast.

Rude staff. Need retraining on customer service skills. Do not bother booking online at the moment because they will turn you away even after you book online and arrive as they are short staffed and are only bothering to look after the hotel guests.

A thoroughly lovely place for a family meal. Firstly, the staff are very friendly and helpful, attentive where necessary whilst still unobtrusive. The food is standard pub fayre, well cooked and served at a nice pace. Prices are very reasonable and there are offers available ot would seem all the time. The restaurant itself is quite large with a lot of tables, which could cater for most sizes of group, and because there is sufficient room around each table and area, you don't feel as if you are sitting on another party's laps.

The young lady who served us, I believe her name was Emily, made us very welcome, and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. We had a great nihht.

For something that should have been good day for my sister 30th this was like a restaurant visit from hell. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 8 years however after today experience this service from management, food and atmosphere is beyond disappointment. Whilst I appreciate the system was down the food and everything is horrible and the response from manager is that they can’t help it if they can’t read the hand writing. I’m sorry but if you’re unsure on what is written you should double check, I’ve worked in customer service and have a degree in management for more than 8 years and never have I ever seen or heard poor service ever. My niece steak was raw when after asking for it well done as she is Austic which caused a meltdown. I ordered the fish and chips if you tipped the plate the grease was running down, the fish had more oil than fish. The chips were black and green and totally inedible. I’d never thought I would say this about this restaurant but never coming back again will I come back. The only good person from the visit was the waitress there was so many other complaints around the restaurant and this poor women had the brunt of it. Due to being understaffed this women which you could tell was overwhelmed and extremely stressed. The only thank you for this restaurant is to Emily.

Staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Having to que for long time for food, food was cold when it aventually came out. Breakfast carvery not stocked up often enough. Paid for 3 full breakfast only ended up having half . Plates and cutlery unavailable due to not being washed. Staff were rushed off their feet, one member of staff seemed to be doing the job for the whole work force. Felt sorry for her, not enough Staff on shift . Do not recommend coning here for breakfast

Absolutely awful didn't stay walked out

Went for last minute breakfast this morning and the service was great and food was very tasty. Very polite lady served us and helped with getting us our fruit. Thank you for being so kind. I felt awful as we had no cash left to leave her a tip only bank card. Next time I go I will ensure she gets her tip. Thanks for good service. Apologies I didn’t get her name.

Went for breakfast and everything was cold. Coffee machine was not working. Vegetarian sausages and scrambled eggs cooked to order. Staff were really polite and attentive and really the only good thing about the visit. Very disappointing.

Staff was very friendly, however it had things that we didnt enjoyed. Food was tasteless and took a while to get to us considering the place was empty. Some of our dishes were cold

Service was very poor. Waited 50 minutes in an empty restaurant for our food. Once arrived parts of the meal was either missing or given incorrect meal.

I took my children here for a midweek breakfast. The member of staff who greeted us was so welcoming and helpful. The highchairs were fab; you can choose from a booster seat or a highchair. We used one of each - they were clean and very easily accessible. The toilets were clean and easily accessed. The breakfast was great. We all had both hot and cold options, leaving nice and full and very happy. We will definitely be back again! Any one arriving in a wheelchair or with a pram: there are steps at the entrance but there is a lift if required, and walking around the restaurant, it would be easy to get your pram or wheelchair through the restaurant to a table. Once you get out of the lift there are no other steps to contend with.

Food was lovely However waiting to be served was Loooong. Young lad serving was more interested in chatting to the locals which is nice but I’d just driven from Suffolk and I still had a drive a head of me.

Went for the Sunday Roast buffet, hadn't been for years and really fancied it so ordered the big plate and thought 'yum". However the roast potatoes had been so obviously deep fried it was impossible to defend, yet they still tried. They were either day old potatoes, reheated in the fryer or a disastrous attempt at confit. Everything else was fine but if you think the roast potatoes are an integral part of a roast dinner then you might be a little disappointed. *Update, morning after and I now have the squirts.
